I just opened a shop in Benicia and went from being a stay at home mom, to a family of two full time working parents. Needless to say, our toddler was winning the "how clean we keep our house" game. I needed reinforcements and called Lisa. She came by the next day and offered an estimate for weekly cleaning based on our specific needs. Lisa is friendly, professional, and definitely puts you at ease when inviting strangers into your home to get all your in your dirty business. The cleaning team came next week to get started and and was blown away with how detailed they were in their initial deep clean. From top to bottom, blinds to baseboards they touched every part of our home and made it sparkle! Hiring them was exactly what our family needed to relive the stress of every day life! read more

Lisa's staff are very focused and caring as they clean our 4 bedroom and 2 bath house. The respond to specific requests graciously and finish the job quickly leaving us a clean, organized and sweet smelling home. The office manager is very responsive to changes in schedule. The staff arrive on time, and are always eager to begin. They seem very friendly and trustworthy. I strongly recommend this cleaning service. read more

I don't even want to give one star for this review. I have been with this business for years!! In fact it wasn't that long ago that I got a text from Lisa begging me to stay with her that another business was trying to steal her clients. So yes obviously I told her I liked her service and would stay. Do you know what I got in return? I got treated like a piece of garage after 4 years. Oh yes miss Lisa jumped on the Benicia Bully Train! Stay away from this business and this woman. She has zero morals and ethics! Jen@thebullywhisperer.com read more

I own a small business in Benicia and I've used Lisa's Super Maids a few times now and they never disappoint. Here is a list of things I loved about the service. 1: The owner comes in and does an estimate while being extremely professional and friendly. She listens and takes notes. Very important! 2: The staff communication was actually great and they followed direction well. 3: They worked very fast and efficiently. 4: I was amazed at how thorough they were getting underneath and behind things. 5: Now this is important to me as I am myself in a Customerservice industry. They had great attitudes and very very Pleasent to work with. Always smiling and being polite whenever I needed to speak to them or ask a question. If they can't answer they call the owner who immediately takes care of whatever it is. I highly recommend this business If these five things are as important to you as they are to me. Side note: I noticed the owner is very caring and sweet towards her staff and you can see they respect her a lot. As an owner with a staff I appreciated seeing a like minded owner who treats their staff well. read more

We have never seen our house so clean! My husband and I both work full time, and with COVID, our house has seen much more daily use. With the holidays approaching, we thought it was time to hire a cleaning service. Enter Lisa's Super Maids! Lisa was so responsive over text and email. She even rescheduled us no problem when our power and water went out the day we had originally planned. When I got home the day they cleaned, my jaw dropped. They left no stone unturned. Everything was spotless, including the window tracks. Even the insides of all our closets had been deep cleaned and organized! We felt completely safe with Lisa's team coming in during COVID. When they arrived, they brought everything they needed and wore masks. I cannot recommend Lisa's Super Maids enough. If you're on the fence about hiring a cleaning crew, here's your push - they are worth every penny and more! read more

I own a property management company and can tell you that Lisa and her team are amazing! They are the super hero's of maids. They can make a dingy kitchen look like brand new. I have appreciated Yelp for so many years and on so many levels - but have not felt driven to contribute a personal review until now. The exemplary experience I had with Lisa's Super Maids doing a deep-clean in my home today has motivated me to leave a review. WOW. Our home feels so well cared for and is sparkling! The quality service that Lisa provides, from top to bottom, is admirable and so much appreciated. Thank you Lisa, Adriana, Patti, and Maria for your meticulous and professional care of our home today. It is appreciated more than you know. And to everyone else out there...Super Maids is worth every penny! read more

Just finished my first first clean from Super Maids. So grateful they came in last minute on a Saturday! Did a spectacular job. I even caught my husband raising his eyebrows and whispering 'beautiful' to himself. They cleaned EVERYTHING!! Window sills, blinds, doors, and of course all the regular 'stuff'. Highly recommend!! read more

Half an hour after our appointment time, I emailed Lisa to ask if she was still coming. She emailed me back saying she was too hung over to show up. I'm so disappointed in this service; was really looking forward to working with a local business. read more

Do not use Lisa's Super maids if you are looking for the following... someone to clean your house who is thorough, moves the light furniture, cleans behind the doors, removes the dirt from the countertops, and has competitive pricing for the quality of their work, then consider using another company. Lisa's Super Maids is exactly the opposite. I will never use this company again. After calling to voice my concern about the poor service, the owner never called to apologize about the poor service, offer a small refund or complementary service. This cleaning team of two were in my home for 5-hours and after they left, I was cleaning the counter tops in the laundry room. This is definitely a company you should pass on for your next cleaning job. read more

This team of professionals are extremely nice and efficient. They do a great job on my parents house!

I LOVE Lisa's Super Maids. I owned my own successful cleaning service for many years and I have also used Lisa's Super Maids for many years. Not only do I find these ladies to be very thorough, I am constantly calling the owner to let her know that they went above and beyond my expectations. If there's every been something I wanted done differently, a simple phone call is all it took to solve the problem. I've never had a moment where I was concerned about trusting the ladies. They have truly become like family and I appreciate everything they do for us. read more

The service is great. They initially show up and do a home inspection for you so as to provide a quote for cleaning. You can get the general run of the mill cleaning or the spring cleaning services. The prices are fair and the cleaning crews actually shows up when they say they will. I come home to a home that is clean and smells non chemical as they are courteous enough to leave the windows open for airing out purposes. I would highly recommend them. read more

Lisa's super maids service was a no-show twice. Will never consider this company again!!!

Lisa's Super Maids has been cleaning our house for over 5 years now. They are very thorough and I always enjoy coming home to my very clean house after they have been there. They are very reliable, and flexible as from time to time I've needed to make changes to our appointment day or time. They are also very trust worthy which is important as we almost always are gone when they come and I've never had an issue. They are also a small, local business and I enjoy supporting local businesses in town. read more

We thought we'd support a small local business, so we called Lisa's Super Maids. Unfortunately, there was a mix-up regarding what day the crew would come for our cleaning ... and so we were rousted out of bed early in the morning the day before we thought that they would come. But, we made the best of it. However, during the cleaning we were alarmed to happen to see one of the ladies had climbed fully up and onto the granite kitchen counter; we're lucky it didn't crack (we were warned by the installer never to stand on it like that)! We were similarly alarmed to happen to notice a bottle of bleach placed carelessly on the hallway carpet. Regrettably, we weren't as lucky with this item, and there is now a big bleach stain on our wall-to-wall dark brown hallway carpet. When I inquired with Lisa about what would be involved with filing a damage claim for this, she said 'she had no idea' and 'had never had to file a damage claim with her insurance before', and 'why don't I investigate it myself and let her know'. Putting a problem back on the customer like that is classic poor customer service. The cleaning service itself, minus the damage, was OK, but not super (pun intended). So, we do not recommend Lisa's Super Maids. We are now with another service company (Merry Maids) -- they're very professional, have English-speaking crew members who you can communicate directly with, and also they do a MUCH better and detail-oriented job. read more
