Ordered online. Food was hot & ready by the time I arrived (& when they said it would be). Server was friendly and told me to Have a Good Night. The pizza was made just as I ordered and tasted great. I wish I could have gotten the free crazy bread, but I didn't order a "specialty" pizza so the code wouldn't work. Sounds kinda cheap to me...it's just buttered bread. Raw dough and burned cheese. Third try. When I called for a resolution, the night manager, Sonia, argued with me, talked over me, claimed it was not burned (as if I'd make three trips for nothing) and hung up on me. No offer to resolve, no offer of a refund, just a smarmy mouth and nasty attitude. She also refused to give me the number to her district manager. Worse service EVER in Millbrook Alabama. Ordered 2 extra most bestest but, received 1 cheese and 1 with next to NO pepperoni. Girls and manager working were to concerned with a guy in a white car out front (which I am sure is on camera) to take care of my order. So, while I have 7 kids at home waiting on dinner and WASTING my gas. I am NOW sitting here at little Caesars waiting on a new order. Instead of rectifying they said bring them back. This location has the slowest service in town. There is no such thing as Hot & Ready there. Average wait is over 15-20 minutes for 1 pizza.

Thin Crust ExtraMost Bestest Pizza add mushrooms--What a mistake! Way too much sauce and was way too high for the extra skimpy topping. Six dollar pizza was $10. Cashier said price just went up on toppings that day. Pizza was all over the inside of the box like it had been tossed around. Not crispy AT ALL. Will not be going there again. This is the third time I have gone through the drive-through, just for them to tell me to pull up because one pepperoni pizza isn't ready. Chalked the two times up to them being busy and just not paying attention. That's understandable it happens. What shouldn't happen is me waiting 10- 15 minutes each time just to have to go inside and get it because they forgot about me. This time i see A friend walk in and then walk out with 2 pepperoni pizzas she didn't pre order. If this has happened to me 3 times lord only know who else this has happen to.
