However in recent years the level of service has plummeted to a new low. Do not and I mean do not think that drive through is going to get you your meal anytime soon. It is the worst experience ever. There is no need to even have a drive through managed the way this one is managed. My most recent experience left me sitting there for 20 minutes after I had already paid for my meal! The level of mismanagement required for this type of pitiful service is unbelievable. While the food quality remains the same as it was years ago, the service causes me to decide never to go back. I would rather drive to Flowood and go to one of the other chicken places than sit in that drive through ever again.
