I hated Little Caesars...rude people ,pizza not eatable just to many issues period! Than I realized there was a store near me (Coulter St in Amarillo Texas)that I didn't know about so I decided ok one more try...well long story short I go about twice a week if not 3 ...Kelly (the mgr) and his team are AMAZING!!!!They ALWAYS know what I want and how I want it I'm NEVER disappointed...the pizza looks AWESOME ( picture perfect) and taste soooo good, but the BEST thing is that they do it with LOVE and PLEASURE they DEFINITELY take PRIDE in their job!!! The new calzonie with bread sticks. the crust and bread sticks were very doughy almost tasted not done/ cooked all the way through. Just went there and waited and the microphone for ten minutes and no one came. there was no one in line and I pulled up to the window. The window was open and could see people working in there. I yelled in and no one came. Then honked my horn. A guy came to the window to tell they didn't have any pizzas and wouldn't for at thirty minutes unless I had already placed an order. Have never had an issue with an order or the price. I always call in and order our pizza a head of time. The service is good. The pizza is fresh, and there has never been any issue. Pick up a pizza at the 10th st location. I live on other side of town but decided to stop at this one being it was on the way. What a mistake. That pizza had to been sitting there all day. If it had cheese it was very little. Pizza was dry and burnt. It went right in the trash when I got home. No way was I even thinking about trying a slice. Made me sick just looking at it. This has to be the worst Little Caesar's Pizza on the face of the earth. We had a very busy day with some serious issues going on and when we looked up the time had gotten away from us and we didn't feel like cooking so Little Caesar's hot and ready to the rescue, right? Boy was I wrong. We ate at this location when they first opened and they were good. This time, the pizza had hardly any sauce, cheese was almost non existent. They were ready, but they definitely weren't hot. I think I should have drive the extra miles to another location. They charged way more than any other Little Caesar's for their Hot & Ready pizzas. California they are advertised at $5.00 a pizza, New Mexico we found them for $5.55 a pizza, here, they didn't even have a posted price, I guess they wanted you to find out the hard way they were going to charge you more. It was odd pricing as well, $5.725 per pizza, really? What the heck are you thinking folks. I'll be amazed if this location is open when we come back again. The service stank as well. The crew was spending more time arguing with each other and trying to one up each other they didn't even thank us for our business and I had to wait longer for my receipt than it took for him to ring me up and hand me the pizzas. read more

My daughter called and asked if we would stop by Little Caesar's Pizza and pick up some pizzas for a birthday party. It was closer to us and she was running late. We needed 2 cheese, 2 pepperoni, and 2 hamburger all $5 hot and ready. We stopped but they had no hamburger ready and it was going to be a while to make some. No problem, we'll get 3 cheese and 3 pepperoni. Well, the guy rang up one of the pizzas as an extra pepperoni with the total coming out to around $61. We stopped and asked how much the extra pepperoni was and why weren't the others at $5 each. He explained that not all Little Caesar's followed the $5 hot and ready. OK.......... well then re-ring it and do the right pizzas. My wife asked for the receipt. At first he wouldn't give it to her. She kept insisting and finally got both the one in error and the final one. This came out $57 dollars. She looked at both receipts and each had 3 supreme pizzas on them instead of pepperoni. She was not happy and went back in. I took the pizzas to the car. So, the guy that rang us up was hiding in the back and the other staff had to go find him. After correcting that charge (again) he said that maybe he accidentally hit the supreme. Both times!!! The cost for the hot and ready pizzas were $5 and the totals me out at the expected amount. I don't know if he thought he would get away with charging for the wrong pizzas and my wife wouldn't notice. Well, he was wrong. She checks every receipt and every charge and wants a receipt with the items listed. We're not happy with how this guy explained the Hot and Ready pizzas, as he was wrong and that he charged us for pizzas we didn't order. We got the right pizzas at the correct price, finally. But the next time we're there, things will be closely examined if we go there again. read more

Couldn't find the Little Caesar's at 34th & Bell but I'm sure they're all the same. I stopped in to the 34/Bell location to pick up a couple of hot & ready pepperoni pizzas. I asked if they came in anything other than deep dish and she said they had thin n crispy also. I asked for 2 and paid. I asked for some Parmesan cheese packets and to my amazement, she told me they cost EXTRA. This is BS I've never been charged for Parmesan cheese packets OR red pepper packets, prob how they keep the cost of the pizza low. ANYWAY, got the pizzas home and they were DEEP DISH not thin. Geez. Not happy with Little Caesar's right now and probably won't be back. read more

I would not recommend going here. But then, I guess you get what you pay for. I went through the drive through and ordered a pizza and a soda. Get to the window and guy takes my credit card. Hands me my receipt and guess what? I got charged for the pizza and an order of wings. Then he hands me my food and drink and says good bye. I pull around to the side of the building and checked my receipt. Always check the receipt! When I realize he overcharged me for the wrong item, I parked, walked in, and had to explain the whole situation. He seemed confused and I don't think he understood. I explained carefully again. He looked at my receipt, and then acknowledged what happened. Then he had to get his manager to refund and charge the correct amount. Not cool. To top it off, I got very sick after eating my pizza from here! Not fun. I suggested you pay a little more and go somewhere else. Screw this place! read more

Ordered a simple large Hawaiian pizza. First pizza had pepperonis, second only had toppings on half the pizza, and the third and final try nearly as cheese on multiple pieces and not many toppings. Horrible pizza! Rude service! I ordered a pizza at 6:40pm. They told me it would be ready in 10 minutes. When I went to pick it up, it wasn't ready. I waited till 7:20! I had to call and ask what was taking so long (it was pouring rain otherwise I would have just gone in) before they would even bring it out. When they brought it out, the guy just handed it to me and walked off! No apology about the wait. After all of that, the pizza was cold and burnt! I will never order from this place again.
