I just walked from the tru stop all the way over there and the girl taking my order ask did I want queso cheese, they didn't put it on there, I noticed it missing after I walked all the way back to my truck. I got the old-fashioned cheeseburger and it was really good, I was disappointed because in the app it was running a promo for six free wings but when I went to the checkout, it didn't work so I didn't get the free wings, but the burger was really good and the fries were also. I tried the same thing a few days ago and the free wing thing worked that time so that was awesome. Ordered wings for take-out. Food was promised at 5:10, but was not ready till 5:25. Got home by 5:30, where we noticed the vegetables were not included and the wings were less than warm, almost cold. It had been a couple of years since I last went to BWW. Thought I'd give them another chance and regretted it immediately. There were 2 maybe 3 tables and it still took longer than 15 mins just to get our drinks ordered. Drinks were flat. Wings came out cold. The bar area smelled like mold. The server was unbelievably rude. The food itself...seemed off. The chicken wings were incredibly small, they did not give us our fries. We asked if we could have our fries, and the response was "are you sure you want them? It takes a while to cook them." Wow this place has unfortunately gone way down hill. The table was sticky & it ended up all over us. We had to ask the waiter if she could wipe it down and the menu as well. She informed us that she wiped the table off, but it still had dishes on it when she did. I had the chicken wrap all of it was dry, the tortilla and the chicken. It was also cut so weirdly it was hard to eat. My husband had the sampler plate and his wings were dry and hard to chew. He will never eat here because he has never liked it, but we gave it a chance again and are very disappointed. We will not be back. read more

It's been awhile since I went to Buffalo Wild Wings. This place was hoppin'. It was nice to see that they had plenty of servers, as the last time I came in they were short handed in the front of the house as well as in back. Went to eat here just after lunch today. The waitress was awesome. She had our drinks full and continued to check on us, but unfortunately the food was just okay. I had 5, traditional, orange chicken and 5, traditional, original buffalo wings. The wings weren't hot (fresh), they were barely even warm, although they were okay. My wife had the boneless buffalo wings and when they arrived they looked like they had been sitting there for a while. She later told me that they were hard to bite through. I figured they were because it looked like they were at least an hour old; whether they were or not is anyone's guess. We also had chips and queso but the chips were burnt and I had even heard another waitress complain if this with a table next to us. The waitress was helpfulnand took the chips off our tab. Hey Buffalo Wild Wings, I literally just walk out of your restaurant. And what pisses me off is a few of you watched me walk out, even pointed at me and my kids leaving, and still said and did nothing. I watched as other people who were seated after me get served. This isn't the first time this has happened, the last time I had to ask for a server to take my order. If I wanted to be treated as if I'm invisible, I'll hangnout with my ex-wife. We're going to Hooters where we'll actually get served. Update: Arrived at the local Hooters abiut 10 min after we left BWW, and was seated promptly and had our order taken almost immediately. Had our drinks delivered quickly and had great service with a smile. And our waitress was awesome and interacted with both me and my kids. I usually tend to be a big tipper and I'm sure she will earn my business again. Thanks BWW, if I had stayed I might have received mediocre treatment and cold food if the other reviews are an indication of your establishment. read more

The absolute worst experience we have ever had at a Buffalo Wild Wings.. The food was cold, the wings were harder than a rock and dry as can be, the service was nonexistent. We ordered a kids mean in which the waitress asked if we wanted Mac and cheese on the side, then came back and said we had to pay for the mac and cheese, yet brought the kids meal with no side. I had to ask for our kids meal side after the fact knowing I was paying an extra 4.99 for mac and cheese reguardless. we will never be going back! read more

We were traveling through Amarillo and decided to stop by BWW for a lte dinner and some football. The restaurant was very dirty and disorganized, the floor was covered with trash, the menus were smeared and stuck together with food, our server was polite but overwhelmed and had to quickly clean off a table so we could eat even though there were only six other tables being occupied when we arrived at 9pm. The other servers were yelling and throwing f-bombs at each other. The food was not good. We ordered the chips trio, the chips were so hard and stale we could not eat them. The queso was cold and had a skin on it so obviously had been sitting there awhile before they brought it out to us. My daughter tried to bite into a tortilla chip and it cut her gum and made it bleed. We ordered the Cobb salad, we asked for no meat, they left off the chicken but covered the salad with so much bacon bits, you could barely see any lettuce. (Bacon is meat by the way). I had to walk over to the to-go station to get forks and napkins for our table because no one thought to bring us any. The wings we ordered, both the cauliflower wings and the bone-in wings were cold. We had a chicken tender kids meal that was inedible, it was steaming hot yet the crust on the chicken was soggy. They had obviously reheated some tenders in a microwave or left it under a hot lamp too long. We sent it back and so my daughter would have something edible for dinner it but it took so long to get her 2 tenders that the rest of us were long finished eating and she was just sitting and waiting. Meanwhile the other servers continued yelling and cursing at each other. So glad we were just traveling trough and don't live here. So disappointed. read more

I really want to like this place. I grew up on on B-dubs and have thousands of loyalty points. Tonight was a poor experience. It took over 10 minutes just to be seated and I had to ask to be seated at that. Our waitress was decent overall so no complaints with her. We ordered 30 boneless wings to share amongst the 3 of us. They were cold, dry and undersauced. Borderline inedible. This was a management issue. They were clearly under staffed but who isn't these days. The staff did the best they could. There is a disconnect between FOX sports and the local provider. Instead of addressing the problem before the game started today, they wait til the game is blacked out and then try to play catch-up and find a way to show the game. Very unprofessional operation. I ubered to BBW and left half a beer so I could Uber to another sports bar around the corner. This place should do the community a service and close. Ordered lemon peppered wings, she said they sprinkle it on the wings and provide lemon pepper sauce. They only sprinkled one wing and the other wings had a flake or 2, some of the wings still have tiny feathers and they taste and smell gross. Definitely do not recommend! read more
