Me and my family come once a month to get pizza and we love it and it is really affordable and cheap. But the pizza is a little greasy but still really great. Not to mention spot on customer service I am always greeted with a happy smile and they ask how I'm doing. Keep up the good work I would definitely recommend to a friend! read more

I never had a problem before with little Caesars but things were a little different this time. I always use the portal because it's convenient so I picked up everything I ordered except for the sauce. It was not put in with my order, I thought it would be in a box and it wasn't. Was only a dollar and that was my fault for not checking in the first place, this is where my biggest complaint comes In. My thin crust pepperoni pizza was pretty much burnt. I don't know they thought they could serve that. Very disappointed that I paid for something like that. Half the pizza was stuck to the box as well. I did end up eating it because by the time I got home, I was running late to an event and I was hungry, the taste wasn't as bad as it looks but they know better. If I could give this location a 0... I absolutely would. EVERYTIME I've gone in, there's been an issue. Today, they let the phone ring for FIVE MINUTES before they even answered their phone and even then they put me on hold. And when I got there to pick up my order, they gave me the wrong pizza. I ask for no sauce for a preference, but what if I had a legitimate allergy! That's how companies get a lawsuit. And they're always rude when you do get there. Everyone likes Little Caesar's. The people are usually really nice. Every now and then you get someone too stoned to function -- but whatever, it's Lemoore. They run out of garlic cheese bread all the time which is super annoying. But pizza is tasty and cheap. read more

I ordered two stuffed crust pizzas one pepperoni and olives and the other half all meat and half combo. The pepperoni olive pizza was not stuffed crust so I called fifteen times and no answer. We ordered a Pretzel Pizza and 2 orders of Pretzel dippers by phone. We were told it would be ready in 10 minutes. We were in line in 10 minutes. It took less than 5 minutes to reach the counter. The people working the counter were friendly. They brought a pizza and 2 orders of dippers. When they checked the order they realized it was the wrong pizza. She took it to the back and advised another lady that it was the wrong pizza. The other lady looked around like she couldn't figure out what to do next other than look really unhappy. She opened what looked like a warming oven and pulled out a box. She looked inside and gave it to the lady. We got everything home and discovered the pizza was cold and had a great deal of salt all over it. Then we looked at the dippers. They looked like undercooked pizza dough.
