Stein Brothers looked good, so we ordered a House Pizza and bread sticks. When I opened the door, it brought me back to my hometown pizza joint from childhood. It smelled like a pizza place and brought back lots of great memories. It's small inside with a few tables and was immediately greeted by the staff and they promptly brought me my order. The prices were very reasonable. The bread sticks came with two a choice of two sauces, we chose pizza and dill. The bread was soft, flavorful and covered with parmigiana! I liked both sauces, but preferred the pizza sauce. The dill would be amazing on a bagel or on a CSBC pretzel! The pizza is absolutely loaded with toppings! You really get your money's worth. I love that they use fresh mushrooms rather than canned. The pie was cooked perfectly. We really enjoyed it. Stein Brothers will be my choice for pizza whenever we are in town. Highly recommended!

I respectfully asked why it didnt work...can you explain it to me. I was then verbally cussed at by the manager. Many many times using language I will not post. I was then told by another employee "dont come in here tweeking again" I have reported this to corporate. It as been three weeks with no response, nothing to show they are taking this seriously. We had a family tradition of getting pizza and a movie for a girls night with my mom and sisters. Of course, I had to visit while I was in town with family. I was not disappointed. Got a medium with garlic and pineapple toppings and, of course, ranch crust. I was very pleased. Definitely recommend this place and it's right next to a movie rental store if you're looking for a bit of a laid back evening.

Panda Chinese Restaurant Sweet-and-Sour Chicken Combo Review(Cedar Springs, MI)…read more This is a solid local takeout meal. The sweet-and-sour chicken comes with chicken fried rice, an egg roll, and a free fortune cookie. The red sauce sits in its own cup on the side. That is the smart part. Why the sauce on the side is greatThe chicken stays crispy. You dip only what you want. No soggy pieces. You control the sweet and sour level. Some people like a lot. Some like a little. You decide. How it tastes (simple version)The chicken is golden and crunchy on the outside. Soft inside. The sauce is sweet with a little tang. It is not heavy or syrupy. The chicken fried rice has the usual good stuff -- bits of chicken, egg, onion, and green onion. It is filling and tastes like classic Chinese takeout fried rice. The egg roll is crispy. The fortune cookie is the fun extra. About the restaurantPanda Chinese has been a Cedar Springs spot for years. It is a small family place focused on takeout. Portions are big for the price. Many locals keep going back for the classic dishes. Reviews are mixed (around 3 stars), but the sweet-and-sour chicken, sesame chicken, and crab rangoon get regular praise. Service is usually fast. They are cash only. When you call, they tell you every time. I have ordered from this family for about 20 years. They have always said cash only on the phone. People who show up without cash after being told that were not paying attention. The restaurant is clear about it. They should not have to change how they do things. Address: 14111 White Creek Ave NE, Cedar Springs, MI 49319Phone: (616) 696-8838Hours: Most days about 10:45 AM to 10 PM (Sunday starts later and ends a bit earlier). Bottom lineIt is a reliable, filling, no-fuss takeout meal. The crispy chicken with sauce on the side is the standout. The free fortune cookie is a nice bonus. If you like classic American-Chinese and want big portions without a big drive, this is a good local pick. Enjoy the meal.

I was concerned with was how messy the work area was. I arrived with one person receiving one sandwich and no other customers. The workers were friendly, and greeted me when they saw me. They asked if they could help me, and neither made any effort to clean the station. I told them I ordered through the app, They hadn't begun them, but I was early so not concerned about that and assured them I knew I was early. They began making my subs. After getting the breads together they began cutting them. The breads looked half baked, so I asked them to toast them all though we originally only had one being toasted. I wanted the bread to finish cooking so we wouldn't get sick. They began with the 2 BLTs and went for the meatballs for the third sub only to realize there were none. One worker asked if they had more meatballs, the other responded "yes, in the freezer." I told them to go ahead and make them all BLTs. Literally, the reason my daughter and I were getting Subway on Friday night was so I could get a meatball sub. However, a poorly managed kitchen ran out of a major sandwich item before dinner rush time. I could understand running out at 8:05 PM, is inexcusable to runout before 6:05 PM. To top this off, rather than clean even a single spill or getting the meatballs out of the freezer, the second worker began making his personal sandwich while I was being rung up. The combination of the disgusting workstation, the missing food items (that were available), and the lack of proper management and/or training will keep us from going back to this Subway in the foreseeable future.

I had a doctors appointment in GR and was craving a Wendy's burger. We had a visit to another one of your chain restaurants about 6 months ago and to say the least the food was horrible. I figured it was the area and we opted for your place yesterday. The place was clean inside we'll give you that, but the food was horrible! Fries were tasteless (what happened to those big fries? Those were the bomb!) Burgers? The buns were flat as pancakes, the burger was dry (you could see the burger sat under the lights for some time, it wasn't fresh. I've worked fast food I know the look.) The bacon, it was bits not a nice couple whole pieces like normal burgers have and the burger was so small I should have ordered 3 for my husband. Shrinkflation like everything else these days! I didn't finish my burger as it just didn't smell or taste right. I wasn't going to have it remade as it prob wouldn't be any better quality. And for the money you pay for these meals today, it should be grand quality! Two baconator meals, and a small frosty was almost $30! We don't eat out often as it is and cost is the main reason. But, if we find a spot we like/love we will treat ourselves bout once a month. The tables were wiped down but with a dirty cloth because it was cloudy as could be. So we put down napkins to put our food on. The ketchup tasted funny as if it sat too long un-refrigerated. So from this point on we're not going to your chain anymore. It's sad actually because we loved your food! If we had known that Jimmy John's wasn't far from you, (we had visited our daughter on our last visit to Cedar Springs was a just a hop, skip and jump down the road) we would have been there.
