So, I want to give a shoot out to the crew leader at the location. I found the staff diligently prepping for the next day. I mean they were hitting it hard. The folks that say, "Its hard to find good staff." Don't know the right time IRL to find the American workforce. The kindness was spot on; as a result, I had to post this experience. We have tried this location a few times and each time we're disappointed. The pizza is poorly made with toppings thrown on, the last two times our sausage was just all directly into the center. Bread sticks are inconsistent too in size and shape and are usually squished. The customer service is so bad. There is an elder woman there who acts like customers coming in are an inconvenience to her and she will get attitude with you for the basic of customer service questions. She told me today "There are other pizza places in Junction City." Management really needs to require better hygiene from its employees as well. I don't feel comfortable eating at this establishment when the employees look as unkept as they do. We won't be back. It's a shame because we typically don't mind Little Ceasars. read more

I am generally very happy with Little Caesars across the board when it's late night and I don't want to cook. But tonight was my one and only last straw. I ordered and I guess they handed my order off to some random person instead of the actual Door Dash delivery person. Check the delivery credentials? If I could give one star, I would. I ordered through door dash. Once I received the pizza, it was cold with little cheese. Most of it was the crust. It was also made with nacho cheese. I attempted to call 11 separate times. No answer. I drove up to the actual restaurant. No one addressed me when I came in. I had to request to speak to a manager. The lady approached me and said "what are you waiting for?" I said to speak with a manager and she said" me, I'm the only manager". I showed her the pizza. she declined that they made the pizza and didn't know who made it, but it wasn't anyone within their restaurant. She wanted to argue with me which was beyond frustrating. While I was present, there was burnt pizzas, lost tickets, missing orders. Apparently, the manager fired someone. Multiple people waiting in line, not did one employee address or greet anyone. I was told my order would be refunded and she wrote my name on a napkin and walked away. Not once was there an apology , nothing. Save your money and go elsewhere if you would like a decent dinner. I will be contacting corporate to ensure our money is refunded. read more

Definitely must have given my husband an older pizza instead of a fresh one. The amount of grease on it was not ok, it was damn near dripping out the box andMy guess is that someone took it back in for that reason and they gave it to someone else that ordered it. I know when I go into a LC's to get a "Hot and Ready" pizza, I'm not getting gourmet quality, but its decent. Crust is usually kind of doughy, sauce is a little bland, and the cheese is...well, cheese. I know that going in.... Even so, I enjoy their Hot and Ready pizzas for what they are. But this. Oh, god. I should have checked before walking out the door. It was the last one in the little pizza warmer thing, but I was on the road with a long way to go. Cheese? Burnt. Not black, but just too dark--and chewy. Yuck. Crust? It was like it hadn't risen. Either they didn't have enough dough prepared and rushed this through, or the dough was old and flat. Either way, it had the consistency of a tough saltine cracker. I usually eat the end crusts. Not these. These were horribly hard. I chucked all of them out of my car window, except one. I'm keeping that back in case my car gets submerged in a lake and I need something to break the window and escape. There was a burnt bubble right in the middle. All the cheese had run off of it, so basically a 2 inch round, burnt bald spot on my pizza. I could go on. Honestly, I don't feel I got a fluke bad pizza. I just had the feeling that this store is jam packed with "I don't care" and it shows on their pizza. Yes, I'll pass through Junction City again someday, but no, I will NOT stop for pizza. This Little Caesars has always been on the ball when it comes to speed of service, my only gripe is that because they are privately owned, they don't honor the prices or coupons given on the corporate website. This was the WORST Little Caesars I have ever been too. There was only one adult lady manager who did not have a clue what was going on who was over 5 teenagers. One of the teenagers who took my order forgot what I ordered 3 times and discovered on the 3rd time she asked me what I had ordered, realized she forgot to put in my wing order, which took another 10 min. The only lady manager looked "frazzled" and confused the entire time I waited on my "messed up" order....which I stood there and waited for almost 25 min. I was probably stupid for waiting that long, but we got into town late and wanted a " hot and ready"...what a joke. This lady was openly reprimanding one of the teenager girls in front of a lobby of 11 customers, and when one of the teenagers used the "F" word loudly for all of the customers to hear, she laughed with the boy who said it. My real problem with this entire messed up experience is with Little Caesars corporate. I have a lot of experience with employee management ( a 100 + employees) and how important customer service is, and how a large company like Little Caesars can get by with this kind of crap management and make money is beyond me! I guess they are okay with mediocrity and average when they could be so much more! To summarize...don't go here or support this joke of a company! There are too many other restaurants out there (and in this town) that will serve you better because they know the importance of making sure you will come back and will tell your friends about it! read more
