Very disappointing experience. I placed my order 45 minutes ahead of time, yet still ended up waiting about 30 more minutes once I arrived. The drive-thru line barely moved, and no one even came to the window for around 15 minutes. When I finally received my food, my order was wrong--it felt like they just gave me whatever they had available instead of what I actually ordered. In my opinion, the owner seriously needs to hire more staff and bring in better management, because this location is clearly struggling with organization and customer service. Also worth noting, the sanitation score is only 88, which doesn't inspire much confidence. read more

I picked up dinner here last night, 12-18-23. I ordered online using a promo for a classic cheese pizza and a 2-liter soda (diet Pepsi) for $5. I had never had their wings, so I tried an order of their buffalo wings. I received a code for the locker with my order pickup via email. However, when I parked in front of the restaurant, there was a lit sign saying open drive thru only. I didn't capture the sign in the front, but there's a picture of the same sign at the drive thru window. I told the young lady that I had an online order. As she handed me the pizza, she said that they were out of most of their two-liter sodas; they only had diet Mountain Dew which replaced the diet Pepsi I ordered. FYI, the "wings" are wingettes. That in itself is not a problem. I just won't be paying $7.99 for baby wings again. They could've used a little more of the buffalo sauce. read more

I'm so disappointed in this place. They can't keep a good sanitation grade for very long at all. And the issue is just pure nastiness. They can't keep things clean, organized and food kept up to date or stored at a proper temp. Nasty behavior! Came in very hungry and got greeted by an unpleasant, young man talking poorly about women and how horrible he treats them. Once I tried to order he ordered me to "hurry it up" and that I didn't have all day! Mind you I was barely a foot inside the store. Fix your staff! read more

I went to a place to get food they messed it up and made me wait 24 min...And the lady didn't answer me when I asked for her name. They never answer their phone and they do a terrible job at making there food my pizza was under cooked and and my puffs are burnt my sauces I paid a dollar a piece for are less then haft full. I would recommend papa John's or Pizza Hut over this place. read more

I was surprised this location only had 2.5 stars. The location near my old house had 4 and this one so far has far exceeded that one. I recently moved to Indian Trail and am a total sucker for Little Caesar's. For the price I've always thought it was great pizza. I've been here about 5 times since I've moved and it's always been great. Crust is done well, the toppings are great, and most importantly they actually give you extra cheese when you order extra cheese. It's always ready on time, and staff is friendly. I'm hoping it stays the same in the future! read more

I wish there was different store closer to me and my son liked another kind of breadstick because I keep getting burned here. The wait times are ridiculous even if you order through the app I'm consistently waiting at least thirty minutes past the time it says it will be ready. They always tell me it's the breadsticks but I shouldn't have to wait an hour after I order every time. Sitting in the lot for forty extra minutes once I am told by the app it's ready is ridiculous. The inefficiency of the staff is astounding and they couldn't care less about your problem. Just a simple shoulder shrug is all you get. read more

Dude at window was an ass for no reason because we were a few minutes early. Then after waiting another 8 minutes they still weren't ready, then they lost our pizza somehow and now we are waiting out front again. I have frequented this location since it's opening, mainly because of their consistent quality, low price and "hot and ready" drive thru convenience.Is it the best pizza around? No. But as I said: consistent quality and low price. Lately they never have pizza ready, and this is around 6PM...prime time when everything should be READY for the busy time. "I'm sorry, you'll have to pull around and wait...10-15 minutes"! After this happened 4 or 5 times, I hit the drive-thru for "Hot and ready" once more and sit as #3 in line for almost 15 minutes.Finally a pizza is delivered to the car at the window. Next! he pulls away with nothing. I'm up. "Did you place your online order?" No, i'm here for "Hot and ready" in the drive through. "It's gonna be at least 30 minutes"! When this place first opened they were on point. "Hot and ready" meant your pizza was hot and ready when you pulled up. Now you can't even get that. Had to wait 15 minutes for a cheese pizza after ordering. No other cars in line. Quality is hit and miss. The past two times we've gone our pizza has not even been sliced. Fast service and fresh food. Close to my house and great option when we don't feel like cooking. The crazy bread is my favorite!
