So sad to write this review, today I picked up some pizza for my granddaughters birthday party and it was unfortunately disgusting. She had found multiple hairs in multiple slices. The service was amazing since I made a mobile order and it was done in about 15 minutes for 2 pizzas. The ambiance was nice and looked clean. read more

Makes the worst pizzas and customer service is horrible aswell. Ordered wings and got some wings that might have been days old

This place just flat out sucks they give you old pizza & not even the right one at thatdont waste your time with this place they need mature people running this place not kids. read more

The hot and ready are not what they are they gave me a very cold pizza and horrible pizza there almost a bit of cheese on the pizza.

Just bad. They take forever even if you order online. They don't acknowledge you as you walk in.

If I could give them a zero I would. The girls that work at the front desk have zero customer service skills. When I picked up my order I asked for chili flakes and Parmesan packages. The girl told me they didn't have any. Difficult to believe since it's a pizza place. She was too busy chitchatting with her coworkers who were browsing social media and seemed like I was an inconvenience to them. They then screamed because they saw who knows what on their social media and scared my toddler. They also failed to give me my complete order. I went back, no acknowledgement from anyone. Terrible, terrible place. read more

The service here sucks! In order to avoid the lines, I called to place an order of pizza and breadsticks by phone. The cashiers tells me it will be ready in 45 mins. So 45 mins later, im at the place. I can see a long line, no worries I placed my order by phone. When I go up to the cashier, she tells me the breadsticks are not ready, that it will be 10 more mins. I decided to stay. 30 mins pass by, nothing. 45 mins, nothing. So then I realized some customers that were behind me, getting pizza and breadsticks, it then hits me! I decided to confront them about it and tell me the breadsticks are not ready. Wow really! I tell them what ive seen and a few seconds later, my pizza and breadsticks arrive. I have not gone back there ever since and never will again! read more

Don't expect to get any hot and ready pizzas from this location ever. Even if you order ahead of time the food is not ready on time when you go to pick it up. We ordered and were told it would be 30 minutes for 2 pepperoni pizzas. Showed up and still waiting for 45 minutes. They know the location is busy and yet are never prepared for the large number of orders they are going to get. read more

Poor customer service, waiting time is ridiculous. There are many people waiting in line. I don't know if they need more workers or what. I do not recommend at all. Go somewhere and get a good quality pizza. read more

Sorry Service.... Said no Hot and ready pizzas were ready, I had to wait 15 minutes. I'm waiting 5 minutes... People walk in and order Hot and ready and got their pizza right there and than. Poor service. read more

I don't know what is it with Coachella and bad customer service. So my wife called in a deep dish pepperoni pizza. They said we have some done already , so she said ok can you save one for me?Sure they said. My wife gave her name I took off to get it. Well I get there it's packed! I waited in line finally got to the line and they said they didn't have any orders for my wife. They said they had ran out and couldn't even place any more orders. They said my wife probably called in to the wrong store. Don't waste your time with these dumb incompetent employees. Little Caesars Hires nothing but dumb kids. Save yourself the headache and go to dominoes. Heck even Pizza Hut their service is also trash but a little better than this. After reading other reviews I guess it happens often. You call buy they don't care what you order they just say you never called. read more

I understand little caesars pizza can get busy mostly on the weekends but I love their pizza and sometimes it sucks having to wait for pizzas but I completely understand when most people order 4 or 5 pizzas and end up taking them all and us having to wait which Is why most of the time I like to order by the app or by phone even tho sometimes i get there and it's still not ready I like to go to Cardenas and just look around for a bit and by the time I'm done my pizza is ready and people should be careful on fridays and sundays because it does get really really busy and people should always know not to carry 50 or 100 dollar bills with them to get 1 pizza read more

The wait is long I've waited 45mns for a hot and ready when they told me it was gonna take 10mns don't recommend unless you order online

Y'all gotta be there Tuesday's. My husband and I go every Tuesday morning and the cashier, Ana, always helps us out. She shocked me when we walked in and pulled out our order. It's really nice to know that she remembers our name and faces. It's a really welcoming environment. read more

The pizza is always good to me but the wait time is what gets the 2 stars. Not really any point of placing a phone order cuz ya still wait. If they expanded it would definitely be a plus for this busy spot. read more

I love coming to this location. They always have the hot and ready. Always fresh and staff is very friendly. I was greeted the moment I walked in. read more

I used online to order via pizza portal and they gave me the code and everything and said the pizza will be ready at 8:16 but it was actually ready at 8:45! and, on top of the wait we didn't get the sauce we paid an extra $1.50 for read more

This place sucks plain and simple. Their customer service skills are terrible! Never going back again. They're always messing people's orders up and the waiting time is ridiculous. I ordered on the phone and when I showed up they told me they had no record of my order so they told me that I had to re order and wait all over again. Even the assistant managers suck. They're all rude and can't even handle doing their jobs! They need to get it together and hire a better staff! read more

This probably the worst Little Caesar's Pizza store. I have come for last time. If you want to get in a long line and wait 40 minutes to an hour for a pizza that's suppose to be ready is not true for this place. The employees actually encourage to buy pizza elsewhere. The place horribly dirty., Management looks clueless on how to operate a pizza franchise. read more

I had never had I had a problem with the service, until now. I placed an order and arrive to pick up, I waited in line for about 10 minutes, it was pretty busy. I handed Vivian a large bill and immedimmediately said they didn't have change, when a guy in front of me handed a large bill.. Wow. I had to go else were to break my bill. On top of that had to wait in line again when there was like 10 or more people ahead of me. If it wasen't for a kind person that let me go in front of them I think my order would of gotten cold. Vivian Assistant Manager you defitnetly need to work of your customer service. read more

I made my order over the phone since I know little Caesar has many customers, the girl who took my order said my order was going to be ready in 30 minutes.
