The staff at this location has done an amazing job! The restaurant is clean and the buffet food was delicious! Nothing ever ran out. Staff was super friendly and fast. read more

I ordered a pizza by phone for pick up. He said it will be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived and the doors were locked. This was at about 7:30 PM. I knocked and waived. The staff saw me and ignored me. I left without a pizza. I'll never waste my time with these worthless people again! I'll be sure to spread the word far and wide through my personal friends, my military friends, my defense contractor friends and all over every social media app. I wish I could give a negative one star review, as one star is too good for these losers! read more

This is the worst Pizza Hut in JC. The driver delivered the pizza to the wrong address and then we called to address this and they still acted like they delivered the pizza. Btw we have cameras so the pizza never came. Horrible 2.5 hours waiting on a pizza! 0 out of 5. This location is known for horrible customer service. Then I come to the Pizza Hut to get my pizza because I don't trust there delivery driver and i said well just make the pizza I'll come get it. I had to wait another 20 min. Total time almost 3 hours waiting. read more

Would give it a zero star. Legit rude asf people working here. First of all the pasta sauce is all over the breadsticks, pizzas and even all over the outside of the box. They also forgot sauces that come with the epic dinner box. I called and was nice and the lady straight up interrupted me asked me if I would like to hold and before I could even answer she put me on hold. She not even a second later answered and I said "yes...we'll it was really rude to throw me on hold as I was responding to you asking me, and I have an issue with my order" STRAIGHT UP HUNG UP ON ME LIKE A B****. Pretty sure the name given to me was fake because she had no name tag on (expected, but it was the heavier set lady that works there) when I sent my husband to get the things they messed up on but that's okay because, I definitely contacted corporate about it. No wonder this place barely has any stars. But, I called back and explained what she did and another attitude chick answered, all I said was "if I need to come there to actually ask for my items I paid for I will" and the chick goes "don't be making threats" excuse me?!?! Everywhere you work a name tag is required as part of the uniform read more

I ordered over the phone. While looking at the menu on line as the web site would not function. So I ordered the same order I had chosen on line and was not able to get to work. After getting it I received my order without bread sticks that I requested. I called the restaurant and they stated they don't give the same orders as online in spite of the fact it clearly states it comes with bread sticks. It sounds trivial but they are running the business like a shell game. You can never be sure what you will be receiving as they adjust their menu as they wish. The manager decided that since I called and inquired about the obvious lie on their menu that I should just go some where else. Well Rosetta on this we agree. I will order from someone else read more

We had just a quick visit when we stopped for some morsels on our drive west recently. The staff is VERY friendly! While we waited for our carry out, we sat at the bar (yes, at the pizza hut! unusual!) the bartender was just friendly enough, and we only had to wait a little bit for our to go order. The place was pretty busy, but things seemed to be running smoothly. The to-go order was fresh and delicious (breadsticks just like I like them!!); they did call us "Lemon Pepper" instead of our name when bringing out our meal...it was an accident but it was funny! We'll def be back next time through! read more

The "call center" will take your order then, the actual employees will leave the customer on hold for over 45 minutes. So very ridiculous! I will leave a review at the other business site as well. Never again. Less than 1 star. no wonder there are never any patrons in the parking lot. This was in Junction City, KS not Overland Park. The delivery driver was a gent! read more

While dining here with my husband and young son we let the waitress know the pudding on the buffet tasted as if it had spoiled. What does she do? Grabs a spoon and goes over and try's it right out of the container in the buffet. NASTY!!!! not only that they man handle the food with no gloves, makes it worse is we seen someone scratching their head then touching the pizza. So our appetite was ruined so we wait for our check (keep in mind after we said something about the pudding, no one would come to our table). About 20 mins of being ignored they finally bring our check (my husband is military) so my husband ask if they do military discount. Instead of simply saying no the cashier gave us a nasty attitude and practically screams no. I said did they just change the policy (we were calm until that moment) and very nasty she looked at me and said ummm no this has always been the policy. She went on and on about something and that's when we had enough. I told her I wanted someone else to cash us out. She threw my card back at me and got the manager, instead of him apologizing about the rude cashier or the nasty things we witnessed he just looks at my husband and shrugs his shoulders and says yeah man we just don't do military!!!!!! Needless to say we haven't been back. The said thing is the discount had zero to do with it, it's just plain gross. read more

We ordered five cheese sticks as an appetizer, as well as two drinks. We then ordered a large pizza, waited about 15 minutes, and then received the wrong pizza. We notified the waitress and she gladly took the pizza back. No big deal. Then, she came back and said her boss offered us the wrong pizza for free and that we could take it home. Not only did we receive a free pizza, but they comped our ENTIRE meal for the night. Excellent hospitality! read more

Ordered a large dinner box online delivered to our motel. Comes with pasta, bread sticks, and 2 specialty pizzas. There was only 1 fork in the box. No plates, napkins, or additional forks even offered. I called to tell them there was only 1 fork in the box and person who answered asked me what I'd like done about it. I told her I'd like some forks delivered. She put me in hold for awhile then said they didn't have any delivery drivers and weren't taking any more deliveries. (Now it's 8:30pm Saturday night and they close at 10 so I call BS on that) I asked to speak with her manager she says that's what her manager said to tell me. I asked to speak with the manager again. A person finally came to the phone stating to be a manager. She said pasta comes with only 1 fork. I told her we would need additional forks since there's more then 1 person eatting. She basically said they have 11 more deliveries to do and won't be bringing any additional forks to my location. Nor are they taking any more deliveries. Terrible, Terrible management with ZERO customer service skills!! Makes me wonder how she earned her position in the first place. Giving 1 star only because Its the minimum. read more

The 2 Pizza Hut locations in JC just catered my daughter's wedding and I want to tell you how amazing they are! The manager went above and beyond as the venue was 15 miles away and everything was perfect. They even assembled the taco pizzas on site so the lettuce would not be wilty. He even stayed behind with staff to help serve in case we needed them. AMAZING customer service! You don't know how much it means to us. read more

Ive been here about 8 more times since I reviewed last. I have been calling in orders and using the drive up window. The pizza is still just the way I like it, crust and toppings cooked to perfection. The staff is incredibly nice and quick. read more

Place an online order for carryout , got to the store and pay and was told the order was not ready yet. After sitting and the bar for 40 mins listening to the staff playing in the back and the bartender on her cellphone. I ask to talk to a manager and was then told that they did not sell the sandwich that I order at that location and I had to order a different sandwich. WTF up with customer service or common sense, I wasted an hour in this restaurant. read more

I've been here for the lunch buffet during the weekdays which starts at 11am. Decent pizza options and salad bar. Service is fast. Only thing is the lack of plates and can sometimes comeback dirty. $7 per person w/o a soda. read more

This place has had so many issues managerial that it's a joke. They just need to get a coherent manager in their and also keep their liquor license, and they would be back in business because we all got love for Pizza Hut, I'll given a 3 for now..hopeful they get it together read more

We ordered $60 worth of food from here and the delivery driver dropped our food off to the wrong apartment. We called the store to either have our dinner remade or a refund. The manager Christina was extremely rude, put me on hold for 20 mins so i had to call back and did nothing to fix the situation. She had another employee answer the phone and tell us they are closing now and we can try coming in tomorrow for a refund. Never dealt with such rude management for a mistake on their part. read more

My picky ass kids are obsessed with your pizza. Y'all must be doing something good! But in all seriousness, buffet is always awesome and delivery is fast and tasty. Thanks! read more

Not the best experience here. Pizza was gross. Ordered a pepperoni stuffed crust and the pepperoni were burnt. An employee was yelling at another while we were here and there were a ton of flies everywhere. Not to mention it took over 30 minutes from the time we ordered until we got our pizza. And we were literally the ONLY people in here. As our visit came to an end, an employee took her work shirt off and was a big woman with a little shirt. Her muffin top was hanging out everywhere. It made me want to throw up the shitty pizza I just ate read more

Slow! Ordered pizza for carry out and waited more than 30 minutes past the "ready time" to pick it up. While waiting I heard them say it would be an hour wait for dine in even though the place was empty. The staff was incredibly disorganized and ignored most of the people who walked in. Won't be ordering from them again. read more

This place used to be great, but now it sucks! They scrimp on the toppings, even when you pay for extra. I was in for supper and they had torn the salad bar down during the dinner rush. Went today for buffet, waited ten minutes to be seated, but no one was working the host stand. Numerous people just walked out, including me. They've been enough disappointment that I'll just take by business elsewhere. read more

Today we went to the all-you-can-eat pizza and salad buffet. Attempting to make this short, I'll only expound on some of the problems: 1) the lettuce was brown and slimy, 2) the taco pizza was basically a crunchy crust with a small amount of flavoring (from one slice I got about 1 teaspoon of topping) covered by lettuce (remember, yucky!) and a few tomatoes, 3) there was some sort of pizza that looked barbecued but because they condense their pizzas as they run out it wasn't identifiable as any particular type of pizza, 4) their refillable drinks are only refillable IF you can find someone to refill it for you. When I expressed my concerns upon leaving (prior to paying) I was told we could get a to-go drink -- but what about the refill-s- -- you know, the ones we wanted while we were eating (something to wash down the cardboard crusts)? No, we won't go back. We noticed that where it used to busy at their lunchtime, there were only about 3 tables filled when we got there near noon. I encourage anyone willing to pay $20 for lunch to go elsewhere. Anywhere else! read more

Ok first off we ordered pizza on a very slow day, there was nobody in the restaurant when we ordered our pizza, took 40 minutes to finish and when we got home it was a completely different pizza, how do you mess up an order when it wasn't even a busy day?? So we drove back demanding another pizza since they messed up the last one, when we arrived the lady that took our order said "I'm sorry about that I don't know how that happened" in a smiling sassy... So overall don't let TAMMY take your order.. read more

Service 5 Stars but that's it. Pretty building but NO heartbeat inside. I have never been in a Pizza Hut Wing Spot but when I walked in I was greeted with NO ONE! There was one person sitting at the bar (o wow a bar at pizza hut) so I sat myself. I noticed beer in the fridge (glass cases) but no liquor just a pretty mirror to admire myself. The waitress was nice, prompt, food was okay, no complaints. I wouldn't go here if you are looking for a crowd or the feeling of a good time. If you want to study for your final exams or concentrate on your favorite Stephen King novel. Good spot! read more

This used to be one of our regular spots, but since this place changed hands from a local owner to a person who owns many Pizza Huts, the place has seriously gone downhill! The service is terrible with young teenage kids that are not trained and a few grown adults who act just as clueless. All the regular staff that used to be on top of things are gone. We have been back three times in hopes that the kinks would get worked out, but they seem worse. We walked out the other night after waiting for 20 minutes with no service. A month ago, we called in an order and left after waiting almost an hour. Earlier, we have had the wrong pizzas made, and charged full price when there were specials. The salad bar is not taken care of-wilted lettuce and brown mushrooms. This is one of the biggest and used to be the cleanest, friendliest, and well- managed Pizza Huts around. Sadly, not anymore. The owner better grab a clue because word travels fast in small towns and this business will sink!! read more
