I handed the woman my repair alteration before stepping into the fitting room to put the pants on so they could mark them. I fully expected to leave the repair alteration with them for a few days along with the pants, but I was pleasantly surprised when I stepped back out of the fitting room area because the woman handed me back my garment with the stitch repair completed & did not charge me for it. I've also had more complicated alterations done to a wool coat & trust them with my garments. I also appreciate their follow up to make sure that their tailoring was done to my satisfaction after I've taken them home.

No "Hello", no "Hi, how are you". I responded, " I'm fine, are you okay?" The woman in the store (I'm assuming is Kathy) did not respond. I put on my wedding dress. Kathy did not try to assist me. Instead she said, " Oh no, just return this dress to wherever you got it from. David's Bridal or whatever. You're too big, this dress is for someone my size" I was astonished!
