We were coming through Searcy on Thursday night. We ordered a grilled chicken salad online as well as a chicken sandwich and a ham sandwich. When we made it to our destination there was 0 chicken on the salad it had salami. The chicken sandwich was just thrown together and the chicken literally wasn't even on the sandwich but lying beside it. We called up there and were told "the other chicken salad has salami sorry" but that doesn't explain literally 0 chicken on the salad. They offered to remake it or just refund the money. We chose to have it refunded since we were in Searcy any longer. The refund never came so my husband called Monday and was told "I didnt work that night I will look up who worked and make sure the guy did in fact issue a refund". It is now Wens and still no refund. We have gotten no where. read more

As a former employee from years ago, this location could definitely use a visit where they are taught to prep their food so it gets prepared for each order correctly. I stopped in for a bit of nostalgia and was disappointed greatly by the lack of personality of the employees along with the meat barely touching the sandwich that I ordered. I loved working here and the entire energy of the place has just gone down the drain. It could definitely improve but it would take alot of training, I feel. read more

This is my second review and let me tell you...it's only gotten better! First of all when you walk in, you receive the most enthusiastic "welcome to firehouse!l you'll ever hear. Makes you feel right at home. Then the steamy, delicious smelling air envelops you in a blanket of culinary sandwich expectation that can only be akin to seeing your high school crush from across the room! This time I specifically requested that Jesse make my sandwich. After the last time I have vowed that he is my personal sandwich chef for each visit here. Luckily he agreed to do it! I couldn't believe it but he has improved his sandwich skills! Oh if I could only find a woman with the sandwich skills this kid has then I would marry that girl and keep her mine! His sandwich was nearly orgasmic. It was so superbly crafted and well made that I can't believe it was real. It looked like one of those model sandwiches from the magazines! And the taste was on fleek!! You must visit this firehouse and ask for Jesse!!! Put that on your bucket list! read more

Good sandwiches. This and Which Wich are the best sandwich chain places in town. Service can be slow and they often fail to follow through on specific sandwich requests (easy mayo, hold the cheese, etc.) But it is a step above Subway and Quiznos. read more
