It had that perfect balance of crisp on the outside and soft on the inside, which is harder to get right than it sounds. The toppings were solid, but honestly the crust is what makes this place special. You can tell they put real effort into the basics, and it pays off. It's not often I give out a full five stars, but this place earned it. Definitely worth a stop if you're in the mood for a really well-made pizza.

My girlfriend ordered a BBQ chicken pizza, and I ordered a build-your-own with three toppings. My girlfriend is dangerously allergic to onions and we made it very clear that the pizza must have no onions. Despite this, when the food came out, her pizza had onions on it. I addressed it immediately with the cashier, who looked concerned and acknowledged the mistake. He went to the back to speak with a female manager, but came back and told us there was nothing they could do. No apology. No explanation. No offer to remake the pizza. Just, "there's nothing we can do." I guess that's what you get when you order cheap pizza -- but risking someone's health and brushing it off like that is completely unacceptable. This was not just bad service; it was careless and dangerous. I won't be coming back, and I'll be warning others to stay away too.

Service - While they do have seating, this place is primarily takeout/delivery. The service was good. They took my order and I headed over to Kroger. Atmosphere - I would not eat at the location just because it is busy (boxes and stuff which just does not make it comfortable. The lights were off so I just did my order. This has no effect on pizza or service. The seating is just overhead for the staff and they are busy taking orders / making pizza. Food - the crust is pillowy on the inside, crispy on the outside. I was not a fan of their pepperoni (now I am being picky). The pizza had a decent cook on the top but the pepperoni did not crisp up. I would eat this pie again but not sure if I would go out of my way to pick it up. It is a haul for me.
