I 100% DO NOT recommend the Burger King outside of Trooper gate 1802 North Washington Street Junction City, Kansas 66441. On 14 DEC 2021 at 3:13 CST after a long trip to the ER your girl got kinda hungry and ordered the Whopper Meal and Vanilla Shake. Something in my head kept telling me to check my burger but I ignored that voice and devoured this whopper. The voice kept coming back telling me to check my burger and boom I finally decided to check it and there it was A FREAKING PIECE OF A LATEX GLOVE !!! I AM TRULY DISGUSTED, ANGRY, AND ALL OF THE ABOVE. This literally could have killed me & who knows the status of the person wearing this glove. I got refunded my money back and the manager asked if she could personally make me another burger, of course I said NO, refuse to ever eat here again. Corporate was called and I am waiting on a response back from them. read more

Terrible. Took 11 minutes for a small order to be ready. 2 whopper jrs and 2 small fries. They weren't even busy. No one else came in while I waited, and only 2 cars went through drive through, but it took 11 minutes, while the crew had a fun time. Then when I did get the food it was all cold. If it takes 11 minutes for the order, it should be completely fresh, but it clearly wasn't. It had all been obviously cooked long before and they hadn't even bothered to microwave the burger patties. Ridiculous. Will not ever go back even though they are right down the street from where I live. Go get something at the gas station next door and microwave it. It will be much better. read more

I don't even want to give this location any stars. Every single visit, every chance we've given this location, just every single time they manage to screw it up. I could write a whole book on what they do here! I'm sure the other reviewers probably already covered getting only part of an order, the wrong order, cold orders, told to pull around to the front only to be completely forgotten, everything that gets fried tasting like burnt nasty garbage, them taking 40+ minutes to make you 2 burgers, etc. Tonight's experience just takes the cake for us though. The drive thru window attendant actually stole our order. Everything seemed as normally slow, she took my card paid for the order. She refused to give a receipt, red flag number 1. After almost 10 minutes sitting at the window tells us to pull around front as our order is holding up the others. A bit rude phrasing (we only ordered 2 burgers and that pre made Hershey desert). She gave us the dessert before we pulled around. Now right up front is nothing but windows, so you can clearly see the counter, employees, anyone sitting in there eating. I thought it was strange that once we pull around I see the drive thru person bolting out of Burger King into the gas station part of the building. About another 10 minutes goes by and I go in to ask about the order. The guy bagging food doesn't have it and asked the cook. I clearly heard the cook state he made our order. Guy bagging food asks where it is as it was never give n to him to bag up. Cook states that drive thru lady took it straight from him as soon as it was done, right before she bolted out. Apparently she didn't say anything to them before she bolted either. Lots of suspicious red flags. They cook and guy bagging were very kind and curtious, cook remade our food right then and there, was done in less than 5 minutes. Drive thru lady just happened to stay away until right when I'm getting back in our vehicle and pulling out, and as I said before you can see everything through those windows, so I saw her peaking around the corner before walking back to that kitchen. I'm very thankful the gentlemen inside still helped me as they did without a receipt, I know some places wouldn't do that. I wonder if she was counting on that....but I personally don't plan on going back, this whole night was just the very last straw for me, whole place just needs to go. read more

This place is laughable at best. Ordered a #7 this morning with a small vanilla ice coffee. Received my order, the cheese was only on half the sand which, not melted and the eggs were cold. The hashbrowns were so salty that I couldn't eat them. And lastly, when I revived my drink, it was seriously only halfway full. I had to take a picture because it was so ridiculous. This location is conveniently located near fort Riley but it has the slowest turn around time. I feel that this can be improved a lot. I also don't like that when you order online you have to wait in the very long lines in the drive thru. They should make a serrated line for online orders or have spots in the parking lot like Mc Donald's. The employees that work here are always nice. read more

I went to this Burger King on Fri Dec 20th thru the drive thru. I ordered a Impossible Burger. She asked me to pull around to the front and they would bring it out. Well over 20 min later they brought it out. If I hadnt already paid for it I would have left. I ordered this because I had one in Md. and it was good. I took 2 bites and threw it in the trash, They did not even apoligize for the wait. I will never go there again. I paid $6.46 for it and threw it out. If you insist on eating here, you absolutely need to double-check your order before you drive off. They've screwed up my order 3 times now. This location is so slow. You can be in line 15 minutes waiting on food. Not to mention the 10 minutes you sit at the speaker waiting for your order to be taken. Then you can say your order, then have to repeat it at least 2 times, ask them to repeat it back to you AND THEN your order is still wrong in the bag. Just avoid here if you can. This location has gone downhill! 4 out of 5 times I've gone thru the drive thru to get breakfast on a Saturday, the wait to order was clise to 10 mins. I left once without ordering, 3 times they were out of biscuits. The first time I was told ot was a 5 min wait. Turned out to be 10 mins. I had to change my 2 star rating to a 1 star rating based on additional information: Management still can't seem to keep items in stock. 3 out of 4 visits there is always something they don't have. Several of the employees are poorly trained; do not know how to navigate the register computer. Several employees look like they were hired off the street; very unkempt and just plain dirty looking like they haven't washed their clothes or took a shower in weeks. Order was right on receipt but completely wrong when picked up. 3 of 5 meals were completely incorrect. Last straw! Actually observed 2 employees using the bathroom and returned to the food area without washing hands; went straight back to making sanndwiches. The fact that they knowingly did this infront of customers and didnt have a problem with it and flat out didnt care was enough for me to finally say....no more! Dining area was nasty; floor sticky all over the place, cleaning products left on dirty tables while a couple employees were on break. wet floor sign out but no indication of anything cleaned or mopped; drink station was covered in straw wrapper trash and soda residue everywhere; ketchup pump practically empty, told them about it and they gave us ketchup packets...in the 25minutes we were there...no one ever thought about refilling the ketchup dispenser. So I ordered a chicken club sandwich and asked them to put A LOT of pickles on it. Now, being that I am pregnant when I have cravings I NEED to have them satiated. They made that sandwich so perfect! There were pickles in every bite that I took! I can't even get McDonald's to add extra pickles to their McChickens. I have to ask multiple times for more pickles. It's ridiculous. I am disabled, and going to any restaurant is a challenge, so I rarely venture out to eat. I ordered my food at this Burger King, and a wonderful young lady who works there brought my food to my table, brought me napkins and ketchup, and stopped by my table to see if I needed anything else.
