Definitely not focused on taking an order. As a new location it was assumed we knew the menu and all details, order placed at 6:07. Received food at 6:48. The kitchen is in total chaos and open for everyone to see the mess they have to work thru to get an order out. No process or flow to how orders are filled, your food and bag is reviewed by at least by 5 different people while they try to figure out what is missing. Did not see anyone filling bags wear gloves. Did see a cook come out and fill up his stanley cup and did have gloves on. Not really sure who is in charge as everyone is yelling at each other about needs to complete order or whose bag is sitting in the cabinet waiting pick up etc. no trash can in dining area to throw your trash or straw wrapper away. Strictly a carry out location and order at least 20 min ahead if you must. Food was okay, not really worth all the hassle. Was really wanting it to be good.

Well, for once you get exactly what you see. I'm beginning to sound like an advertiser, but the truth is their chicken is marinated, breaded and deep fried, which makes the sandwich so juicy along with the pickles and the dressing, and always has the same great taste (I had it several times). I usually get the spicy chicken sandwich. So if you feel like having an outstanding sandwich, you can't go wrong with Popeye's chicken sandwich. Try it you'll like it!
