So too were the cooks and the manager. I highly recommend this place!! The service is wonderful. They truly care about their customers and their experience. We ordered a couple phillys and the BBQ potato. At the $20 price point, you would assume that each dish would have more than 2.5 oz of meat. The pork and brisket on the potato were indistinguishable. The meat for the phillys didn't cover one side of the bread and appetizers delivered after the meal. Beers were cold and pretty good drink prices. Won't come again.

For drinks, my husband got a beer and I got a Hoop Tea for the first time. The Hoop Tea was pretty good and it tasted like a sparkling twisted tea. I ordered a margarita for my second drink and you can't really go wrong with a margarita, but both drinks were decent and I couldn't taste the alcohol! We decided to stay longer and we ordered some Garlic Parmesan wings that were good along with the Fish and Chips which I really liked! The battered fish was super crispy and satisfied my craving. On top of the good drinks and food, our waitress was super nice and friendly!

Good food and low prices. 4:00 p.m. on Friday, 5/30/25 The day crew was just thinning out and shift changing. I sat at the bar. Fair beer selection, and mixed drinks. Average bar seating, plenty of tables with a couple of pool tables, quick and friendly service. Everybody seemed friendly and willing to visit or leave you be. I was treated like a regular pretty quickly; I started a tab and the bartender called me by my name every time she refilled my glass. Wings Buffalo style were good. Hot from the fryer, crispy, sauce was Frank's based. No celery. Burger was served on thick sliced, grilled Italian-style bread and put properly together, not deconstructed. Patty appeared to be 1/4 lb and premade but pretty good; decent pickle, red onion, and hand sliced tomato. Better than average waffle fries, seasoned, and prepared by somebody who cared about the food. 7/10. TouchTunes jukebox. A few screens with ballsports on 'em. TV keno. Typical neighborhood spot with above-average service.

The chicken fried steak was 30% smaller, had to ask for mashed potatoes n gravy! There was almost more breading than meat and it was a slab of un-tenderized, tough as shoe leather, round steak! The Aspen wrap always used to be my favorite because the turkey portion was so generous but this one was ALL lettuce and I had to hunt for any turkey and cheese! Awful! And the sweet potato fries were limp as rag dolls, not a sign of crispy goodness!!! And no honey mustard for dipping! Only ranch dressing!!! Definitely a big disappointment! Probably equal to the hockey puck biscuits I reviewed a few years back! You fixed the biscuits!
