A chicken bowl advertises chicken nuggets on the bowl. NOT torn up pieces of chicken from God only knows what piece of chicken. No batter on these torn up pieces. Yuck. After waiting at the intercom for over 5 minutes without anyone saying anything. I have currently been at the drive thru for 30 minutes waiting for a 5 tenders meal. Everyone has been redirected to the side/parking lot. I've seen at least 3 cars after me get their order and leave. Waiting is not always a problem but this is ridiculous. This establishment gets worse every year. Today ordered the number seven not only was the chicken overly greasy, but they have the nerve to give me one and a half biscuits a half of a biscuit. They're too damn cheap to give me two biscuits that give me one biscuit and a half of a biscuit the chicken was all was not fresh the coleslaw. I don't know. I don't even wanna try to describe that that was disgusting. The corn they probably just opened a can of good value and pour that in there because that's about as much taste as I had and don't try calling because it just rings ring ring rings and rings. You can't follow instructions specifically order two number seven to be put in two separate bags, but it was gonna be on one on one debit card get to the window. What do they have this one bag try to call him you can't get a hold of them. This is the last chance that I've given them. We still had churches chicken. That was my goal to that was when I knew I could depend on this crap I don't even wanna tell you what I've been KFC stands for, but it ain't Kentucky fried chicken. First off we went came here after my track meet and I was really excited since I haven't been there in a while, but to say I was disappointed is an understatement. I got the dunkers box and it was really bad and soggy. The wait was even worse we sat at the drive through for 20min and no one said anything so we asked if anyone was there and she said give them a minute and then another 15min go by and we get to order then they tell us to pull over and park and we waited for another 25-30min till my mom went in and got our food. Well here they come with my order at 5:32 I get home open my bowl and all I see is corn and the nasty looking nuggets and No gravy. The corn was hard the nugget were dry and bland. I'm not a fan of KFC, I prefer Popeyes every day of the week, but my wife wanted KFC and I obliged because the nearest Popeyes was closed. We ordered the new fill up box that comes with 4 pieces of chicken, popcorn chicken, 4 biscuits and a large side of fries, along with 4 sauces of choice. We ordered it for delivery (doordash) from the website. Which was a huge mistake because I'm one to check my food before leaving a establishment, to avoid the problems I came across. For starters the KFC ran out of chicken, ironically. Huge inconvenience but they gave us chicken tenders in place of chicken. I thought no big deal it's all chicken, until my ordered arrived and I seen they gave us 4 very small tenders that was no where near equivalent to the value of the 4 pieces of chicken meant for the meal. You could tell the fries were sitting out for quite a while. Everything in the box was cold even with the door dasher showing up pretty quickly, and they completely disregarded our request for specific sauces, giving us whatever they felt like giving I assume. If I went to the establishment and received this I would have instantly asked for a refund. The crazy thing is I'm not even one to complain, but this was utterly disappointing. This makes me prefer Popeyes even more. I will not be buying anything else from this place, this establishment specifically. read more

Every time I go to this place I have one issue after another. This time they have my order to someone else. And have me the wrong order.

I had the chicken sandwich and it was cooked to perfection. I wouldn't say that this is the fastest service at all, but if you have time, give this KFC a chance. They have great deals and I still think it is worth the try if you are nearby. read more

Yea the chicken and sides are always like any other KFC so that is why i even bothered with any stars at all. Been in the area a little over a year and my family and i have taken food out from here probably about 3-4 times and its always the same...soggy fried chicken, never EVER get my order right..example: i ordered a 12 piece meal and asked if i could get 3 legs, 3 thighs, and 6 boneless...first it took 3 people to even get it in the register correctly and then i get it and there are 6 legs and 6 thighs...i mean how hard is this to do? I even said i had no issues waiting and/or paying a difference if i had to...and yet...still messed up. I wouldnt have an issue or even anything to say but when u spend $35-$40 on food u kind of expect it to be right. Could have went to a real restaurant for service like this. read more

i don't ever like to leave bad reviews, but this place was just all around a bad experience . i had gone through the drive thru and the lady you took our order had a very bad attitude and then we pulled up to the window to pay and grab our food the lady gave it to us and right away i had seen that there were some items that we didn't order so my bf had asked her about it and gave her the receipt and then went to go give her the bag of food and she snatched it and shook her head as she walked away and then a man had some to the window with a horrible attitude and said they had just given us some free items (as he yelled that at us and turned around and shook his head) and so we took the bag back and thought okay that's cool. and then we got home and realized we had A LOT of extra sides and the lady never gave us our sauces which isn't a big thing but we are staying at a military hotel with nothing so it was frustrating and our food was just thrown back in the bag after the lady went through it so it was just not a good experience. read more
