I don't know why everyone's complaining, but I've been ordering from this dominos for a couple YEARS now, and the food ALWAYS comes out delicious! The only time my order came out wrong was an accident, I gave the order back and they gave me the correct order, no trouble at all! I'll continue ordering from here until I die or move or somethi'. I recommend this Domino's to everyone! (I am not even paid to say this, just my opinion) I often thank the team members since they're so kind, they consider me a regular now! Every time I order pizza they mess up the order. My husband is allelic to garlic. Every time I call it in and tell them no garlic and they put it on them anyways. Every time I have to wait for new pizza to be cooked this is old. Today October 4 2019 I tried to order pizza over the phone. A answering machine picked up and said someone would be right with me. The phone hung up. After calling three times I finally went to the store. I ordered 4 Med hand tossed pizzas with ham and pineapple. I waited 15 minutes. When I went to get pizzas they don't look at them they just hand them to me. So after driving 10 miles out of town to get home. I find out all my pizzas are burnt. I'm not taking them back but Domino's can forget about me ordering pizza from them again. $25 and something for pizza we can't eat. And too far to drive to return pizza. read more

I would not let my dog eat a pizza from here! Last night we ordered a pizza, bread knots and five cheese dip. The dip looked like someone scraped it from the bottom! Iwas not even an eighth inch deep and burn on top! We called and they gave us $13 dollar credit. We go to use it today and I am told they must not have put it into the computer! We asked to talk to a manager and we're told they were not available. They have caller ID and would not pick up the phone! When we finally got through, they would not give us the owners name! If I could give NO STARS, I would!! This was our first visit since they moved out to the bypass. It was awful!! We paid for extra cheese on our pizza, which they didn't put on, and extra toppings. Seriously, the extras added up to $8.00, and there was nothing "extra" on our pizza. Literally 5 little pieces of green pepper, 5 or 6 pieces of onion, very few pieces of mushrooms, and NO extra cheese at all. The sandwich had literally 2 thin slices of meat, a scant of cheese. I called and spoke to the manager, she said if we DROVE our order back out there, we could get a different pizza, but that was all they were going to make right, because she said the sandwiches only have 2.5 OZ. of meat on them, so it was "probably made correctly"... really?? We paid $26.00 for about $5.00 worth of food! Don't waste your money like we did. It didn't even taste good either. read more

I use to avoid Domino's for no real reason. Until a buddy was at my house the other day and ordered some pizza for us. It was from here. I have to say...It was good. It was great for a change. Both pizza were thin crust and one had white sauce. It was so good. Since then, I have had 4 deliveries from this shop and picked up 5 orders myself on my way home. It is a great addition to Winchester's delivery options. I have to admit, I will order from them more often. Their subs are great as well. Their staff is friendly and their shop is clean. The hard part was finding their shop while doing a pick up. Now that I know where it is, I will go there often. Next time you are seeking pizza and wanting delivery or pick up in Winchester, I suggest to give them a try. Note they usually have a cheaper Pick up Special than they do for delivery. read more

They did not follow directions to call on delivery because I would not be able to hear them. Instead they banged on the door and woke the whole house up because they saw the night light on. I asked the driver didn't it say to call and he said yes but I saw the light on so I didn't. Poor response from the new owner as well, he just said ok. My order is never right! Their own special pizza's and they don't ever put the right toppings on them. I was told I could get a replacement of dipping things when I order next. Ordered a Brooklyn pizza crust, no mention is made online of pizza crust being drenched in garlic butter, when I called employee at local store she told me "honey, that's on all them!). On Thursday January 30th 2020 I ordered a California chicken bacon ranch pizza from Domino's in Winchester Kentucky via delivery well my pizza had two pieces of chicken on so I called the restaurant spoke with the manager named Rebecca and after she tried arguing with me telling me that the toppings are pre-measured she agreed to remake my pizza but told me I had to send the one I had in my possession. Via her delivery driver 2 hours later when my pizza finally arrived the driver said I have to return her the other Pizza she told me not to give you this one unless you gave me the original so I did he refused to touch it and had me put it in the pizza bag that keeps the food warm Pizza bags that he delivers other people's food with I've worked in fast food majority of my adult life this is considered cross-contamination it's against policy and it's utterly disgusting but Rebecca got her Pizza back because I called the driver later on to follow up atosa pizza and gave it to another customer that's disgusting in any situation not to mention with this covid-19 going around I will be calling the Health Department and Reporting them as well never again will I eat it Dominos due to Rebecca and her careless action then after eating my new pizza that she remade I ended up with food poisoning set all night in the ER with diagnosis of food poisoning funny the food to my children ate didn't make them sick only my pizza likes to wander what did she do to my Pizza read more

To be fair, I would have given them a 5, if it had not been for the last month of orders, all wrong, but thinking it was prob a new cook, I gave benefit of the doubt, that was until today's order, which again was wrong and I called and a guy named Logan said he was the manager. When I explained the order was wrong, he said he could bring the correct out but I would have to pay an additional 2.50 delivery fee , what for?? For me to pay for their mistakes, sorry, don't think so..so the food is sitting here and l was told by Logan he didn't care if I called the Corp office, so I did, and he couldn't have the owner call me, but by 6pm they might be there. This is the slowest Dominos I have ordered from in many years. If you are hungry go somewhere else. Dominos has an on line ordering system now but it doesn't work for this store. The app tells you it is done and when you arrive for carry out it is still in the oven. Plan on sitting and waiting. I only ordered 1 medium pizza and 1 pasta dish. Time from placing an order online and getting email confirmation for carry out order until it was ready was 42 minutes, 20 minutes after computer program said it was done. read more

I got a pizza from here recently and it was terrible. Got a two topping with handmade crust. The pizza was very under-cooked. It was so soggy that each slice collapsed when holding it. There was way too much sauce, & hardly any cheese. The crust was wet & soggy. Disgusting. I love pizza and can usually eat about any, but this was awful. I had to throw most of it out. The staff were very nice, and the place seemed clean, but the food is what matters most & it was barely edible. read more

They are always quick and accurate when delivering.They have some great employees there who take care of their customers. Ordered food for delivery at 5:15 pm. At 5:40, received call they were out of the sandwich. Proceeded with rest of order. At 6:20 pm, tracker showed it was just being "fired up". Called store. I have consistently heard poor reviews since they have moved to their new location on the bypass and they established a new "management" team. However I was reluctant to pass judgement until I had give them enough time to work out the kinks of their new business venture and location. That being said, we ordered two large pizzas last night, one hand tossed and one thin crust and they were both horribly made. My two year old wouldn't eat it, and he eats most things off the floor and DRINKS ketchup. The thin crust was overcooked with blackened edges and absolutely no sauce. The crust just disintegrated and crumbled when it was picked up. The hand tossed was equally dry and overcooked as well; no melty cheese just a mass of hard cardboard with little to no flavor. They were both kinda like you had left them out on the counter too long. I'm not sure if the ovens are set too high, if they are adjustable, or if its just lack of care or patience. Overall very disappointing. Please re-evaluate your processes and products. I would like for you to be successful. read more

The food is pretty good! I love Dominos but the customer service at this location is awful. I've had okay experiences, however, last night I was getting in late because of camp I attended and my mom was going to grab a pizza for me. We called and ordered but the location we called was the closest one to us on the road. A mistake I made. We were attempting to call this one because it's near our house. Anyway, we didn't realize that we called the wrong location and ordered so we showed up to this location to pick up and it looked closed but there was some employees. A lady came out and was completely rude and didn't even take the chance to hear what had happened because me and my mother were confused. The employee just wanted to leave and was not nice at all. I will never go back here because of how rude she was. I understand they were closing and we got there a few minutes after they official closed (the number I called was open for a couple more hours). But the attitude was uncalled for and there was, definitely, a more mature way to tell us we didn't place the order here rather than pretty much telling us to go away. Called in an order at 10:30 this morning for pick up at 11:15 for my kids at daycare. Went to location on Lexington Ave to pick up my pizza's and there was a sign on the door that said they had moved to new store on the by-pass. Why wasn't I told this when I placed my order? Get to new location, go to drive thru, pay for pizzas then sit there for 40 minutes. After 30 minutes, finally got someone's attention to come back to window. I asked where my pizza's were and the answer I got was that a delivery driver took my pizza's by mistake and they were getting ready to remake my pizzas. After I finally got my pizzas all I got offered for their screw up was a 2 liter of pop. REALLY???!! Spend $20 dollars on pizzas and wait almost and hour for this? Asked for store managers card and was told he did not have one. Asked for corporates number and was told to look it up online. Staff there seemed very unprofessional and not to concerned over my wait with no applogize or refund. Not a happy customer!! I called and made an order. I suppose the person who took my order heard me wrong and made a mistake and sent me the wrong pizza and the correct one had to be brought back. A little later I tried making a delivery order and I was told that I was placed on a "crank call" list and had to pay with a card. This enraged me and was absolutely ridiculous. I order from Dominos, A LOT. Every single time they forget the dipping sauces I PAID for. Last time I ordered and they forgot, the sweet delivery driver dug in the backseat of her car to find at least something she could give me. I ordered from them again tonight online, and then called the store to make sure they would include the dipping sauces in my order. I was assured they absolutely would. But, guess what!!! They sent entirely the wrong thing! By the time the poor driver has to go back to get the right thing the bread you wanted to dip in the first place is cold!!! My husband then called and spoke to Scott, the "manager" , who was not only unapologetic, but also refused to provide a corporate number. (We googled it and spoke to someone anyway).
