Worst experience ever! Normally chick fil a is a great place. Ordered in app. Went through drive thru. Hot to window and was asked to pull forward to the car in front of me that's also waiting. As we wait the sub in front of me received a large bag and drives off. I then pull up to that spot so the truck behind me can pull out. A lady finally comes up to my car. She clearly has drinks and kids meal with another bag. Not my order. I tell her immediately thats not mine. I said I can see the tag for the order it's said grey suv. I'm in a car. Hello! Then she realized she gave my food to the other car. That car then pulls up next to me. She walks over hands them the food and drinks that belong to them. Takes the large bag back. Walks it over to my car to try to give it to me. I tell her they need to check that. It was literally in another person's car who drove off with it. She takes it to the window for a young boy to keep leaning out the window looking at me. They finally take the bag. It's not in there long enough to do anything and they bring it back. I ask for the manager. Who comes out and tells me we re bagged your items. I told him that is not sanitary at all. They had it in there car drive off and drive back. He then asks if I want it re bagged agin? so I laughed at him. He asked what do you want me to remake it? I told him no I don't want shit from his store after I seen what he's ok with there is no telling what they would do to my food. Don't go there's nasty people. Nasty food. The food was the best I've ever had from any CFA ever. 10/10 service for sure. The staff was so happy and they we're amazing. I asked for a refill a few times and they were so nice about it. I once ate a lot. I liked the lemonade after the gym. They staff was to quick to offer a refill. And now for the bad..... I stopped visiting after the marriage controversy. I have been waiting for a clear statement by the company that my money will not support a hateful agenda. We visit this CFA on our way thru town several times a year--when the college kids are in town and when it's dead of summer--the lack of 5 stars is the service on the times they can't seem to keep up. Overall, the food is great, and service is awesome. But if you catch them at a really busy time, the quality can be lacking. read more

Always friendly and usually pretty fast. Can't miss with the Waffle fries - I also enjoy the original Chick-Fil-A sandwich and the kids love their nuggets. Their new market fresh salads are an upgrade from their old salads. I also like their lemonade and ice dream - the shakes are pretty tasty as well. read more

I don't give out 5 stars often, saving them for not just great food but also great service. I've been to Chick-fil-A restaurants through the years and there has always been a consistency the I have to point out. They make a point of hiring and training their staff to be very customer service oriented, friendly, helpful, quick, and always polite. This latest visit was during the busy lunch hour and as I got into the drive through line I was met by a friendly young man with tablet in hand. He took my order and my payment so that once I arrived at the window, all I had to do was pick up my food! I ordered their newly available gluten free bread for a grilled chicken sandwich. I was asked what type of allergy I had and when I said "gluten" I was told that the preparers would change their gloves prior to fixing my ingredients and the bread would come sealed for me to build my sandwich without chance of cross contamination, great news for the celiacs among us. As for the food, the bread they have found is wonderful. Not as soft and squishy as their regular buns (nothing without gluten can come close) but also not dense and/or crumbly like most gf breads. I no longer have to just order salads! I see more visits to CFA in the future! read more

This Chick-fil-A's service was incredible! A bus came in and everyone handled it incredibly. The workers were so nice. I believe their names were Dom and Marie. Don't hold me to that.
