Wouldn't recommend returning to this one as I stood at the front for about 20 minutes waiting on an order they had sitting on the counter out of my sight and I had to talk to someone about handing over my order. Well - I've been to a lot of McDonald's and we decided to stop here even though we saw the not so good reviews. Some observations: The sign outside advertised "Help Wanted $11/hour". The bathrooms were clean. We stood in line to place our order and the customer in front of us must have been ordering for an army. We decided after 5 minutes to bail and attempt the drive thru ordering process (this was no fault of MCD's that this lady was ordering for an army!) The guy at the drive thru was good and very courteous. He got our order correct on paper. The problem was what we received. Upon ordering Via a self service machine, in a bland office building, the workers told me that the Frappe blender was down, okay, cool, whatever. I was then told that I could order something else, free of charge, by a worker who seemed as though they had no idea where they were or what they were doing. After eating my VERY lightly salted fries and nuggets. Frappless and Afraid, I then approached the counter to enquire about my "free drink". The manager (who by the way was extremely friendly and super great) gave me a full refund, and the worker from earlier said happily "I'll get that drink started for you". Fastforward to about 10 mins later, still without Drink and ABSOLUTELY PARCHED, now the workers are looking at me like I have a phallic member growing out of my forehead. "Uh sir, are you waiting on something?" They said. "My drink?"... "oh no, that's what the full refund was for so you actually don't get a drink". The problem isn't the free drink, it's the time wasted. I would've much rather appreciated clarification from people that actually knew what was going on. Stopped here around 8am for some breakfast on our way to Colorado. Ordered from the drive-thru and was thrillingly shocked by the speed and efficiency with which we received our wonderfully crafted mcmuffins. Employees were quite amicable for such an early Kansas morning. Decided to make a quick stop in their lavatory, which was so nice I decided to stay a while. Clean, pleasant, and overall wonderful bathroom with stupendous vibes - likely the best toilet you will find in the entirety of Junction City. One of the new "downsized" remodeled McDonalds. Kiosks were novel; some older customers were visibly confused and upset about having to use them. Space inside is poorly utilized - booths are tiny, fine for children but undersized for 'Mercian adults. Restaurant was clean and manager very friendly. read more

Super disappointed in my experience going through the drive though this evening! There were only 3 cars ahead of me after I ordered and was in the line for close to 10 minuets! I was at the 2nd window for about 4 of those windows and had a small $5 order. The management there did nothing to make it right. Avoid this place. Went at 2:30 pm..had about 5 or 6 employees and with the new ordering system your thing the restaurant would run more efficiently..wrong! Ordered two burgers - took 15 minutes to get them. Every table in the place was dirty and gross. We sat at a dirty table ourselves. Mentioned it to the worker that brought our food, just got a blank stare and never sent anyone out to clean. I just saw everyone wiping the grime off the tables they sat at which was a bummer. This is the best McDonalds I been to and I admit I am a big fan of McDonalds. . I love their double cheese burgers so much and I always ask for extra pickles and ketchup. . When I get my sandwich from this location, it has 6-7 pickles on it and a little ketchup leaking out. . Perfect, that's what I love. . Most other McDonalds that I go to and ask extra pickle and ketchup, I get 3-4 pickles and just a drop of ketchup that is so small that the bun has it all soaked up ! . Also, my order is always right, always has everything I order and believe me, my orders are always at least $30-50 dollars cause I buy enough to last a few days and my orders are ALWAYS right the first time. . It was Friday night, place was not busy. I do not like using the electronic ordering, so went to the counter. The person who eventually waited on me had her back turned BSing with another worker who was putting together an order for the drive through. After about 3 minutes she turns around and finally sees me and meanders over to take my order. I had a very small order. There were two others inside the room waiting for their orders. I waited for 15 minutes for the food. So much for "fast food". It appeared that the people working were more concerned with socializing with each other than doing their job. Worst store I've ever been to. Used the kiosk to get food to go. Our number disappeared from the screen about ten minutes after we ordered as a huge group of people came in. Went and asked the manager if they were still working on our order and he said yes. Every single person that came in after us got their food until another employee noticed we still hadn't received ours. He came back a few minutes later and said the manager was working on our order. 35 minutes pass until we get our food. We hadn't seen the manager since we talked to him the first time. As we are leaving we see him sitting out back smoking. Should be fired. What a piece of shit location y'all got. The family and I normally do not eat at McDonald's, however in light of the ST Patrick's Day holiday we decided to get the kids a Shamrock shake. Which proved to be an impossible task. We initially attempted to get one on Friday, the actual holiday, and they had no "Syrup". Our second failed attempt was Sunday, great treat to closeout the weekend, just to be disappointed yet again.
