Transferring to TFC was the best decision we ever made. Dr Silverberg not only helped us conceive our baby boy through IVF, but he also discovered I was diabetic. Dr Silverberg is there for his patients, and he also got to the root cause of my miscarriages and after two procedures and the removal of all the polyps, I was finally able to have a successful pregnancy. I honestly wasn't sure we'd be able to have a baby until I met Dr. Silverberg. We will always be grateful to Dr. Silverberg and his team for helping us make our dream a reality. Our baby boy was born this fall! I can't tell you the amount of times I've emailed and called Dr. S's team with a billion questions, and they always met me with patience and compassion. Be sure to ask questions and voice any symptoms or concerns that you have at your appointments, because sometimes visits can go fast. If you forget, simply leave a message for the nurse line, and they will get back to you. After sharing with Dr S's team where I was mentally and physically with the IVF process, the team worked with me to find an IVF transfer protocol that met me where I was. IVF in general can be very mentally and physically draining, so be sure to let the team know how you're feeling if it becomes too much. I also had the privilege of having a couple of covering visits by Dr. Hansard and Dr Vaughn, who were excellent! I was met with compassion and patience at the visits with both of them. IMO these doctors are definitely worth the wait time. That's how you know they spend time with their patients and THEY CARE. Any great doctor's office typically has a wait time. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone struggling with infertility. The one learning curve I did have transferring from another clinic was figuring out how contacting the nurse team and doctor worked. At the last clinic, I was able to message them directly in a portal. At this clinic, you have to call and pick the correct extension depending on the day and time. So when you meet with your nurse on the first day, make sure you ask them the proper procedure for that and make sure you understand it. Once you've figured that out, it's pretty straightforward. Dr S's nurse team is stellar, and they are really on top of things. If only every doctor's office had a team like that! They have spoiled me with how good they are! Another thing is to stay on top of is the billing with the billing dept since appointments and procedures happen frequently. That's the one thing I wish I was more on top of and kept better track of, especially in the beginning of the journey.

He successfully lasered off mild endometriosis. My incision scar was negligible. Re: IVF We had two failed cycles of egg retrievals and fertilization. Your probability increases if you freeze your eggs before age 43. Re: Embryo Adoption We paid $8500 for two embryos. Legally, it's not an adoption because no lawyers were involved. It's an embryo donation. They are leftover embryos from other peoples' IVF cycles. I.e. Other couples may have a batch of six good embryos, but only want two children. After both of their children are born, they have the choice of either killing the remaining embryos, donating, or freezing indefinitely. The embryos were not fertilized using my eggs nor my husband's sperm. The first embryo transfer didn't implant but the second embryo transfer did after Dr. Silverberg put me on steroids. We paid an additional $1500 for the second embryo transfer procedure. The cutoff for an embryo transfer is age 55. All of the adoptions are closed. Dr. Silverberg was kind and encouraging from when we started with IUI to finishing with embryo adoption. We are thrilled and very happy being parents to our two month old son, while I experience breastfeeding as a new mom. Thank you for everything Dr. Silverberg!

Thankfully the 1st time was with a couple through this clinic and the whole process was SO smooth and wonderful! Was successful the first transfer! The 2nd time I was a surrogate the intended parents were with another clinic and the experience was SO awful!! Worlds different! Several falled transfers, prescribed medication that didn't make sense to me, procedures done it felt like in a closet...etc. Thank goodness I had the experience with Dr. M first! Bc I refused to do another transfer with them unless they followed the flow chart from my 1st surrogacy. That clinic was offended but at least listen to me at that point and wouldn't you know that transfer was successful. And now I am on my 3rd surrogacy and we went straight to Dr. Moghadam and once again it was successful the very 1st transfer! And the whole process again was just so smooth and easy. The intended parents told me the process of their egg retrieval before the transfer was very smooth and easy for them too. They are just absolutely the best to me!! I went and was charged $300 as a "deposit" but I never saw claims filed to insurance nor did I get a refund from said deposit. Let's not forget to mention almost daily ultrasounds. Maybe that's where the $300 went to? in addition to the hour long waits for a 5 minute visit. All this while trying to keep my job and explain why I needed to see the dr almost daily. I went with the intention of getting lab work run and starting with pills (clomid or femara) as my obgyn didnt do this part. I was never allowed to do this as I was told It wouldnt work. (how do we know that?) Was sent to get an hsg without a negative pregnancy test in hand. (couldnt possibly be the first time they've sent someone to the ARA but they wouldnt help me so that was a waste of PTO, time and getting stuck in 5 oclock traffic unnecessarily. I had to drive bk to their clinic, get a blood draw so I could try again on yet another day. ) Not only was I not able to get a script for pills, I was told i should start with IVF. I absolutely refused and somehow this compromise was an IUI. What I should have done was walk out. But i let this dr talk me into an iui. $3300 later and who knows how many trips to the specialty pharmacy 30 miles away, I had a failed iui and a data breach bc someone left a laptop in their car. The final straw was being told my next step would be ivf or ovarian drilling. nope. nope. nope. I'm out. I ended up putting a pin in all this and ended up getting pregnant naturally about a year after I stopped going to this office but I still get chills everytime I see the exit off mopac. In summation, i will say he was super aggressive and seemed like he wanted everyone to get pregnant... but at what cost? I also want to mention I got a shot of vitamins (allegedly) that was above my hip that really aggravated my sciatic nerve... just be cautious. I thought I had a blood clot at first, but being that I am a runner I had it checked out to rule out any bigger problems. I ended up going to a different infertility dr who has now since retired but I wish I had gone to him first. If you do go here, I hope you are treated better than I was.

Headline: Unprofessional, Unreliable, and Emotionally Taxing - Avoid at All Costs…read moreMy wife and I came to Aspire Fertility during one of the most vulnerable times of our lives, hoping for support and expertise. Instead, we were met with a level of incompetence and poor communication that is frankly unacceptable for a medical facility. The communication at this office is non-existent. Trying to reach the clinical team was a nightmare; more often than not, their voicemail box was full and couldn't even accept messages. When we did manage to reach a human being, they were unable to answer basic questions. Instead of providing help, we were repeatedly told to use the Prelude App for a "more effective turnaround" rather than speaking to a representative directly. This felt like a blatant attempt to avoid personal accountability, and the app proved to be just as useless as their phone lines. They would promise callbacks that never came, leaving us in the dark. After deciding to move our care elsewhere, the refund process was even worse. We were told via the app that a refund for services not yet rendered would take roughly 60 days because of a convoluted process involving manual checks and mailings. We waited patiently for 10 weeks, needing those funds to start treatment with a different fertility clinic in Austin. When the check never arrived, we followed up, only to be told the refund had been put back on my card during week eight. They never bothered to notify us that the refund method had changed or that the issue was "resolved." We spent over two months waiting for a check that was never coming because of their internal misinformation and total lack of transparency. This level of administrative negligence is beyond disappointing. For a clinic that deals with families desperate to start a life, their lack of care and basic customer service is a disgrace. If you are looking for a team that values your time, your money, and your emotional well-being, look elsewhere.

I'm sharing this not to speak badly about anyone but to help other first-time moms who might be feeling the same doubts I ignored. My goal is to give others information I wish I had. My baby is now healthy and thriving, and I'm so grateful for that, but the entire experience left me traumatized and afraid to go through pregnancy again. From the start, there were warning signs I should have paid attention to. Every appointment involved waiting four or more hours past the scheduled time, which showed how overbooked the practice was. At my 20-week anatomy scan, the sonographer mentioned seeing something on the baby's brain. That comment caused me immense anxiety, and I later learned it was unprofessional for a sonographer to share findings before a doctor reviewed them. When I asked to meet with Dr. Wang to discuss the results, she brushed me off and treated me like I was overreacting. That day I waited four hours to see her. Throughout my pregnancy, Dr. Wang strongly pushed for a C-section. She said things like "in China everyone with money chooses C-sections" and told me recovery would be much faster than with a vaginal birth. As a first-time mom, I trusted her advice, not realizing how serious the surgery and recovery would be. Looking back, I wish I had received balanced, evidence-based information rather than pressure. I also experienced severe nausea, exhaustion, and other symptoms that were dismissed. When I voiced concern, she told me, "this is as good as it's going to get." I had to advocate for myself to get additional lab work, request a different nausea medication, and push for the 4-hour gestational diabetes test when the 1-hour one came back abnormal. My due date was April 20, yet she scheduled my C-section for April 5. I now know that was early and likely unnecessary. After the scheduled C-section, I fainted when my catheter was removed due to blood loss. My hemoglobin levels dropped dangerously low, and I later realized I had been hemorrhaging. Dr. Wang and her nurse practitioner saw me once the next day, barely acknowledged what had happened, and discharged me less than 48 hours after surgery. Two days after returning home, I developed severe swelling and bruising across my abdomen. I had to leave my newborn and go back to the office, where Dr. Wang told me I had a "mango-sized" hematoma and recommended another surgery that same week under anesthesia. She said if I didn't do it, I might "look pregnant for months." She was cold and dismissive when I told her I was terrified, and when I begged her through the patient portal to call me afterward, she refused. Her nurse practitioner finally called me 12 hours later, but Dr. Wang never did. I sought two other medical opinions, and both doctors advised that only a general surgeon should perform that type of procedure, not an OB. I followed their advice and had the surgery safely about a month later. I truly don't know what might have happened if I hadn't trusted my instincts. Dr. Wang blamed the hematoma on the postpartum nurses pressing on my abdomen, which other doctors later said was not realistic. Lastly, Dr. Wang performed my son's circumcision in the hospital. Once it healed, our pediatrician noticed something was wrong and referred us to a specialist. It turned out my son had hypospadias, a condition that should have been identified before a circumcision. Because it wasn't, he now has to undergo surgery for both the hypospadias and a circumcision revision. I am thankful every day that my baby is healthy. But this entire experience was traumatic, and I hope sharing it helps another parent avoid what I went through. If you ever feel dismissed, pressured, or ignored by your provider, please trust your instincts and seek a second opinion. You deserve care that is compassionate, ethical, and safe.

I was first scheduled for a short virtual consult that lasted about 10 minutes. The doctor showed slides with statistics about conception by age and essentially told us we were young and healthy and should have no trouble conceiving. This cost a specialist copay up front, which felt impersonal and unhelpful. Next, I was scheduled for a FemVue and ultrasound, which required $500 upfront. During the procedure, the doctor briefly commented that it looked like I had a "heart-shaped uterus or a septum," and then left the room without explaining what that meant. If you've ever Googled those terms, you know how frightening they sound. This caused a lot of unnecessary stress and anxiety for me, especially since I wasn't given any explanation or reassurance. We also paid $200 for my husband's labs and never received any results -- not even a follow-up call. When my insurance lapsed, the clinic wanted another $300 for a short follow-up virtual consult just to discuss results. At that point I started to feel like their priority was billing, not patient care. Once I had new coverage, I got a second opinion at another clinic (which was actually in-network). The difference was night and day. The new doctor spent 30 minutes with us in person, went through our TTC history and health in detail, and outlined a clear plan. She ordered an HSG (not FemVue), explained why, and later confirmed via ultrasound that my uterus is completely normal with no septum or abnormal shape. She even mentioned that FemVue is often billed as an office procedure because it reimburses better, but it doesn't actually give much useful diagnostic information. Looking back, I feel misled and frustrated with how the first clinic handled my care. I want to warn others to be cautious--especially if you feel like you're being pushed into expensive procedures without clear explanations or next steps. Fertility treatment is already an emotional journey, and patients deserve thorough communication and ethical care.

Unfortunately, our experience did not meet these expectations. Communication with my physician consisted primarily of a single Zoom call and short, hastily typed messages through the patient portal--messages that often included typos and abbreviations. After a failed embryo transfer, I received conflicting and inconsistent guidance from different team members. Key details were overlooked, leaving me feeling unheard and unsupported during a critical time. While the clinic's medical credentials are strong, the level of emotional support was lacking. We experienced some other practical drawbacks due to Fora's small size: Insurance navigation: When our prior authorization was denied, Fora offered no advocacy or guidance beyond suggesting we pay out of pocket. A larger clinic later helped us secure coverage. Limited resources: With only two physicians, second opinions are harder to access, and reduced holiday staffing worsened an already stressful situation for us. While Fora may be a good fit for some, I would suggest anyone considering them to think carefully about whether their smaller size and communication style align with your needs. We have since transitioned to another clinic where we have received care far more in line with our expectations.
