The cheeseburger was a disappointment too; it tasted bland and under-seasoned, almost like it had been boiled rather than grilled. The cheesecake, while delicious, was missing its chocolate sauce -- a small thing that makes a noticeable difference. And to top it off, my celery and carrots were completely left out of the order. Those little details matter, especially when you're paying delivery prices. The Highs: The wings -- Wingstop's whole reason for being -- were lukewarm on arrival but still delivered on flavor. Delicious seasoning, solid sauce, and worth every bite even if the temperature wasn't ideal. And despite the missing chocolate sauce, the cheesecake was still a genuinely pleasant surprise. Delivery always carries some risk with hot food, and some of this may fall on Door Dash rather than Wingstop. But forgotten items and incomplete desserts are hard to overlook regardless of who's responsible. Stick to the wings, double-check your bag before the driver leaves, and don't skip the cheesecake -- just make sure the chocolate sauce made it in there. Great place to get chicken, I personally like Wingstop a bit more than Buffalo wild wings in terms of the chicken itself. The flavors on the other hand, I do like buffalo wild wings more. Wingstop is always juicy and not dry in my opinion. The fries here are Very good, good texture and seasoning. I recommend this place and would come back. read more

It's wing stop so it's good but this location has been a disappointment with getting the order correct. They don't like putting sauce on their wings for some reason and I always have to get my order corrected. They always have no sense of time.. you can order online and show up in 45mins and then plan on waiting another 45mins to get your order. Hopefully the new location they are putting in oak grove will be a lot better! read more

The restaurant itself was pretty empty. The big screens showing various games. We like that. This is an adventure for my seven-year-old. He sees the hot chicken challenges and wants to participate. He loves boneless chicken wings and he is excited to try the hot ones. I really don't want him to do this, but I let him do it anyway. The hottest sauce is very hot! But not unbearable.. lol The waitress's name was Peyton. She was great and joined in the excitement about him trying the spicy sauces! That part of the dining experience was great. The food, not so much. The boneless wings were fried hard. The sauces were tasty. We tried garlic Parmesan, mild buffalo, garlic habanero and two others I don't recall. It was a fun meal and would have been better if a little more care could have gone into the actual food. My husband got a burger which was "pretty good" he said. But nothing special. Went to this place earlier today as I was just passing through. Everyone seemed nice. I placed my order and once I patiently awaited for about 30 minutes my order came. I get back to the hotel room and look into my box and I have all fried chicken. Only one; lemon pepper, was what I ordered! I called up there and and after a brief hood; I explained what was going on and they requested I come back. I could not come back as I was passing through and on the other side of town. I requested a credit on my AmEx I charged the food on. The young lady stated that she would do that. Somehow; afterwards, we got disconnected. I waited thinking she would call me back but she didn't. This used to be one of my favorite wing places, but now they can't seem to get anything right. Last time I ordered lemon pepper wings they gave me the thigh bites and I was mad but I was too tired to go back. This time I ordered lemon pepper wings again only to get thigh bites. Placed an online order tonight and it said to pick it up in 16 to 25 minutes. Went in the store 20 minutes later and had to wait an extra 25 minutes to get my order. Heard the manager state to a customer that they were under new management and that it was so much better now. Received my order, took it home and it was incorrect plus the soda machine was putting out product that didn't even taste like what it was supposed to be and was too nasty to drink. Finally had a chance to try this place-B4 has bn several times and recommended it- got boneless and bone-in, BBQ, Garlic Parm, Teriyaki, LA Rub, Hawaiian, Original Heat/Hot (basic Buffalo) sauces, and fries. Boneless are same over-breaded frozen globs all restaurants have..I don't eat them. Bone-in were perfect size-not the pterodactyl things most restaurants use-perfectly cooked crunchy outside, soft inside. Sauces were too thick and overwhelming but all good flavors. The La dry rub was awesome. The fries are real potatoes-not formed-would be perfect but they put sugar on them. Restaurant is small, clean; kitchen is open and very clean. Today, I placed my order for the lunch special, which was unknown by the guy checking me out- 3 strips, fries and a drink. I was charged $1 for dipping sauce, so ended up being over $8 anyway. Oh well, no big deal. He told me 8 minutes wait. I proceeded to wait approx 30 minutes for my 3 strips and soggy greasy fries. The cook and guy up front were hustling, no doubt.
