terrible. got a pizza at noon. I'm pretty sure it was from the day before. absolutely horrible.

Stopped at 9:31 pm and wanted to order the current special. You know, the one advertised EVERYWHERE? I was told I couldn't place an order because the ovens shut off at 9:30. I asked for a number to call and he said there was none. Business must be so great that they can turn away business. I went to another place and spent $28. Never again. read more

I order 2 pizzas online and drove thirty minutes to pick them up and got home, they had one pizza right but the other was messed up. The recite said what I ordered, Bacon, but I opened the box and it was nasty pepperoni, I cant eat this so I had to drive another thirty minutes to tell them they messed up and I had to wait 20 more minutes for a the right pizza. TI tried calling before I drove and what do you know their phones are not able to be picked up and to go online to order, sorry I did that and I wanted to talk to someone but couldn't. As I waited for my new pizza they had no one there the whole time I had to wait, seems this place don't get that much business anymore, unlike their competitors . Overall the whole round trip was 2 and half hours before I got to eat dinner at 9 pm. One top of that their bread sticks are 2 biters now not the pan size but a whole lot smaller. read more

1 star is to much for this place. It needs the health department!!! ... the manager... aka mom to the 7 kids running around there. Yes I said kids not teenagers not high schoolers but kids. No hair nets on anyone 1 kid was laying all on the counters then put his hands in his shorts... They can't print a receipt and just yeah sorry the printer is broke. Their phone number does not appear to work. I drove all the way from Battle Creek because all the locations in Battle Creek closed at 9. Only to view their website and it says this location is open until 10. So we drive over with an appetite for this food and they closed at 6????? Grrrr. That is something they should update on their website. So, I'm eating Domino's, they're open. read more

Little Caesars takes the phone off the hook so u can't get thru and when they say they are busy they don't answer I know been there 5 times with this so called business and the topper there were no cars around and I saw at least 5 people working [lolololo] no more business from me!!!!this is the marshall mich store, then the store manager I asked for came out he acted like he could care less. read more

Far, far better now than they used to be just a year ago. Also far, far better than the LC Pizza Station at K-Mart just down the street. PROS 1) Food. As with any LC, it isn't super-fancy high-brow fare...just good pizza at a good price. In the past year, they seemed to have drastically improved the quality at this location - it used to be hit-or-miss, but now the topping portions are decent-sized and the pizzas are baked thoroughly every time. As always, your mileage may vary. My personal favorite is the thin crust pepperoni. The price alone is great, but the taste and quality has been consistently outstanding. 2) Convenience. If you have a smartphone, I STRONGLY suggest you download and use the LC app to order ahead. This store usually beats the estimated time by a couple of minutes, and it still comes out consistently good. Plus, they've still got the free 2-liter promo code going, and getting a 2-liter of Pepsi or Mountain Dew with a thin crust for just over $6 every time...I can't think of a much better value than that. CONS None. Definitely recommended for cheap, good pizza. DISCLAIMER: I can't comment on whether they're good with the "Hot and Ready" promise, as I do all my ordering through the app now instead of just showing up. read more

Sitting at the window you hear a lot of very unprofessional language. Person who came to the window was extremely rude! Always seems to disappoint with the lack of hot and ready a available. Ended up going else where because they didn't have the hot and ready we were wanting. We were willing to wait but they wouldn't even make it because they were closing soon and already had so many other pizza to make!! read more

I like their buying a pizza on, but I don't like to learn I should have asked for the "ruts as a side dish". their pizza is good, just not good enough to need a new suspension. Bought to drinks and it said 2 for $2.50 and I got charged $3.71 make that make sense but pizza was good so ig it's ok

Garbage got here at 9:55 they closed as soon as I pulled up to the drive through and ignored me. Previously the food tasted bad old and stale like cardboard, however the kids were really hungry and wanted pizza to go on our way home From battlecreek to Albion. Angela listens every time I order and gets my order correctly. I honestly have ordered when she wasn't there and didn't receive the same service so I make a point to only order when she is working. Didn't know her at all before I started going to little Caesars, I just appreciate when people care about the quality of customer service they provide and she demonstrates that she cares. read more

They are skimpy on toppings, even cheese. Lots of disgusting stories from former employees, that doesn't surprise me. The Kmart Little Caesars is MUCH better. read more
