I have been coming to this lady for about 2 years and referred my family to her. Recently, I took an evening gown to her and showed her the places that felt too tight and what was too loose. She pinned what needed to be tightened and drew with a chalk where she needed to loosen. When I came back to pick up the dress, the same places felt tight, I tried to bring her attention to it and she got very angry. Started yelling at me immediately. She insisted That I had told her to take it in a little and that was what she did. I tried to explain what we discussed the previous time and she wouldn't listen. Told me something was wrong with me and that I'm crazy. I told her it didn't make sense that I would ask her to tighten an already tight area. And she refused to believe she drew anything with chalk. I asked her if she made alterations before or after dry cleaning the dress. Lo and behold, the alterations had been done after dry cleaning the dress which means they cleaned off the lines along the seams that she had drawn indicating the area needed to be loosened. She still refused to believe me and kept yelling at me. As she was yelling, a couple came in for alterations but seeing how tense the place was, they left. She cost herself customers because she was being so rude. She told me that I BRING TOO MANY CLOTHES FOR HER TO CLEAN/ALTER. I couldn't believe that that was a legitimate complaint from her. Especially because up until now, we'd had a nice relationship. I was so angry. I was brought to tears out of sheer frustration. By that point, I had had enough and we spent 30 mins yelling at each other. All the while she said she was too busy to do anything else to my clothes. Sometimes she would walk away and work on other things while ignoring me. So I would sit and wait for her to come back to the front. I was not about to leave without her fixing my dress, a service I had already paid for. I was just as relentless as she was and she finally agreed to fix my dress while yelling at me to go away. Every other time before this, she had been respectful with a sweet voice. Today, she just switched up on me, yelled at me, and taunted me for crying ("are you gonna cry again?" She said as we were arguing). She also talked about me to another customer that came and I told her I would not accept that behavior. She is not a kind person. She will be nice one day and turn on you the next and everything will become your fault. I no longer recommend her to anyone and will never be back. My sister also told me she spoke to her disrespectfully the first time she came to her. Beware, she is not a sweet woman. You may get her evil side tomorrow. Read the other negative reviews and you'll see an obvious pattern. I've written this review right after the experience described above. She told me to come back in a few days to pick up the fixed dress. After reading other reviews about how she damaged their clothes, I hope she does not do the same to mine out of spite. This is the best and most affordable cleaners and tailors I've found in Dallas/Irving. I had to get a bridesmaid dress cut. The dress was comprised of lots of layers of chiffon, and most tailors in Dallas were asking $50 to $75 dollars for the alterations. That is almost the price of the dress! The seamstress here did an expert job for $35! My husband's suit was cleaned and pressed perfectly. They are also very fast. The alterations only took 3 days. Very poor customer service. The lady there hemmed my pants too short. She then went on to say it was my fault. I showed her and she kept saying it's my fault. She also then just wouldn't respond and kept working and just wouldn't even talk to me about it. I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

I had to pairs of shorts that had holes in them and I had a pair of khakis pants that had some light stains on the knees. I do not know what the stains were from. The cost for repairing the shorts and removing the stains were more than reasonable, but as the old adage goes, you get what you pay for.... Both shorts were repaired but one of them ended up having another hole in the same area that was getting repaired. I am almost 100% positive that it was not there before. I believe the new hole was created by whomever was repairing them, by putting pressure on the area from repairing the first hole on the pair of shorts. Needless to say, they said I didn't point that hole out and that I needed to pay again for them to repair the new hole. That wasn't a big issue because they didn't charge much for repairing it. The khakis are what I have the bigger issues with. They did not remove the stains on the knees at all, and to be honest the stains didn't fade one bit. It honestly looked like they didn't even have the pants cleaned. I didn't want them pressed at all and I said that specifically but of course when I got them back they were pressed. They suggested running them through a second time to remove the stains, it did not fade them at all once again. I regret walking in to that store and should've taking it to my usual dry cleaners, which now I will be taking the pants to to remove the gigantic crease running down the middle of the pants and to remove the stains which should be easily removable. 1/5 stars for at least repairing the holes on the shorts (while creating a new one in the process). read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was assaulted by one of the ladies that works there. They were late with the alterations for my bridesmaid dress. I suggested to give like a 10% discount for the inconvenience, and she screamed at me for asking. The dress wasn't horrible, but there was a minor mistake made with the alterations that I brought to her attention. I thought 10% off was reasonable. I paid the full cost as she's yelling at me. I asked her why was she yelling (I never once raised my voice at her). She hands me back my card and a receipt, and I start to walk away. She then reaches over the counter and aggressively grabs my arm and screams, "NO YOU SIGN." This is when I yelled back, "GET YOUR HANDS OFF ME." I mean, all she had to say was "sign that copy." I have never an experience like that. I will never go back. I don't recommend anyone go here. They are very unprofessional and clearly don't know much about customer service.
