I've tried many burritos but these ones are legit the best thing I have ever tried, specially with their salsas. Service is always amazing. It's located in the middle of the shopping center and even if its raining or the weather is cold theres a fire place with seats right next to the food cart. I wrote previously that this place was off to a good start, and it could improve with some enhancements to their menu. Unfortunately, since then, instead of upping their game, they have gone off the rails. Fail #1: Delivery order. Did not include any sauces whatsoever. Meal ruined. Fail #2: Burrito had an almost pebble-like object in it. Spherical and too hard to chew. I sure hope it was just a really dry bean or something, but whatever it was, it was gross and ruined the meal. Fail #3: I ordered a burrito with bean and dairy cheese (and no fries). They served me a burrito with bean, vegan cheese, and sweet potato fries. By the time I discovered the error, it was too late and yet another meal had been ruined. Currently, I do not have any plans of giving them a fourth chance. read more

Came here seeing all of the great reviews on a rainy afternoon to get a quick lunch while at Bridgeport. Love that location is close to a covered seating area. You can order then grab a table to sit at while you wait. The wait time was a little longer than I would have liked but that's just me being in a rush. Now for the food. I appreciate the foil package that makes this easy to eat without making a giant mess. The burro is rolled tight and cooked to seal in all of the fillings. Now for the not so good part. If this was Mexican food, it didn't taste like it. It was all around pretty bland. A burrito from Chipotle has more flavor. Maybe they are trying to appeal to the masses that shop at Bridgeport by keeping the flavor light? Or maybe I hit them on a bad day? The food options at Bridgeport are lacking so I may find myself here again when needing a lunch option. Maybe the next time my experience will be better. read more

little burro is a cute little stall nestled in bridgeport. they're unique in that they serve juarez style burritos. order up at the booth and they'll hand you a buzzer. food was done at a reasonable time! we came here for lunch on a nice afternoon and ordered the asada and carnitas little burros. both meats were flavorful and worked well with the rest of the fillings. we also tried the papas stack, which were essentially loaded fries. its a good stop to fuel up for shopping, but otherwise, the prices were a bit high for the amount given. understandably though, this style of burrito is supposed to be thinner. read more

Little Burro is a super cool little booth restaurant in Bridgeport. Located next to one of the new pavilions, it operators with a buzzer system to let you know when your order is ready. The menu is pretty simple with largely handheld burritos, but SHOOT. It was really good. And it was under $10?! When was the last time I had lunch for under $10?! Unreal. I was very surprised with the quality of this food! It definitely surpassed my expectations. My favorite thing off the menu had to be the Mexican fry's. It seemed a little pricey but was delicious. service wasn't there. she didn't speak to us until we started to speak. she didn't say anything about asking how our day was or about sides/side sauces. when we asked for extra sour cream she charged us for it but in the container there was the smallest amount of sour cream.. when we received the food she didn't say a thank you or anything. all she said to us was bye. customer service skills are clearly lacking. don't recommend. salsa was very bland and tastes like nothing. read more

Flavor wise this was pretty tops up there with local spots. I got the barbacoa and it was bomb. We eat out a lot and always trying new places. My only issue is for 9 bucks it's a great value but I'm still hungry after. They need a $14 option for a super burrito. I'd definitely come back but I might possibly get two because I'm a pig. We were excited to try this place as we wanted some quick Mexican flare without the sit down dining experience. We ordered the Chicken Tinga and the Barbacoa burritos. The burritos were nicely rolled and we loved how the tortilla was slightly grilled on the outside for a slight crunch. Sadly, the flavor was pretty bland and the only thing that helped jazz it up was the green (cilantro) salsa. I hate to report that within 30 min of finishing our burritos, we both experienced stomach upset, nausea, and cold sweats. The food did not sit with either of us and that is disappointing. Maybe it was an off day? Maybe their ingredients didn't agree with us? Maybe there was cross-contamination? Either way, between the bland flavor and not feeling well after consumption, we won't be back. read more
