I have been pleasantly surprised with Little Cesars in Waupaca. I usually order the pan pizza (square one) the crust is nice and crusty on the edges. I always ask for extra sauce on my pizza, I wish little Cesars franchise would increase the amount of sauce on their pizza's. As I read other reviews I see that I am not alone in that thought. I also order extra cheese, we in Wi love our cheese. I have never been dissapointed, but I always make it clear to them that in the past I have asked for extra cheese and sauce and was dissapointed when I got home with my pizza. When I tell this to the person taking my order they do a great job with my pizza. You might notice I gave 4 stars vs 5. That is because of the poor personalities of the people in the restaurant. They don't seem very happy to be there. One time I stopped in and a manager from Two Rivers was filling in and she was absolutely fantastic and very personable. I don't know if cell phones are destroying our youths ability to interact with public or what is going on? When I worked in the food industry it was mandated that we interact with the employees and make them feel welcome. That does not seem to be the case. We were told to wear a different hat when you are behind the service counter and leave your issues from home at home. Maybe management or trainers can start stressing the importance of service with a smile? Inside of the restaurant is what is expected for a very fast food pizza place. It is cold in atmoshpere but it is strictly take out so who cares if there are just a few chairs in the store. Anyway, I love little Ceasars in Waupaca and I go frequently. read more

Came in and stood at the counter for a couple minutes never got acknowledged so I sat down workers came and put pizza in the portal and did stuff by the register still never got spoken to. Idk that just rubbed me wrong every where I have worked when someone enters you say hello but that's just me. read more

Where to begin; service at this location tonight, March 12, 2024, was absolutely horrible at best. I arrive looking at first for my usual crazy bread and a soda. No biggie. Customer at counter again no biggie at first. Looking menu over; I see pizza puffs. Hmmm sounds good let's add them when I get my chance to order. Now I'm listening in on the exchange between the customer (employee) and counter staff. Neither one of the could figure out how to do an employee discount. Finally, counter help goes to find the "manager" in the mean while, the kid working the line boxing cooked pizzas and such, comes up, in less than 15 seconds had the order completed. Mind you this probably took 5-7 minutes. My turn. I order my pizza puffs and crazy bread. Counter help tries selling me a combo; of which I did want, then try again with a single top pizzz paired with puffs. Again not interested. By this thing my frustration meter is pegging. Next counter help wants my name and phone number. On. Didn't think much of it. UNTIL he says it will be 20-25 min for your order to be ready. Now my frustration meter maxed out and I blew. I says; I'm looking at everything I want in the warmer. Counter help says that 2 minutes expired, I'm like I really don't care. I want hot food so I can go home. Been up And going on 14 hrs. Just wanted food. We can't sell it if it's expired, it wouldn't have been expired if you knew how to do your job and not struggle to figure out a discount . Now I am really pissed. If it's expired why is it in sight of public. All i care to say is that McDonald's won out. 3 min in and out. Apparently extra sauce ON a pizza (not the Crazy Sauce cup mind you) does NOT compute with the kids (and "adults") that work there. It causes a cerebral hemorrhage or meltdown or something. They cannot handle nor figure out how to do it without charging a whole other separate ticket to do it. Odd, especially when everywhere on the planet a bit of extra sauce on a pizza is free. Be very wary of the dry and barely garlic covered Crazy Bread.... many times it's just nubs that are dry or soggy from sitting too long. This place slides down hill further each time we try. Guessing it's time to quit trying. The best part was arriving a few minutes late and still having to wait over a half an hour for food that wasn't even fresh! STAY IN SCHOOL KIDS! Today (4/12/23) we thought we'd give them another try. Boy were we generous. I never could imagine it'd get EVEN MORE DEPRESSING. It's almost comical in a tragic kind of way. AND almost 8hrs later....we threw up!. We're done here. read more

WAS TOTALLY DENIED! Was trying to order online because i don't like a lot of human interaction, in general. They boosted of a large 3.99 pepperoni pizza. I put in my credit card info. Was denied, it said to call the store. So I did; they told me I could only get the deal online, said their internet portal thing was up and running like usual and was told to call the card company... Never had an issue with my card before, but sure, I did so. Like I thought, they said everything was fine, doesn't even reflect that i tried to run it this morning for the pizza. Called the store, again, and they were still trying to give excuses why it didn't work. Fuck this establishment! DONT ORDER FROM THERE!!!!! read more

So, I normally wouldn't write about this, since I'm normally in and out with my Hot&Ready pizza's. I was holding my sandals in my hand because I had hurt my foot. The moment I walked in the lady at the counter rudely sniped at me that I needed shoes on. I said, ok, they're in my hands here. The face she made was as though I had repeatedly told her no. Then, when I finished my transaction with another girl, I tried to figure out why she was being rude to me when I hadn't done anything to her. She again, in a condescending tone sniped at me about the rules. I reassured her I understood, which is why I put my sandals on, but that she could have accomplished the same request without being rude. She then, in her consistently condescending tone told me that she'd "take my feedback into consideration." Good thing I don't live in town here... thanks for showing my young son that you don't have to be nice to customers, that's not necessary. read more
