Looking at past reviews, i think this place is worth a try. Friday @ 7pm, winter. I ordered small Supreme pizza, Italian Salad...was told ready for pick up in 25 minutes. First, I hate when establishments pad the time or always give the same time to pickup. The reason I'm picking up and not having it delivered, is because I want to eat HOT food. So I arrived earlier than told, and the pizza clearly had been ready for at least 8-10 minutes before they predicted it would be ready. Second. I was impressed with the size and quality of there Italian Salad. Great price at $9.99. Galaxy Supreme $14.99, outside of toppings. Good price. Only disappointment was it sat waiting for me, due to being told too long it would be ready, so it wasn't hot when I got home. Btw...mushrooms on pizza are sliced fresh ones...I forgot to ask...I'm one of those people that only like canned mushrooms on my pizza. read more

I've been going to Galaxy Pizza since I was a kid, there's nothing like it. Best pizza you can get in Newaygo County by far.

Ordered delivery while out of town on business and was very surprised. I went with the 3 topping large special with steak, feta, and banana rings. As a whole, the pizza was pretty good. Nice amount of toppings close to the edge of the crust and in my opinion the perfect amount of sauce. A nice solid pie for the price. I also went with the half pound of the garlic boneless chicken wings which were the crown to my meal. As mush as I enjoyed the pizza, I really enjoyed the wings. Nice and saucy, the only down side is they didn't bring me a fork to eat them with. Oh well, pizza is finger after all. read more

This restaurant has definitely gone down the last 2 years or so... it's actually sad. Not only do they not send you some of your order most of the time, but make sure to tip well if you deliver or they won't even walk an extra 2 extra feet to deliver it to your door, which was the problem I had the last time. I decided to give this restaurant 1 more chance after having more than 1 problem with them. On March 30th I ordered a simple Philly cheesesteak sub with a small garden salad and 2 packets of ranch. Well after waiting almost an hour, I received my food (luckily they walked it to my apartment this time) in a RIPPED paper bag, and a styrofoam container. First, let's discuss the sub that looked more like dog food wrapped up in a bun... it actually disgusted me... and it was like no Philly cheesesteak I've ever seen. On top of it... it was on a soggy bun! Who wants to eat something like that? It honestly looked like it had been dropped on the floor and used anyway... which I've heard happens but have never seen it. Now the salad that first came with NO DRESSING or UTENSILS! I actually paid extra for one extra packet and didn't get either one! How are you supposed to eat a salad with no dressing or utensils??? It also had so much thickly shredded cheese it was actually ridiculous, and after removing some of the cheese I realized why. The lettuce was old and so bitter of what I tasted. The one small positive was it looked better than the sub, but that wasn't hard to do. So basically I paid $14.27 for food I either couldn't eat (because at the time I had no dressing) or refused to due to the condition of it. I am ashamed I even supported this business and I do hope they get their act together because for now they have lost a customer. read more

Here's my review so I live in newaygo for about 2 years and wanting to try something different and seen galaxy pizza and I had to try their pizza and so I ordered two large toppings pizzas and their cheese bread and sub sandwiches and they're pretty good I can't lie but then delivery service is not very good ask to deliver to front door they left at the garage in the snow there cinnamon sticks were kind of burnt and there frosting was so delicious homemade and fresh and not sticky. read more

Will never order pizza from here again. The last 2 times we ordered, the pizza arrived cold and our wings were scorching hot. It's like they first bake the pizza, then bake the wings. The wings had good flavor, but they were mushy and slimy. One of our delivery people even made the comment to us "do you need a new menu? The prices are all going up. It's a shame". We are new to the area and decided to try the local pizza. WE LOVE IT! This was one of the best pizzas around. We got the supper deluxe and it was loaded! We ordered the breadsticks too and they were fantastic. For only $4.99 we got a large size pizza crust smothered in butter and parmesan. Loved them!! read more

I would give this 5 stars, except that it has one of the worst logos I've ever seen, and, considering the ambiance inside, they should change the name from "Galaxy Pizza" to "Office-lunch-room-with-a-few-science-posters-Pizza." But the food is good and cheap, so I can deal. read more

Well. I ordered take out - and find they DO NOT deliver with napkins OR utensils. Being as I'm at a hotel - eating the salad will be .... interesting Will choose more wisely in the future. SERIOUSLY- Why should you have to ask for Utensils for delivery ??? read more

I love galaxy pizza! It's a bit pricey, but you can usually get a good deal. They always have coupons on their website. The cheese bread is amazing, I can eat that on its own without ordering a pizza! The pizza is good though. I've tried thin and thick crust, and both are great. I've never had any problems with service either. read more

Our family enjoys the quality of the food we purchase from Galaxy Pizza. We also always receive great customer service from the employes.

This is my 1st time ordering from this place. I placed my order on line. The food took quite a while to get here and when it did, the order was incorrect. I let the delivery driver know and he switched the appetizer out for the correct one, from his car. I advised him that we ordered 3 entrees and only received 2. He told me to call the restaurant. The manager told me that when you order online, and order more than one of the same item, it doesn't read it. I asked why they didn't notice the double charge for "1" item and was told they don't notice things like that. My question is...if you know your site doesn't take orders correctly, why do you give the option to use it?? Now I have to wait another 45 minutes to complete my order. Her attitude was very non committal and it was clear that she didn't care at all. I realize it's a holiday weekend and you're probably busy, but your customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I'm not sure if I will eat here again and I know that I won't be recommending it to anyone. read more
