The burrito is wrapped in a 12" tortilla to hold all the stuff you might ask for. Got the Brisket Birria which is stewed meat and then shredded. Topped w Blacks Beans, lemon cilantro rice, grilled peppers, Mexican corn, lettuce, mixed cheeses and guacamole. A lot of items packed into a hefty burrito. Got a drink to wash it down. Price is about $13. Staff were friendly and efficient. Was ordered and received the food within three minutes. NOTE: No military discount which is a bummer! I know many other quick service eating establishments that honor a military discount. Lots of tables and seating w an outside patio if the noise is too loud inside. read more

Food good every time I go and service is quick. I put one star off for that zero sugar lemonade at their drink machine.

I arrived at Qdoba around 9:05 pm and I noticed the food counter was in quite a mess with a lot of the spaces either missing or empty containers. So I proceeded to order, two burrito bowls with steak and chicken, rice, black beans, lettuce and corn. The server fixing my food said they were out of lettuce and corn. Mind you, they still have nearly an hour before closing, also the fella before me had just ordered a quesadilla. As I proceed on with my order, another worker is taking more items off the serving line. The guy making my order had to grab shredded cheese for me as they are taking it away. To avoid getting more irritated I just said, that will do. While they are making my order, the fella's quesadilla is being burned on the griddle. Sadly, if the young lady had not dropped part of it, they were going to give him the burnt food. I use to be a big fan of this place but the customer service the last few times has been lacking especially when the order is nearly $30. read more

Food at this location is always great, very fresh and consistent. Staff on the other hand is consistently rude and it's been getting worse the last year. Ordered online on March 27th and the girl that handed us our food didn't say a word to us and didn't even look at us. Just walked up and handed it over and promptly walked away. This place was quite busy when I was there, but the line moved quickly, and the service was also fast. This place reminds me of Chipotle. It's located on a very narrow, busy street. Everything looked clean on the inside, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I ordered a steak quesadilla and my boyfriend ordered the steak burrito. They're both very large and gets you full quick. Our total was $21 and that includes one drink. The food was good, but once you hit the point of being full, it feels really gross, and the food suddenly isn't appetizing anymore. I only ate half and threw the rest away. To be honest, this isn't a place I would go to all the time. It's okay. I'll probably only go back if someone recommends to go there, but I personally wouldn't go. read more

I've always loved Qudoba.. traveling whenever I see one I stop to eat. Sunday morning I came to eat and had the worst experience. The manager with black hair and middle aged was very rude and acted like I inconveniencing her by being there. She was speaking very rudely to the other workers, I asked her name and all they said was she was a manager. I have never been treated like that, I am a PAYING customer. I will never go back to this store. Giving two stars because although the service was so terrible the food was good. read more

Let me start by saying that I absolutely love Qdoba and have always had great dining experiences at this location. Unfortunately, during this visit, I was extremely disappointed. I only ordered protein during this visit and the server only gave me half of serving for the chicken and steak . If you look closely, you can see the amount that I paid for barely reached the center of the container. My total was $6.58 for less than an oz of food. Unfortunately I did not check my order because as I mentioned, I normally have great service here and didn't think it was necessary. One could only imagine to my surprise when I actually opened to find little to no food in the containers. I really wanted to enjoy it but it simply was not enough food to do so. I highly recommend checking your order before leaving the restaurant for your peace of mind. At least you'll be able to determine if the proportions of food justify the price that you paid. I visited the restaurant today and the staff members actively cooked and prepared meals/orders why failing to wear proper attire for kitchen handling. The employees lacked hair nets (prevention of hair falling into food/prep). I noticed this as a repetitive habit since my first visit. I'd definitely want this to be addressed through management. Otherwise the staff presented themselves verbally well and the food choices were abundant, I'd recommend this place be tailored a little more safe. Great Eat! read more

Staff is always super friendly, they didn't have my to go order ready and so i had to wait a bit longer than normal. They gave me a free drink and a free cookie with my meal just because of the wait, which wasn't long at all! They were packed with the lunch rush, however, still made me feel like a valued customer. This is a deliciously healthy alternative to Caliente. The food is just as good if not better, but the variety options and freshness of ingredients are far superior.
