I got in on staying Monday-Wednesday, March 27-29, 2023. I was able to combine with work travel not too far from there on that Monday & took off the next 2 days. My friend was hangry and was like BBQ sounds so good. I said I could go for BBQ before hitting the road to go back to Maryland on that Wednesday night, March 29, 2023. Others in the group that were still there agreed. Wow, this was excellent BBQ, not like the BBQ you find in the DC-Baltimore area. I got a BBQ brisket with mac n' cheese (my favorite vegetable...haha...I know not a veggie, but like to joke about that). Both the brisket & mac n cheese were excellent. I think my 2nd side was side salad. That same friend had the timeshare said my girlfriend & I could enjoy on our own anytime in the Sunday night to Friday time range. I sorted out details that made sense and determined to work on the road on that Wednesday afternoon and take off Thursday & Friday. Unlike the March 2023 trip, we made Hank's the 1st meal that Wednesday, April 24, 2024 night. My girlfriend was impressed too. I got a BBQ brisket sandwich this time. We took our young teenagers to spend the day at the indoor Splash water park and expected to go upstairs to the bar while they swam... they closed it for the day!! The only open place for food or drinks was a restaurant inside the indoor waterpark that required a $32/person admission fee!! What?!!! The main restaurant (Campfire grill... expensive restaurant) on the resort was closed!! Additionally, We paid to do the one hour activities (make your own candle or paint glassware), they ended it after 1/2 hour, couldn't finish the candle and were told we have to return the next day to get our candles. Each time we turned around, it was another admission fee for this or that... We don't recommend this place for anyone. Don't buy this timeshare !!! Not worth it!!!
