It was nice to see that they had plenty of servers, as the last time I came in they were short handed in the front of the house as well as in back. I just walked from the tru stop all the way over there and the girl taking my order ask did I want queso cheese, they didn't put it on there, I noticed it missing after I walked all the way back to my truck. I saw this had two stars already and went anyway. Sat for 25 minutes before anyone acknowledged us, we put in our order immediately and it took 1 hr 20 min to get our food back. I got the old-fashioned cheeseburger and it was really good, I was disappointed because in the app it was running a promo for six free wings but when I went to the checkout, it didn't work so I didn't get the free wings, but the burger was really good and the fries were also. I tried the same thing a few days ago and the free wing thing worked that time so that was awesome. Ordered wings for take-out. Food was promised at 5:10, but was not ready till 5:25. Got home by 5:30, where we noticed the vegetables were not included and the wings were less than warm, almost cold. The bar area smelled like mold. The server was unbelievably rude. The food itself...seemed off. The chicken wings were incredibly small, they did not give us our fries. We asked if we could have our fries, and the response was "are you sure you want them? It takes a while to cook them." It had been a couple of years since I last went to BWW. Thought I'd give them another chance and regretted it immediately. There were 2 maybe 3 tables and it still took longer than 15 mins just to get our drinks ordered. Drinks were flat. Wings came out cold. i've never wrote a review before, but this experience really compelled me to. absolutely 0/10 TERRIBLE service. the place was a trashed zoo. walked in and stood around like fools all while the employees brushed past my party and i not batting an eye. almost as if they were annoyed that us (the customers) walked into their domain! until we went up to the to go desk and they let us know it's open seating... just had to find out on our own since there were no signs. ok! food was ok, after waiting over an hour for it and our waiter constantly forgetting our drinks and totally forgot our appetizer we had originally asked for. i'd highly recommend against going to this location. they need some serious work on staffing/management here before people start giving them their money! Wow this place has unfortunately gone way down hill. The table was sticky & it ended up all over us. We had to ask the waiter if she could wipe it down and the menu as well. She informed us that she wiped the table off, but it still had dishes on it when she did. I had the chicken wrap all of it was dry, the tortilla and the chicken. It was also cut so weirdly it was hard to eat. My husband had the sampler plate and his wings were dry and hard to chew. He will never eat here because he has never liked it, but we gave it a chance again and are very disappointed. We will not be back. read more

Stopped here traveling through Albuquerque. It was 10 o'clock at night and it was just too crazy on Tuesday night. Definitely would not recommend this for family to come eat. Went to eat here just after lunch today. The waitress was awesome. She had our drinks full and continued to check on us, but unfortunately the food was just okay. I had 5, traditional, orange chicken and 5, traditional, original buffalo wings. The wings weren't hot (fresh), they were barely even warm, although they were okay. My wife had the boneless buffalo wings and when they arrived they looked like they had been sitting there for a while. She later told me that they were hard to bite through. I figured they were because it looked like they were at least an hour old; whether they were or not is anyone's guess. We also had chips and queso but the chips were burnt and I had even heard another waitress complain if this with a table next to us. The waitress was helpfulnand took the chips off our tab. Hey Buffalo Wild Wings, I literally just walk out of your restaurant. And what pisses me off is a few of you watched me walk out, even pointed at me and my kids leaving, and still said and did nothing. I watched as other people who were seated after me get served. This isn't the first time this has happened, the last time I had to ask for a server to take my order. If I wanted to be treated as if I'm invisible, I'll hangnout with my ex-wife. We're going to Hooters where we'll actually get served. Update: Arrived at the local Hooters abiut 10 min after we left BWW, and was seated promptly and had our order taken almost immediately. Had our drinks delivered quickly and had great service with a smile. And our waitress was awesome and interacted with both me and my kids. I usually tend to be a big tipper and I'm sure she will earn my business again. I really want to like this place. I grew up on on B-dubs and have thousands of loyalty points. Tonight was a poor experience. It took over 10 minutes just to be seated and I had to ask to be seated at that. Our waitress was decent overall so no complaints with her. We ordered 30 boneless wings to share amongst the 3 of us. They were cold, dry and undersauced. Borderline inedible. This was a management issue. They were clearly under staffed but who isn't these days. The staff did the best they could. In my opinion, they were excused that night. The wings here are good! You've got 14 flavors to choose from and they run the gamut from sweet and mild to hot and super spicy. Here are the flavors starting from the most mild to the most spicy. - sweet BBQ - teriyaki - Mild - parmesan garlic - Medium - honey BBQ - spicy garlic - asian zing - caribbean jerk - hot BBQ - Hot - mango habanero - wild - blazin' My favorite flavor is Mango Habanero. You get that first sweet bite of mango in your mouth and after a little chewing, you start to feel a new sensation: a light, smokey tingling on your lips.. like a lover's kiss that burns and now you're starting to wonder what you've caught and whether or not it's treatable. lol it's delicious. Don't worry, that tingling on your lips will go away after awhile. I usually do not like my wings this saucy, but you can order them "lightly sauced". Plus, they have a new flavor out this month and it's for a limited time only. It's called "Desert Heat" and it's totally dry! For a side, order a basket of the Buffalo Chips ($5). It's basically a few potatoes that have been scalloped and deep fried then very lightly salted. They are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Soooo good. So yes, this place is loud, but again - this is that kind of restaurant. Where 45 crazy new pharmacy students can go out and celebrate their first two weeks of school and get a little liquored up. You can't do that at Wing Stop or Wing Street. You could do it at Hooters, but it's just less fun when they only have 4 flavors. Oh, and the best thing about Buffalo Wild Wings? Am trying real hard to like this place as it's cool to go and hang out with a bunch of friends... but the service is ALWAYS horrible. Food is basically drunk people food. I ordered the queso appetizer and it was so thick and gross I could hold the cup upside down and nothing moved. True story. Also, the wait staff has no idea what they have on tap or carry at the bar and i'm talking about just the BEER selection. We picked 3 different beers that are on the menu but that they say they don't carry anymore. Who knows what else they don't carry anymore. Every waitress we asked had to walk back to the bar and check. What might be the last straw was the last UFC fight we were up there, largest table in the place, and they give us the new girl. She always disappeared in the back somewhere and was no where to be found when we needed something. At the end of the night was the worst... it took us 45 min. to an hour to get our ticket and pay out. We were the last people there waiting and she had to go to everyone and ASK them what they ordered. Messed up several times. The manager and the rest of the workers did nothing to help her out. Very upset with that because we understood she was new but someone should have stepped up and helped her out. We ordered a kids mean in which the waitress asked if we wanted Mac and cheese on the side, then came back and said we had to pay for the mac and cheese, yet brought the kids meal with no side.
