I did an online order. Went inside when it was ready decided to order a couple hot readys and a couple crazy bread. Even though my online order was ready I still had to wait for my hot n readys and crazy bread even though there was hot n readys and crazy bread ready! People were coming in and out getting bread and pizza while I waited 20 more minutes for my other order to get cold I finally got up and asked why I wasn't getting mine and what he told me made no sense he said it's logical order and mine is a big order (2 pizzas 3 bread isn't big when it's already ready) so what he was doing was making me wait for them to make more so when other people came in he can give them their right away but people came in and got 2 got in readys and 2 bread and that was fine but because mine had 3 bread he couldn't do it!! If I could rate zero stars I would. The cashier was super rude to everyone in the lobby(which was packed) and didn't greet a single person that walked in the door. Some mid to late 20s guy with a beard and black plastic rim glasses. It took him 15 mins to finally acknowledge I was there and all he said was "what do you want?" In a cold manner. Stopped in on a Friday night, got 2 pepperoni "Hot & Ready" pizzas and 2 orders of Crazy Bread without sauce. I was charged $25.59 for the whole thing. On my way home I realized that I was overcharged, it should have been about $18.00. Since I live about 20 miles away I did not go back that night. I did go back Saturday night and was told that the General Manager was not in so I could not get my money back! I spoke with both a counter employee and the assistant manager who both told me that I would have to wait until he was in. I stopped in Monday after I got out of work, he was gone having left at 5:00. This is, in my humble opinion, no way to run a business. This was my first and last visit to this pizza place. I have to make, hopefully only 1 more, trip to try and get a refund. UPDATE: I was FINALLY able to meet the General Manager. He even gave me a hard time about getting my money back. He treated me like I was an idiot and started explaining how their credit card system worked. Like I cared. I had to tell him that was fine, but he could give me cash back. Which he did. The way I was treated I feel like they hoped that I would just go away and they'd get to keep the money that they overcharged me. read more

Really? 15 people working on a week night and not one "hot n ready"? This is technically not a (finger motion quotes) Real Little Caesar's as the real ones charge $5 for a HNR, have a larger menu, but not here in MP it's $5.99. The product quality is so poor my kids (whom love it) have a game of "is it Poo?" They stake odds on the contents of the box before opening it; Like "Remember that one time there was a giant bubble, that was all black and took up two whole pieces? That Was POO!" or "How about that one that had 19 pieces, 4 of them odd triangles in the middle, like it was cut with a shoe! that was Poo!" or the "2 we got when mom was gone, one had half a crust and the rest was sauce, and the other one had 6 bubbles and flat, tasted like glue, THAT WAS POO!" Thank The Deity's of Pie, they are not burdened with salads, sandwiches, slices and baby pan pans like ole'caesars used to have. It is too bad that I even have to write this. So if I ordered a deep dish hot and ready then why did it take 20 min. to be ready. I think I still would be standing there if I didn't speak up and complain. When confronted the employees there looked lost and didn't have an explanation. They had at least 7 people in there working. Apparently they forgot how to make a deep dish. It frozen bread. All they had to do was put cheese and pepperoni on it and throw it in the oven. While I was waiting nobody ever said hey it is coming right up or gave me an update on when my pizza was going to be done. When in Mt. Pleasant I would rather go to the gas station and get their pizza. At least I know I wouldn't be waiting 20 min. for it to be hot and ready.
