Ive been waiting on the drive thru this whole time its been 24min... IM STILL WAITING ON MY FOOD BTW! Is there only 1 employee in there??? Nvm the guy was indeed completely alone, its not his fault but the stores. He was very nice and have a cookie read more

A chicken bowl advertises chicken nuggets on the bowl. NOT torn up pieces of chicken from God only knows what piece of chicken. No batter on these torn up pieces. Yuck. Also, cheese was missing on these bowls. This has happened twice now at this location. Took me 6 months to try this location again. Won't be back read more

After waiting at the intercom for over 5 minutes without anyone saying anything. I have currently been at the drive thru for 30 minutes waiting for a 5 tenders meal. Everyone has been redirected to the side/parking lot. I've seen at least 3 cars after me get their order and leave. Waiting is not always a problem but this is ridiculous. Especially if we're being charged to wait. read more

The kfc in junction city is is not the place u wanna eat. You will starve to death waiting and the food ain't even good. The employees spend hanging out and talking than cooking food if your hungry or in a hurry don't go to kfc read more

Customer service is horrible, the are extremely slow including drive-thru I sat there for 10 minutes after making an online order 30min before that and my order is not done!! And can't pick it up in the drive thru which you can do in other surrounding KFC read more

Need a manager to help their own employees because they are struggling getting all this orders out. Short staffed and just to get my food takes 30+ mins. Not the employees fault just managers falling short on getting help. read more

The order wasn't ready at the time the on line order service said, biscuits weren't available, when I asked to cancel the order the man identifying him self as Nick the general manager he said a refund had to be obtained through the website ( no apologies or attempts to make things right) We went to Dillon's and ran into 4 other people picking up chicken from their kitchen. read more

This establishment gets worse every year. Today ordered the number seven not only was the chicken overly greasy, but they have the nerve to give me one and a half biscuits a half of a biscuit. They're too damn cheap to give me two biscuits that give me one biscuit and a half of a biscuit the chicken was all was not fresh the coleslaw. I don't know. I don't even wanna try to describe that that was disgusting. The corn they probably just opened a can of good value and pour that in there because that's about as much taste as I had and don't try calling because it just rings ring ring rings and rings. You can't follow instructions specifically order two number seven to be put in two separate bags, but it was gonna be on one on one debit card get to the window. What do they have this one bag try to call him you can't get a hold of them. This is the last chance that I've given them. We still had churches chicken. That was my goal to that was when I knew I could depend on this crap I don't even wanna tell you what I've been KFC stands for, but it ain't Kentucky fried chicken. If I could give zero stars, I would give them triple zero stars that's just how bad they are. read more

First off we went came here after my track meet and I was really excited since I haven't been there in a while, but to say I was disappointed is an understatement. I got the dunkers box and it was really bad and soggy. The wait was even worse we sat at the drive through for 20min and no one said anything so we asked if anyone was there and she said give them a minute and then another 15min go by and we get to order then they tell us to pull over and park and we waited for another 25-30min till my mom went in and got our food. They weren't even busy I would highly not recommend this location read more

I would give a bad review because the wait is ridiculous. The workers are taking forever.

Lazy workers said they were out of fries at 7, said it's a 30 minute wait because they need to put the chicken down. It's a chicken place? Make it make sense. Plus the woman taking our order was unprofessional. Won't be going back. Just doordash Popeyes. read more

I went in to Kentucky fried chicken order a meal and was ignored by all of the staff that was working the manager or assistant manager, walked right by me with his nose in the phone into the office, said his phone down and then started looking through paperwork, not even coming out to serve me I finally left to go eat someplace else read more

I would give a negative rating if I could. I went through the drive thru I ordered a famous bowl. I ordered at 5:01 they told me to park. Well here they come with my order at 5:32 I get home open my bowl and all I see is corn and the nasty looking nuggets and No gravy. The corn was hard the nugget were dry and bland. I don't know why they changed the chicken rect. But I will never go there again. read more

I'm not a fan of KFC, I prefer Popeyes every day of the week, but my wife wanted KFC and I obliged because the nearest Popeyes was closed. We ordered the new fill up box that comes with 4 pieces of chicken, popcorn chicken, 4 biscuits and a large side of fries, along with 4 sauces of choice. We ordered it for delivery (doordash) from the website. Which was a huge mistake because I'm one to check my food before leaving a establishment, to avoid the problems I came across. For starters the KFC ran out of chicken, ironically. Huge inconvenience but they gave us chicken tenders in place of chicken. I thought no big deal it's all chicken, until my ordered arrived and I seen they gave us 4 very small tenders that was no where near equivalent to the value of the 4 pieces of chicken meant for the meal. You could tell the fries were sitting out for quite a while. Everything in the box was cold even with the door dasher showing up pretty quickly, and they completely disregarded our request for specific sauces, giving us whatever they felt like giving I assume. If I went to the establishment and received this I would have instantly asked for a refund. The crazy thing is I'm not even one to complain, but this was utterly disappointing. This makes me prefer Popeyes even more. I will not be buying anything else from this place, this establishment specifically. read more

I was actually excited they were bringing wraps back until the JC KFC worked their magic, and it was garbage. Never again.

It is sad that you go through drive thru You put your order in You pay your money for what you ordered You pull off Stick your hand in your box to get a fry You realize your order is wrong You go back for the employee just to tell you they can't take the food back (duh) and they cannot replace what was wrong on your order smh I have never heard of a restaurant not replacing what they messed up. Have anyone else? read more

Ordered only and still waited 30 minutes. Very rude employees as well. I was very disappointed.

Professional and customer friendly manager and staff Got our order right the first time Fast service Clean place even the mens room 5 Stars read more

absolute terrible customer service cashier was rude and my food was made incorrectly and every piece of chicken in my 4 piece was raw

Every time I go to this place I have one issue after another. This time they have my order to someone else. And have me the wrong order.

I had the chicken sandwich and it was cooked to perfection. I wouldn't say that this is the fastest service at all, but if you have time, give this KFC a chance. They have great deals and I still think it is worth the try if you are nearby. read more

took 20 minutes just to order and 15 to finally get my food threw drive threw, and they forgot my side. not to mention how cold the food is.. read more

I wish I could give this place no stars! The workers were to busy playing around to get my order right and they also gave me cold food! Definitely not worth your time or money! read more

The service was slow the manager was not service oriented, they were out of popcorn chicken the wait on bisquit was 5 minutes and this was on Sunday after church. Not at all prepared for a lunch service. Disappointed read more

Yea the chicken and sides are always like any other KFC so that is why i even bothered with any stars at all. Been in the area a little over a year and my family and i have taken food out from here probably about 3-4 times and its always the same...soggy fried chicken, never EVER get my order right..example: i ordered a 12 piece meal and asked if i could get 3 legs, 3 thighs, and 6 boneless...first it took 3 people to even get it in the register correctly and then i get it and there are 6 legs and 6 thighs...i mean how hard is this to do? I even said i had no issues waiting and/or paying a difference if i had to...and yet...still messed up. I wouldnt have an issue or even anything to say but when u spend $35-$40 on food u kind of expect it to be right. Could have went to a real restaurant for service like this. read more

i don't ever like to leave bad reviews, but this place was just all around a bad experience . i had gone through the drive thru and the lady you took our order had a very bad attitude and then we pulled up to the window to pay and grab our food the lady gave it to us and right away i had seen that there were some items that we didn't order so my bf had asked her about it and gave her the receipt and then went to go give her the bag of food and she snatched it and shook her head as she walked away and then a man had some to the window with a horrible attitude and said they had just given us some free items (as he yelled that at us and turned around and shook his head) and so we took the bag back and thought okay that's cool. and then we got home and realized we had A LOT of extra sides and the lady never gave us our sauces which isn't a big thing but we are staying at a military hotel with nothing so it was frustrating and our food was just thrown back in the bag after the lady went through it so it was just not a good experience. read more
