Nice to see that they get a lot of customers. We ate in to stay out of the heat so I was able to see a steady line of customers coming in then going out. Hotdogs were prepared like an assembly line. You order, then one person assembles your dog (hotdog, polish dog, hot link) and adds the toppings. Then it gets wrapped while one person gets your drink ready. Then one person hands your order to you. The line moves quickly because the dogs are already cooked. The hotdogs still taste the same. It hits the spot if you want a hotdog. But it's not as good as a Costco hotdog or if you want a grilled bratwurst. Inside Casper's still has the same feel from the 70's with the same orange and yellow colors. Loved it!

Not sure how much they're regularly priced, but their taco Tuesday is an excellent deal. I'm excited to try their actual taqueria soon too. I can foresee many more visits to this truck in the future. Next time, I'll be trying out their quesadillas.
