Ok, so comparing my experience yesterday with all the 1-star reviews saying that their wings were overcooked and the staff was rude, etc, I took a chance and have to say I didn't experience any of those things. I ordered online for pickup. My order was correct, ready at the time I stated I'd pick it up and the staff was quite pleasant! Bonus: it smelled clean inside the store. I ordered for delivery on the Wing Stop website and was given a 30 minute delivery time. After 45 minutes I called the store to see where my order was and got told by an employee that the order had been cooked and waiting for a delivery driver for over 30 minutes and they had no idea when a driver would show up. I then talked to the manager and she changed the story and lied that the wings were just now being prepared and waiting on a driver. I dont know who is running this wingstop now, but it is going down hill. In the last few weeks we had stopped getting seasoning on our frys, so now have to order extra seasoning every time just to make sure we get it. 2 weeks ago they told us 30 minutes for our order, I show up in 30 minutes and they tell me I am 8 orders back and then wait another 30-40 minutes. Then I place an order today and they say 1 hour. Then 20 minutes later get a call, while still at home, that my order is ready. By the time I drive to go get them and come back home we have to warm it up in the microwave. I love their wings, but will start going somewhere else of they keep going downhill. read more

I have been going to different Wingstops for years. They've always been great, and the customer service is great. This was not the case here. I made an online order for carry out, and did not receive the correct order. I called and was told that if I wasn't able to make it back in today that I could be put into a book. Then I got a call back and the GM said I would need to bring in the wrong order in order to receive anything that was on my correct order. I understand not wanting to give out free food, but don't tell your customers one thing and then call back saying something else. The shift manager on the phone was extremely helpful, and very sweet. My issue is with the GM and the policy. It was not my fault the order was messed up. Especially when you're looking at my receipt telling me it's correct, and from what I could see in the bag It was. I also live 30 min away, so it would take me at least about an hour and a half to drive there and get my order. It was all very upsetting. Slow slow slow. I've been to this location a few times. Wings are good but service is slow. I call in my order. They tell me an estimated time, but the order is never ready when promised. They average 15-20 minutes later than promised. Sometimes more. I like the wings here better than BWW. But at least at BWW they get your order ready on time. Update May 20 2017. They still can't get you order ready on time. I ordered via app today. Received confirmation email and estimated time. When I showed up it was not a busy night but order not ready.
