I think this is due to the cardboard containers used for take home orders, but if you toss them in an air fryer they crisp right back up. It's also cutting it close for the hourly workers who have to clock in-clock out for their lunch hour. -there is no "lunch menu", everything is à la carte which can make it a bit pricey. How to solve issues: -downsize menu options. Less items to cook means shorter wait times. -create a lunch menu. This would also speed up the process as well as create a fixed cost. Easily you can spend $20-$25 on lunch when you add fries and a drink. I love wings; this is the best wing spot in town hands down. There are things they can do to improve, we are all pulling for their success!

I paid $52.53 for all of this, and I asked the manager to please make sure it's correct. I ring up the same order online, and it comes out $10 cheaper. Please fix.
