It would be a good option for those times when you know you had enough but don't (or can't) go home yet. Next up was the "Out of the gate pilsner". This was a very good pilsner, but there was a very slight harshness that disqualifies it as a true pilsner. It's still a beer worth having. Then we tried the "Red Gate Road". Don't try this one thinking you're getting a red, cause it's not. CITRUS red should be in a category by itself. A very good beer, but not really a red. Then there was "Muddy Tracks" stout. It was refreshing to have a stout that wasn't flooded with coffee. Very nice. It has a nice light smokey shadow, but a bit heavy on the burnt end for my taste. And our last beer was the "Light the Fuse Gladis". It didn't have that slap-in-the-face-every-sip hop that I look for, but it wasn't totally overwhelmed with mango, citrus, or all the other crap they're killing IPA's with these days. I would have this one again. Everything else about this place, the service, the building, atmosphere, parking, etc. was excellent. I would strongly recommend checking this place out for yourself. It's not just another microbrewery.

We always go to the Cheese Place in the Dayton market prior to visiting to be prepared with snacks once we finish our tasting and buy a few bottles of wine. The grounds are beautiful - we have seen them in rain, sun and snow. Parking is plenty.

There was one that had a spicy kick, which I don't usually care for in my drinks, but wife does and she liked it. We ended up buying the Sunburst Citrus and the Strawsome strawberry lemonade mead. It seems like a great place to hang with friends, family, or a date. We were leaving just as a band was setting up to play some live music for the Saturday night crowd. We tried the XoXo, Gold Label, and a few of their red and white wines. Some of them had impressive flavors, although I think there is still room for improvement. The service was good, and the staff were friendly. However, my biggest issue and especially for the men, is that they only have one men's restroom. I honestly don't understand the concept. With so many visitors, they definitely need more restrooms for men. Otherwise, they might end up with some very unhappy customers!
