I was very disappointed with my experience at Little Caesars. The pizza I picked up was lukewarm, and the crust was soggy in some areas. The toppings were sparse and lacked flavor, and it felt like the pizza was rushed out without much care. The store itself didn't feel very clean, and the staff seemed distracted and not very attentive. There was a long wait even though the "Hot-N-Ready" sign suggested the pizza should be ready immediately. Overall, the quality of the food and the service fell far below my expectations. I expected a quick and tasty meal, but unfortunately, Little Caesars did not deliver either. I hope they improve their quality and customer service in the future. read more

Service here sucks! I asked how much longer on my wait time because it had already been the wait time they had told me and the men making the food rudely stated. I told her 20 minutes like I didn't hear him so I stated it's been 20 minutes. That's why I'm asking how much longer. And walked out. Not to mention the time before that , I ordered crazy bread and they forgot the seasoning, the time before that, I ordered crazy bread and it was hard as hell.So was the pizza. Do not go to the Little Caesars in Searcy. This is the worst restaurant I have ever been do. Getting a pick up order is an absolute nightmare every time. Today was the last straw. Made an order at 6, arrived when it was estimated to be done (6:55) but wasn't ready. Then around 7:15 was told they were behind and would be at least another hour. Left and came back an hour later and they had "accidentally" given it away so needed to make it fresh. Waited 45 minutes in store, and was never given my order. Asked them again and was told I had to get it out of the kiosk. I was never told it was ready and I had no way to access the kiosk (the original order was marked completed so no code or QR to scan to get in). Then they acted like it was my fault for not knowing how to use the kiosk. And after all that one of the pizzas literally has no sauce on it. I will never ever go here ever again. read more

I ordered two pizzas on December 21, 2023, for delivery because I can't drive. One veggie and one pepperoni. But, a veggie and Italian sausage was delivered. (I cannot stand italian sausage!) Honest mistake, I'm sure. But the word pepperoni and Italian sausage look NOTHING alike so I'm pretty sure I got someone's Italian sausage and someone got my pepperoni. So, I called the Little Caesars on Race in Searcy AR and politely told them of the mistake. The manager tells me that all he can do for me is make me a pepperoni but I have to go pick it up. And oh...I get to keep the sausage. lol He wouldn't even pay the Door Dash $3.95 to correct his mistake. Pitiful! I will never again order from there. read more

Little Caesars in Searcy, Arkansas is probably the worst pizza place I have ever been to. When they first opened they were good, but have continually gone downhill since. Forget the hot and ready, they have been sitting there for ages. If they do by chance get your order right, the pizza will probably be overcooked, cold or have all the toppings on one side. Customer service is also horrible, even the general manager is rude and could give a crap less about fixing your problems. read more

Don't mess around with one of those Hot n Ready pizzas. Flavorless discs that attempt to be pizza. Call 15 minutes ahead of time and order a stuffed crust pizza...might be the best pizza in town! Doesn't come close to being in the same ballpark as the $5 hot n ready. It's almost like they have higher quality ingredients they use for pizza that is ordered. read more

$5 for any large, one topping pizza? And the pizza is better than the rest of the "fast-food" pizza chains? Why not come here? It makes going out as affordable, or maybe more affordable, then going to the grocery store. This has been my go-to spot for pizza in Searcy. It is inexpensive and reliably decent. The food tasted fine last night, but it was sloppily made. The meat on the 3-meat pizza was concentrated in the center, so most of it was just a cheese pizza. Do they pay attention to what they're doing? They were really busy, and one employee got so frustrated she threw a pizza on the floor because it was sticking to the pan. Do they need more people? It seemed they were not able to deal with the crush of customers. Some of the employees who work the window need more people skills. If it weren't for the general quality of the food and the perceived value, we would not go back. read more

On Friday 07/26/19 around 11:00 am we were having a pizza picnic with the grand-kids at the local park and stopped in here to pick up an extramostbestest pizza. Even showed on their board it is part of their hot and ready menu. I was told they had "none ready" and I could wait 10 to 12 minutes to get one. So I asked for another specialty pizza that was on their board as a hot and ready and was told no they don't have that either. I asked what they did have and was told regular pepperoni and a beef. I asked why advertise pizzas as hot and ready if they are not. Another man speaks up and says "it's at the district managers discretion and I'm the district manager and we do not sell enough to have them ready". I responded then why have it on your board? He just looked at me. I reluctantly purchased one of the regular pepperoni and left because my family was waiting. I wish I had not. There was maybe 3 pieces of pepperoni per slice of pizza. Came in for a pizza at 8:15 PM, the employee (her name was Katie) said they weren't stocking crazy bread, cheese pizza, or Italian bread that late. I asked for the manager, the manager came in and told me that she had all that stuff in the back, but they still wouldn't sell it to me for some reason. When I got home, I called them to make a complaint about the ordeal, and Katie cussed me out and told me I gave her a great laugh. Hell of a way to run a restaurant! Their actual Pizza is affordable, but it's mediocre, if you're on a budget and have an Oven, just buy a Walmart Pizza for the same price and cook it yourself. I'm absolutely appalled by their customer relations from my experience, I've ordered from this location several times since I've moved to Arkansas, this treatment is unacceptable. If you want some convenient Pizza, order from literally anywhere else, there is a Domino's, Pizza Hut, Papa John's, and Mazzio's in Searcy, all of which are better options. read more
