I had to call them for etas and after waiting 2hrs, I ended the service after they told me it's going to be another 30mins. They will tell you ETA is 60 mins which is a bold face lie and every time you call for ETA she will say 5 mins. Had a flat tire and my insurance contracted this towing company. Have always used Triple A so when the driver of this toying company asked me to drive up the ramp the ramp while giving me hand signals I was very uncomfortable and uneasy about this. Once I met the driver at the tire shop I then had to drive the vehicle back down the ramp and when I asked a driver why he couldn't just lower the vehicle down he said, because because my vehicle had covid. I never asked for him to get into my vehicle and I said if he was so worried about covid then perhaps he should be wearing a mask. When I called the phone number that's listed it went to somebody's cell phone and I asked to speak to a manager and after stating what had happened he promptly hung up on me. Absolutely calling my insurance State Farm and telling them not to use this tow service. What would have happened if I went off of the ramp? Definitely calling AAA next time because they have NEVER asked me to drive up a tow ramp, and have always just pulled it up and lowered it down. read more

Stay away!!! They don't have a clue what customer service is and on top of that, they don't take any responsibility if items are missing from your car! My insurance sent Litos Towing to pick up my disarmed car from the body shop to drop it to my house because we didn't get the claim settled. They left it in my driveway and left. I was not home. The next day that I checked my car, parts were missing, not one but 5! The 2 front headlights, spare tire, jack, trunk cover and a piece that covers the trunk between the lock, I'm not sure the name of it. So I went to the body shop and they said they gave all the pieces to Litos towing driver. I called Litos and the receptionist treated me like I was the burglar. When I explained the situation she accused me of lying, she said their drivers doesn't pick up pieces specifically for that reason. I said yes they do, my son was there when he dropped the car off and witnessed when the driver carried only certain pieces like the front and back bumper and left it on the lawn. The receptionist started yelling at me and when I asked why is she being rude she went ahead and hung up on me. If I could I would give them 0 starts I absolutely would! read more

He was polite and very patient with my 74 year old mother. He was able to problem solve a simple issue that would allow her to drive home. Wow excellent. Second time my car breaks down, I had to park it on the street and the owner of litos towing yankee personally came and helped me get my car in that tough spot after towing it. ETA was 55 minutes but he got there in 20!! Amazing, he's very sweet and a good human being, also gave some great advice on what's wrong with my car! State farm did good in contracting litos. Came out to my car to find a screw all up in my tire. Thankfully I have a real tire as a spare. However not trying to change my own tire. My insurance linked me with Litos. I called the number my insurance had given me just to make sure they knew who and where I was and they already had Eddie on his way! 12 minutes from that call he was here.
