Most of the younger attendants don't pay attention or even care to make sure they are giving out the right orders. The only time I go to the store and don't get treated with disrespect is when the older lady & gentleman are working. The kids need to be trained properly on how to handle customers and provide good customer service. There was no line -- I was the only customer -- yet I had to wait about 15 minutes for a single Classic Chicken Sandwich. During the wait, the employee was rude and unprofessional. After driving all day, I took the food back to my motel room, only to discover that the chicken was raw in the middle. I had to throw it away and go without dinner. I contacted Popeyes corporate to request a refund or credit, but they refused to help unless I could provide a picture of the raw sandwich -- which is unreasonable, considering most people don't think to photograph unsafe food before throwing it out. This was a complete failure in food safety, customer service, and accountability. I will never buy food from a Popeyes location again.
