This whole time the woman cutting the pizzas is using choice language and saying she doesn't need this job and she could just walk out. I watch her take a pizza out of the oven and as she tried to slide it onto the cutting board it slid off onto the counter. She just starts laughing. I understand being busy but this is a Tuesday night and I've seen this location way busier than it was tonight. I asked to cancel my order and for a refund. Total time 55 minutes past my original pickup time. I was going to give a 1 star review but the lady at the window was trying her best to be helpful and the lady who I guess was the manager, that processed my refund, was also really nice.
