It was Friday night (our regular pizza for dinner night). We were out of town for the week-end and chose a Greek restaurant with expectations we'd get good pizza! They had flat bread on the menu, but no pizza. We weren't feeling it for flat bread. We chose grilled salmon with Greek salad instead. It was one of the best dinners ever. From the moment our server took our order then served our meal and brought our bill everything was excellent. read more

Greek House is among the "must see" when we are in town. We got ours to go this time to not hold the staff over. I tried the Spanakopita, Phyllo Pastry stuffed with chopped spinach and feta cheese. It's delicious. The pastry was cooked perfectly and full of warm spinach and cheese. Our family really wishes they were closer to our home. read more

Greek House is absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The décor is charming and cozy, making it a perfect spot for a meal with friends or family. The food is outstanding. Every dish I tried was packed with fresh, authentic flavors. The gyros were perfectly seasoned, the pita was soft and fresh, and the sides like tzatziki and Greek salad were delicious and full of flavor. You can tell the ingredients are high-quality and prepared with care. The staff are friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. My order was taken promptly and prepared exactly how I wanted it. They made the experience feel personal and enjoyable, which really enhanced my visit. What really stood out was the consistency and attention to detail. Every bite was flavorful, every dish beautifully presented, and the service was excellent throughout. I left feeling completely satisfied and already planning my next visit. Greek House - Flat bread and fries - Greek Near Me - Searcy, Arkansas

We were driving in the area and thought around the college would have more variety of something to eat. Hubby found this on Yelp and we gave it a try. I got chicken gyro because the thought of eating baby sheep is horrifying to me. As the side item I got Caesar salad. I normally tell places to put the dressing on the side for the salad and I should have there it came out pretty much swimming and dressing and the lettuce was a bit wilty so that was a bit disappointing. For the Euro I asked for light on the meat and heavy on the veggies and they did that I thought it was good. As usual Gyros kind of messy. So in the end I kind of ate it with a fork and just pick the stuff out of the gyro and added it to the salad. But I thought the Euro was good. Oh and we did get seated right away and the service was fine nice bathrooms too read more

The food and service were both good. I really enjoyed my wrap as well as the stuffed grape leaves.

Pretty good experience. Restaurant is clean and well lit. Bathrooms were single person at a time which was nice for some privacy. Gyro was good. The Taziki sauce is very mild but the fries needed some more time in the fryer. Service was quick and friendly. read more

The food is excellent. We had the flatbread pita and Greek Salad and it was delicious! Great service too.

Coming from Arizona we were worried we wouldn't be able to find decent gyro in a small town. Boy were we pleasantly surprised to be wrong! Our family of 5 each ordered a Gyro sandwich with fries. The tatziki is delectable & the fries tasted fresh cut! The gyro is well seasoned & the veggies were fresh. Also noticed they have a drive through making quick dinner super convenient. We will absolutely be back! I do wish they had tabbouleh though. read more

Wow that's the largest gyro I've seen. Lots of meat and ample flat bread. My only suggestion would be make smaller meat gyros and lower the price. It was pricey for the food. Meats very good read more

Great Gyro and Greek salad. Fast, friendly service. Reasonably priced and ample seating.

This restaurant has become a reliably good place to eat and is in the regular rotation now. Good service and consistently good food. The pesto sauce with the grilled chicken is very good and my usual order along with hummus and soft pita. read more

This is my wife and I favorite place to eat. Great food, service and the atmosphere is amazing. People talking while eating instead of shouting over a tv or music that's played too loud. What an interesting place! We were travelling through the area and were staying in Searcy for the night. We looked through what the town had to offer, and while there was a lot there, most of it simply did not pique our interest... certainly not Tex-Mex! (We had just spent the last two weeks travelling through the Southwest... we were Tex-Mex'd out!) However, a gyro sounded really good, so we headed over to the place and walked in. There really isn't much to the outside of the place, but once inside things were a bit more cheerful. The grill is right there as you walk in, and you can see everyone working to get the food out, which is nice. We were seated quickly and water was brought out to us, and after looking through the menu we both ordered gyros for dinner. Those came out and we quite enjoyed them. I have had a wide spread of gyros in my day, and these were up there towards the better end of the scale. The meat in them was juicy and flavorful, the onions were on point and the Tzatziki sauce was in good proportion to the sandwich. This is important, because too much or too little can ruin the sandwich. Our server was pleasant, and took care of us. If we ever get through that area again, they will certainly be on our list of places to return to. Good food, good service! read more

Was craving a Greek salad, ended up ordering the grilled chicken because a side Greek salad came with. Perfectly portioned and prepared chicken. Greek salad was an A+. Very . Very reasonable price. Service was top notch... not only did my tea never go empty, but the waitress called me sir. Food came out in a flash! What a great find! Highly recommended! read more

Fantastically prepared rare lamb tenderloin. It came with a vinegary mint sort of thin dressing. The calamari had the outer consistently of a light fluffy fried mozzarella stick but inside was juicy and tender. The calamari here was way way better than the rubbery calamari from Rock House across the street. Full of flavor and very juicy. The Greek salad side was very well appointed with olives, red pepper, cheese, etc. The beef tenderloin was also cooked rare just as we asked. The cucumber salad was also tasty and in good portion. read more

I got the traditional gyro and it was phenomenal. I upgraded to the sweet potato fries with the marshmallow dipping sauce and it was the most top notch. The service wasn't too personal and would have worked just fine as a walk up and order at the counter to be honest. The Greek decorations were cool. read more

Best Gyro EVER!! Oh my gosh! We are on a road trip and stopped in to this little Gem of a place. I had the traditional Gyro with a Caesar salad and my friend had the half chicken salad sandwich with the lemon chicken soup. The Caesar salad was made with anchovies which is the best and a true Caesar salad, It too was amazing! The place was packed which was my first hint it had to be a great place and I was right!! I wish we had one in my home town in California read more

Best meal today, thanks to the crew! We've been eating here since the place opened. One downside is that my two favorites, a grilled chicken Greek salad and a grilled chicken gyro, have chunked chicken. They're hard to eat and sometimes one bite can pull half the meat out of the wrap, but today, Crystal chopped up the chicken in my salad and in my daughter's gyro! I've never thought of requesting this and I didn't today, the chef just did it! I do admit that some days I choose to patron other places because large chicken chunks just don't sound appetizing. I have never thought of asking for the chicken to be smaller because I take it as it comes or I just don't order it. If the method changed to consider that people don't wish to eat large hunks, I think you'd find that many people enjoy the new standard. Thanks Crystal! read more

We always come to the Greek House every time we visit and it is always so good!! Even though This place was packed, the service was still great! Food was good and the portions were excellent.

I love their gyro platter!!! I always substitute fries for the rice because their fries are amazing. Their salad that comes with it is always less than impressive-greens are old, sometimes with pink on them, and you usually only get 2 olives. I don't usually eat it. Their lemon chicken soup is also amazing! read more
