Food is prepped and cooked proportionally to the price you pay. They also have specials that make it worth ordering from. The down side they have tables to sit at, but no soda fountain to purchase drinks with the meal. Best customer service!!! Tonight we ordered dinner because we were taking care of our granddaughter.. we did notice it took longer than normal but we were busy with the baby and weren't too upset. A door dash driver delivered it on a scooter which was "different"...it was a little cold but oh well. About 20 minutes later a Marcos employee showed up with a replacement order .. he said he saw the driver with the pizza sideways on the wrong side of town .. lost.. and he knew that our order was going to be terrible. He had been on another delivery so when he got back to the shop he redid our order and delivered it himself! I feel bad I didn't get his name because I was in such shock when he showed up. Apologizing for the bad service. He was so kind and really cared about Marcos reputation and service. I really wish more businesses were like this!! Thank you so much !! Ordered 3 pizza's from this location. It was my first time eating here. My experience was terrible. My pizza's were more like pizza bread. One was cheese pizza. If I had to guess I would say I got less than a cup of cheese on the entire pizza. The others were pepperoni and deluxe. They were both just as bad. At least 50% bread if not more. I ordered these for a get together with family on Saturday. Seeing as it was a weekend. I waited until Monday. The manger was not interested in my complaint. She told me that I should have called no later than 2 hours after getting my order. Therefore they would do nothing for me. This was the worst experience I have had with any business. All I can say is wow. Had my first pizza from Marcos this evening and it was beyond excellent. Not only that but it was also the fastest delivery of a very hot pizza I've ever seen. We usually eat from here 2-3 times per month and any small issues we've had were not even worth mentioning, even though the owner contacted us directly to offer lots to keep us satisfied. My family and I ordered one large pizza and one small pizza around 1 o' clock and didn't receive it until nearly 3pm. It was cold being that it had been on it's way for at least 40 minutes from when I called to check on my order. I also paid for a side of pizza sauce that I did not receive and had ordered in case my pizza didn't have the double sauce that I requested, it didn't have the extra sauce. On my pizza I was suppose to have the roma topping on the crust and didn't the pizza was pretty good but the service was a failure. I'm sure it would have been much better had it had the double sauce I clearly ordered and been somewhat hot. My husband called after an hour and it hadn't been delivered then I called about an hour and a half later. The guy on the phone was all apologetic and offered to void the cost of the pizza but said that my pizza had just left the store. Two hours later and still no pizza. Having heard mixed reviews about this new pizzeria, we decided to give it a shot. It was surprisingly very good! One of the few places left that delivers to our subdivision, we felt $2.25 fee for delivery was reasonable. We ordered the special that included a large specialty ( we did thick crust all meat pizza) and a cheesy bread for 16.99. The wait wasn't bad and the pizza arrived fresh and hot. Delivery girl was ok, but the pre-calculated tipping options (that they ask for) was a real put off. Do I really need to tip 20% on top of a delivery charge? I mean, I always tip, but the way it's put to you makes it a little uncomfortable. The pizza was really good however. The sauce was very distinct but different than than chain pizza. The dough was nicely flavored and most importantly cooked all the way through without being burnt on the bottom. The pizza was very heavy and the meat pieces were very large. The cheese was cooked to perfection. Reheating the next day was a snap and pieces were not rubbery nor did it taste funny. The box also came with a few coupons for a future visit which is always nice if you can remember to keep them. All and all, a something new to try if you are tired of the big chains or are limited on your delivery options. To ensure a better bargain, place your order beforehand and pick it up instead. Never been in, but had it delivered quite a few times. Where I live in Austin my only options or Pizza Pro, Papa Johns or Marco's. Papa Johns always seems to be screwed up and overpriced for the bland crap that it is, Pizza Pro takes forever since it's coming from the other side of Cabot, so I decided to give Marco's a try when they opened up. Once you get past the confusion of the entrance, it's a nice place. I wasn't sure if I was supposed to seat myself or wait for someone. Apparently you just go to the counter and order, even for dine in, which I thought was weird. Especially since there is a place to tip on the receipt, even though they're not really doing anything but bringing your pizza to the table when it's done. Anyway, I'm getting off track here. We tried Marcos twice and simply could not stomach a regular visit here. The first time we ordered a Large Pepperoni & Mushroom Pizza. The mushrooms were clearly put on the pizza after it was baked and not cooked with the rest of the pizza as God intended. That aside, the entire pizza was a pool of grease. I love their pizza, doesn't take very long to get your order unless there is a storm (had just moved in that day and hadn't looked outside) then it takes forever.
