Went in with a guy with an attitude problem being rude over my simple question if they had any Crazy Puffs... "It literally says right here" pouting because I didn't know they had them until 4. I asked if they had the "cheese sticks" (I didn't know the name of them) and he literally made a face like a little kid and asked what I meant. "I'm sorry- I'm just so confused, like-" I called them later that day to report the lousy service to a manager and the same guy picked up the phone acting like a middle schooler when I asked if there was I manager there... I wish I could give this store less than one star. My kids like it so I keep going back until now. I have placed orders and got to the store and was told our employee marked it sold so we never made it but today was the worst. I made a $30 order as I do a lot because the kids want it, when I get home I see one kid has no crazy bread. I call the store and explain I'm short one bread and the guy says is that the online order (so I believe they knew something was missing) I said yes. He said are you coming back and I said I'm 30 minutes away and it would cost $20 in gas to get a $3 order of bread. He stopped me and said I can't help you if you don't come back now. I explained again I'm home now and he said he was the manager and had rules to follow. The number one rule should be give me what I pay for. He also told me he couldn't refund me either. I have to say that I miss the days of Pizza Pizza. This was the first place that use to offer 2 pizzas when you ordered one. It was years until I tried it again. On this day, I went through their drive thru. They have a $5 hot and ready pizza concept now. That is pretty darn good. You get a 1 topping pizza hot and ready as you fly through their drive thru or carry out. I ended up getting 2 pizzas and an order of bread sticks. Pizza is pizza so it wasn't horrible. It was a bit salty for my taste but still eatable. I did enjoy the taste of my childhood with the breadsticks. For a super fast pizza option, this is the best place to go. Every other pizza joint will need 12 to 15 minutes to shoot a pizza out of their off. So for that I have to give this place props. The staff was friendly and quick. I will have to say that I will go back here at some point. Very nice for a change of pace and faster than other so called fast food places. Go figure. Thanks guys for being great. read more

Worst customer service experience. The young lady working the drive thru was so rude cursing at me slammed the window shut in my face all because I asked for a Manger when she said I had only paid for one pizza .I was trying to explain that I had two separate orders she then started arguing and cursing slammed the window shut.I went inside manager found both orders were in fact both paid. I eat here a bunch! With a wife, 3 kids and 2 step kids pizza night cost about $1.3 million anywhere else but no joke for $15 and some change here gets us 2 large cheese pizzas and a order of cheesy garlic bread (that's amazing by the way lol). So it's a no brainer!! My kids love the cheese they use so it's one night a week we don't have to argue to get all the kids to eat the same thing lol!! The only complaint I have and it's not even really there fault is the drive thru Always takes at least 15-20 minutes no matter what time of day you come by.. and one time I came and they didn't have any crazy bread and told me they would bring me some right out and left me sitting out front for 20 minutes and when I got tired of waiting and walking inside I saw them giving bread to other people and they told me I'd have to wait as they still didn't have any so I just got my money back and left... that was the little jackass that was working the counter and I haven't saw him since so I'll only take a star for that! Very fast. If your in a hurry and like pizza, then this is a great place to go. They have large $5 pizza's hot and ready. Cheese, Pepperoni, and Sausage ready to go. Also have crazy bread, wings and a selection of soda's. Various combo's to suit almost any situation. read more

Also, if you're into dudes in Punisher t-shirts coming from the kitchen to swear at people in the drive thru, he said he does not give a fuck and I believe him. All the shouting was like dinner and a show! He even threw our food at us and made it audience participation. Then he regaled us with boring ass 4 wheeler stories. Ordered a sausage hot n ready. I was told it would be 15-20 minutes. It went into the oven after I walked in 20 minutes later. Maybe if the workers smoking in the back of the building had been working, I could have had a better experience. Won't waste my time coming here again. I ordered 2 thin crust pizzas which they said they didn't have. I was just going to get 2 regulars but really needed the other. I told them how long would it be and I would like the thin crust. I will pay the difference. The boy at the window was really rude and didn't want to take the time. This place has lost my business and need to hire employees that are friendly. They like to change their special offers (ie; 99 cent crazy bread on mon and tues) without any type of notice expressed in advance or even after the fact. Hot and ready seems to be more of a slogan than an actual practice. We jave went several times to get a $5 hot and ready pizza and was either given one that had sat in the heat so long it was rubbery or was asked to wait upwards of 15 mins. read more
