Manager is definitely rude af, I really don't recommend this place at all. We called twice and starting screaming at me and my wife. They also gave us false information and might have to sue read more

Lito's had ONE job and failed miserably. The job was to tow our car to an automotive repair shop because it was having starter issues. Driver arrives, starts the vehicle and then says "It's fine" and drives away. Car didn't start after he left so we had to call a second towing company and wait another hour. read more

I had the unfortunate situation where my insurance sent this towing company to me. Not only did they take an hour and a half to come, but when I called the company, the woman I talked to was extremely rude to me and practically screamed at me when I asked her to repeat what she had said because it was muffled. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place of you can. read more

Super fast, friendly and efficient. Even took the care to explain to me what caused my car battery to die. Would highly recommend.

I requested a tow through my insurance company and David from Lito's Towing showed up. Beforehand, he called and shows up on time as advised. He explained to me that it was just my battery, not the alternator as I assumed. Thank you David for your professionalism, and for saving me some money. If I ever need a tow, now I know where I can go :) read more

Great service! Knowledge and capable drivers. I was stranded on Ocean Blvd (a busy thoroughfare) and Echo was kind, efficient, and an expert in tight spots! read more

Real cool place. Old mustang broke down, they got here in 15 min, real respectful and straight to business. Took extra care of my car also! Thanks! read more

Wasted my time! The ETAs they provided were unreliable. They don't follow up with you at all. I had to call them for etas and after waiting 2hrs, I ended the service after they told me it's going to be another 30mins. If you happen to call Chrysler Roadside Assistance, hope you don't get linked up to Litos Towing. They'll waste your time by dragging on the eta when you call for a follow up. read more

I went to Trader Joe's and when I tried to leave my battery was completely dead... weird it's a 2017 anyways I called our insurances road assistance and they sent Litos towing. I thought I'd have to wait 1-2 hours. I got a call from the towing co. Telling me they'd be there very soon. Sure enough the guy was there in no time. I'm Sorry I don't remember your name but thank you for making me feel safe and for the great customer service. read more

They will tell you ETA is 60 mins which is a bold face lie and every time you call for ETA she will say 5 mins. After 2hrs passed I called and said if you aren't here in 5 mins don't bother coming and she said "forget it then, find another tow, bye bye" and hung up on me. This is how we do business in 2019? We have so much business lined up that we can treat customers this way?!! DO NOT LET YOUR ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE COMPANY CHOOSE THIS TOW COMPANY OR YOU WILL BE SCREWED! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! read more

Sweetest driver Echo towed me and me car today. Despite the crazy world & hectic job this might be, he was calm & kind. Made my day.

Avoid this place. My roadside assistance scheduled this company to help me out. I called to ask two simple questions and the woman on the phone had an immediately shitty attitude and was rude for absolutely no reason. I hung up, looked this place up and saw the same kind of reviews and canceled with this company. Don't waste your time here. read more

unacceptable ...my roadside assistance co made arrangements for is busn to get me off the freeway...i even called them myself and confirmed they were on the way...eta 30 mins.....1 hr later...no show...no answer when i called back....called my roadside assistance co again...they ended up getting another co ((budget tow 562-435-0103)) to help...15 mins later i was hooked and on my way to the mechanic. if they couldnt take the job, they should have called me or the roadside assistance co back!!! bad business practices!!! read more

Used them twice now for work Ford Factory Roadside Assistance and they have been earlier then the ETA both times and it doesn't hurt that the same handsome guy, Echo, came out. Haha, but seriously he was smiling, friendly, and professional both times! Thanks for making it such an easy process for me! No issues! read more

I would avoid this company at all costs. They are unprofessional and rude. Our keys were locked in the car. They gave us an 1 hour estimate of arrival. After an hour we called to check the status. The receptionist on the phone cursed at us and said they were not coming then just hung up. I do not recommend using this garbage company. read more

Damage my vehicle I called I spoke to a nice lady but she instructed me that I have to contact my insurance company. And they are saying otherwise. Currently out of money I will file a lawsuit on top of 200 dollars a hour for my time. read more

I've never left a Yelp review and never really planned to, but Ralph was the realest guy I've met. My car wouldn't start and my insurance called upon Litos Towing to lend and hand. Once Ralph got there he checked out my car real quick and was able to get the starter up and running again. He kept it real with me about what to do next to the car and was on his way. If they have more guys like Ralph around I'd definitely recommend Litos Towing if you ever need help. read more

This company sucks NEVERRRR USE! Melissa the front lady is HORRRIBLE! She YELLS and is not helpful at all. Whatever you do try not to use this company as they will charge for ridiculous things such as a cleaning fee when they don't even CLEAN THE VEHICLE. Insurance companies need to stop using this tow company and location. Melisa needs to take some self care and find a new job because she is obviously unhappy. read more

Had a flat tire and my insurance contracted this towing company. Have always used Triple A so when the driver of this toying company asked me to drive up the ramp the ramp while giving me hand signals I was very uncomfortable and uneasy about this. Once I met the driver at the tire shop I then had to drive the vehicle back down the ramp and when I asked a driver why he couldn't just lower the vehicle down he said, because because my vehicle had covid. I never asked for him to get into my vehicle and I said if he was so worried about covid then perhaps he should be wearing a mask. When I called the phone number that's listed it went to somebody's cell phone and I asked to speak to a manager and after stating what had happened he promptly hung up on me. Absolutely calling my insurance State Farm and telling them not to use this tow service. What would have happened if I went off of the ramp? Definitely calling AAA next time because they have NEVER asked me to drive up a tow ramp, and have always just pulled it up and lowered it down. read more

State Farmer sent Litos Towing sent somebody out with an ETA of 30mins and the driver Yankee pulled up promptly. Yankee was very quick with hooking the car up & we were on our way. The music he was listening to was a whole vibe which was needed given the circumstances (car trouble ). Yankee was very professional & even pushed the car to ensure that it wasn't in the red. Thank you Litos Towing! read more

Eddie provided the best towing service for my car. It was parked at a large parking lot and Eddie was very patient. He was professional and knowledgeable. It's an overall excellent experience. Thank you! read more

Stay away!!! They don't have a clue what customer service is and on top of that, they don't take any responsibility if items are missing from your car! My insurance sent Litos Towing to pick up my disarmed car from the body shop to drop it to my house because we didn't get the claim settled. They left it in my driveway and left. I was not home. The next day that I checked my car, parts were missing, not one but 5! The 2 front headlights, spare tire, jack, trunk cover and a piece that covers the trunk between the lock, I'm not sure the name of it. So I went to the body shop and they said they gave all the pieces to Litos towing driver. I called Litos and the receptionist treated me like I was the burglar. When I explained the situation she accused me of lying, she said their drivers doesn't pick up pieces specifically for that reason. I said yes they do, my son was there when he dropped the car off and witnessed when the driver carried only certain pieces like the front and back bumper and left it on the lawn. The receptionist started yelling at me and when I asked why is she being rude she went ahead and hung up on me. If I could I would give them 0 starts I absolutely would! read more

I'm big on customer service and it was our 1st time using Litos Towing. Driver Yankee was very professional and a true problem solver. Not to mention very good response time. He was polite and very patient with my 74 year old mother. He was able to problem solve a simple issue that would allow her to drive home. He informed her that she could call him back if her car gave her any problems on her way home. She made it home safe and sound. Thank you Yankee! I would use them again based on this service. read more

The business deserves zero stars can't believe the receptionist called me a "dumb nigger bitch ! And to go fuck myself ? " I was just calling to check status & right off the back she started yelling at me saying that " we have no order you dumb bitch ! You sound like a dumb cry baby nigger " & then she started saying all hail hitler white lives matter ?Like okay I get it stop calling me names , please lower your voice. Which I am confused because I was only calling to check the time for the tow service & when I was able to get a word in from her racial profiling rants .I ask her if can speak to manager because she was so rude and unprofessional and being racist ? First of all I don't understand what that has to do with a asking a question anyways ? I was not rude ! She has really unprofessional etiquette skills. Her name is Monica, she has a horrible communication skills when she is handling a client. I can't believe she said the N word ? I'm not gonna say my ethnicity because it's pretty ignorant that a person that works in the office named Monica will treat you like that? I only dealt with them because of my State Farm insurance. I canceled the tow service! If she is like I can imagine how other workers are just racist , unprofessional & rude! read more

Awesome service! Oscar went above and beyond in his knowledge to help me out of a tough position after a drunk driver totaled my vehicle.

Wow excellent. Second time my car breaks down, I had to park it on the street and the owner of litos towing yankee personally came and helped me get my car in that tough spot after towing it. ETA was 55 minutes but he got there in 20!! Amazing, he's very sweet and a good human being, also gave some great advice on what's wrong with my car! State farm did good in contracting litos. Also, his tow truck was extremely clean and new for, it made it a very enjoyable ride back home. Thanks so much for your help guys!! read more

David did a great job with changing my tire. He was very professional and arrived and a timely manner. Excellent service! Would recommend.

WORST TOW EVER. They took an hour and 45 minutes to get to me after giving me a 50 minute wait time. I called after the 50 minutes were up and they said they would be to me in 30 minutes but it was even longer. Called again and they said 5 more minutes but 15 passed. Don'te your money here. read more

Came out to my car to find a screw all up in my tire. Thankfully I have a real tire as a spare. However not trying to change my own tire. My insurance linked me with Litos. I called the number my insurance had given me just to make sure they knew who and where I was and they already had Eddie on his way! 12 minutes from that call he was here. Switched my tire in 5 minutes. Cannot believe how easy that was! Kudos to the professionalism from Eddie and the dispatcher ( whose name I did not catch sorry) from Litos. bad bad customer service!!! litos dispatcher is very rude, loud, and unprofessional!! plus you can never get the owner of this company on the phone, its obvious he doesnt give a damn about his customers, you know we are the ones who break down and need towing assistance, what would happen if people stop driving having accidents or flat tires, so on and so forth, what would happen to these towing companies??? you would go out of business thats what would happen!!!! maybe you need to stop and smell the roses and remember that if it were not for us you would not get paid!!!! get a new dispatcher litos towing owner!! get some balls and teach her how to treat people right!!! people dont use this company the dispatcher is mental and rude and the drivers drink and smoke mj while on the clock, and the owner of the company is mia and dont care!!!!! read more
