I came to him concerned that I had gingivitis. Not only did he do a very thorough exam (x-rays, cleaning, etc.) but he took a sample from my gums (don't worry, it was painless!) and looked at it under a microscope right there in the exam room to determine if any bacteria were present! From there he gave me a treatment plan that completely cleared up my issues. Dr. Frew was recommended to me by a family member, who went to him for a second opinion after being told she needed thousands of dollars worth of dental work, including pulling out most of her teeth. He told her that was crazy, treated her issues, and was able to restore her oral health at a much lower cost without the extreme measure of pulling out her teeth. Because of her experience, at least five of my family members are now patients of Dr. Frew's. I recommend him to everyone who is looking for a dentist.

I went there multiple times and not once did they share with me that I was actually out of network, I had to find out by contacting my insurance company to check on the specific claim. I went in a total of two times, first was a regular cleaning, second time was a follow up/filling. They DID NOT once mention to me that they are actually out of network for my coverage. They had at least 3 opportunities to tell me that they are not in network for my insurance plan. 1) The first visit upon going into the office I gave the receptionist my insurance card and they input all my info and should have seen the in/out network info; 2) when I was paying for my cleaning and scheduling my second appt for filling they could have warned me about charges due to them being out of network for me; 3) my second visit before I went in for dental work or afterwards when I had to pay, I specifically asked why the cost was so high (close to $200) for two basic fillings and they said they had to check with insurance, but they should have seen their out of network status was the reason for the cost. They even continue to schedule my next appt for me in 6 months. For people who several hundred dollars makes a huge difference in their budget, this would be a devastating experience, so please beware if you're new or existing customer that's been wondering why you've been getting high dental bills!

Turns out GME not only confirmed the tooth couldn't be saved, it needed to be extracted, and also discoverred another tooth needed a iRoot Canal (something my dentist didn't tell me or notice. After getting 2nd and 3rd opinions; (yes the tooth can be saved and no, the tooth needs to be extracted, I finally had and heard enough! I went back to GME with heavy feet but thanks to Dr. Singh, my root canal procedure was painless (I'm "Singh"ing" la la la, thank U ! The assistant was kind and caring throughout the process, she even eased my worries by gently patting above my shoulder. And it really helped me.
