We're only giving a 1 because at least the store was clean. We have not been a Wendy's fan for quite some time. You have gone way down hill on the quality of your food. I had a doctors appointment in GR and was craving a Wendy's burger. We had a visit to another one of your chain restaurants about 6 months ago and to say the least the food was horrible. I figured it was the area and we opted for your place yesterday. The place was clean inside we'll give you that, but the food was horrible! Fries were tasteless (what happened to those big fries? Those were the bomb!) Burgers? The buns were flat as pancakes, the burger was dry (you could see the burger sat under the lights for some time, it wasn't fresh. I've worked fast food I know the look.) The bacon, it was bits not a nice couple whole pieces like normal burgers have and the burger was so small I should have ordered 3 for my husband. Shrinkflation like everything else these days! I didn't finish my burger as it just didn't smell or taste right. I wasn't going to have it remade as it prob wouldn't be any better quality. And for the money you pay for these meals today, it should be grand quality! Two baconator meals, and a small frosty was almost $30! We don't eat out often as it is and cost is the main reason. But, if we find a spot we like/love we will treat ourselves bout once a month. The tables were wiped down but with a dirty cloth because it was cloudy as could be. So we put down napkins to put our food on. The ketchup tasted funny as if it sat too long un-refrigerated. So from this point on we're not going to your chain anymore. It's sad actually because we loved your food! If we had known that Jimmy John's wasn't far from you, (we had visited our daughter on our last visit to Cedar Springs was a just a hop, skip and jump down the road) we would have been there. read more

I LOVE THIS WENDY'S! The food is fantastic, the service is amazing, perfect on a time crunch! The building's floors are dirty, like other restaurants, but it feels homey, with the nice lighting, and there is a drive thru if you could not tell for some reason. read more

I ordered 2 meals 5 jbc and a large chili. I WAS ASKED TO PULL FORWARD SO THEY COULD MAKE IT FRESH.. we waited 15 min before they finally brought out two bags of cold food. Missing my chili .. garbage. Food was cold and old ... what were we waiting for??? read more

They stopped serving the line inside and focused on the drive thru for 5 minutes while there was a line out the door. Our table was sticky and the bathroom was unclean. They did however get our order right and the food was hot. read more

Absolute slowest fast food service ever! Went inside and there were only three people ahead of me and yet it was 20 minutes before the girl took my order! She basically ignored all the people standing in line and just took her sweet old time to take your order! Glad I wasn't in a super hurry - I almost left several times. So it was no surprise that when I finally got my order it was wrong. No way I was gonna wait for them to make it right! On top of that the fries were cold! Never make that mistake again! read more

I went through the drive thru at 10 one night and everything I asked them for, they didn't have. For example: Chili, potatoes, cheese sauce, both strawberry and chocolate frostys, plus much more. I have never been so disappointed in a wendy's location as I was that night. I don't remember the name of the manager on shift but she was insanely rude and treated me like dirt. They definitely lost a valuable customer. I would honestly rather go to GR than Cedar. read more

Good commercial, if it was only true! The last two times I stopped, actually went through the drive-thru, the burgers were awful. It seems their specials are made ahead of time because they were dry. At least one of the times the fries were awful too. Not hot and fresh at all. They used to be good, but lately haven't been. I love Wendy's fries, but have been disappointed lately. I went through the drive through. The order was all correct. Burger and chicken sandwich was fresh and hot. The fries were a little old- not crispy. Friendly drive through employees. Quickly got my order, with two cars ahead of me. read more

I stop here whenever I head north and need something quick. This location has never been anything but super fast, friendly, and the food is always fresh!
