The first time, I showed up when the app said the order would be ready. It wasn't. They told me my order was "just coming out of the oven". I waited 30 minutes more, and watched them prep two pizzas and box them just before handing them to me. They definitely were not "just coming out of the oven" when I was told that. Got home with the pizzas, and my meat supreme and super supreme large pizzas were two medium identical two topping pizzas. Tonight, I decided I'd give them another chance and try the XL pizzas, so I ordered two on the app. I arrived TEN MINUTES LATE, and sure enough, my order was NOT ready. Can you guess what I was told? Yeah. Same thing. While I was waiting 25 minutes more, the guy behind me steps up because his order shows on the screen as "Ready". They could not find his pizzas! The manager asked him "do you want us to remake your pizzas? Remake? Where did the first ones go? I also saw the girl boxing the pizzas stack up an order and tell the delivery guy "this isn't exactly your order, but go ahead and take it, it's fine." Hmmm.... Additionally overheard the girl at the counter call a customer to tell them they couldn't make their order because "we don't have any breadsticks". It's like the front door is actually the back door. There were no waiters so you have to line up for the bartender to take your order, then go sit down at one of the wobbly tables. Our food came out pretty quickly. We had some honey siracha chicken wings that were good but incredibly small for the price point. We also had the Mercury Supreme pizza which had a variety of meats and toppings. Pizzas only come in one size and just one might work to share with someone if you aren't that hungry. The pizza tasted great and I liked the thin chewy dough. However, the middle of the pie is super thin so you can't pick up a piece without have the stuff sliding off. It's quite floppy. We liked what we had but were still kind of hungry when we left. This place seems to be more of a bar that serves pizza rather than a restaurant. She was doing a great job of leading her team without micro managing but also targeting her focus where help was needed. We had a plain cheese pizza which was good, a custom topping pizza which was good, and a southwestern chicken salad which was also good!! Ambiance is typical of Pyros, not very loud and it was clean.
