The front desk is always very helpful and informative in all aspects of the visit (insurance, scheduling, after care and such). Very professional, communicate clearly and really want to help and have things go smoothly for everyone. All they have done and gone that extra bit to be help is very much appreciated. Dr. Gamson is a true master at his craft and has always strived to make sure things are up to his standers before I leave even if that means making a couple adjustments to things. This to me shows a concern for the long term of his work instead of other place that are like a tooth mill in and out mentality. Dr. Gamson has gone above and beyond to listen to what is going on and really engages himself in the conversation to make sure he has all the information needed to then dip into he experience to implement a plan of action. He works very effectively and efficiently always checking in to make sure one is ok. His precision numbing is amazing and makes sure there is no pain during the visit. The best part of it all which is a strange to read in a review about root canals is he sense of humor and upbeat approach to his work. His joy and happiness permeate the space and you can tell that he really does care about the well being of others while still maintaining a professional relationship with others. I would definitely recommend Dr Gamson to anyone looking for someone who is knowledgeable, thorough and produces amazing work and you can count on all the while bringing joy and happiness and a lot of laughs to the experience.

I was a little scared because root canals have such a bad rep, but thankfully I was referred by my dentist to Dr. Gamson. I was seen promptly when I arrived and felt more relaxed in just a few minutes. Dr. Gamson is gifted - finding common interests to distract patients in a charming manner - and at the same time explaining what he is doing and what to expect. Also, it's clear he's a top notch expert when it comes to root canals. I had no pain during the procedure - just a bit of sting with the shots. The root canal immediately addressed the radiating pain. I was so relieved that an experience I expected to be horrible was not - and I enjoyed Dr. Gamson's charming chatter, which distracted me from my fears. The office staff was efficient and helped me understand the insurance coverage situation. Also, the office and treatment rooms have unique art displayed that I enjoyed learning about. Anyway, I'm going back soon as I suspect another tooth needs treatment...it's nice that I know I have no reason to worry.

That was the whole point of the appointment - to get the root canal. Does he not realize that patients have jobs and can't just take days off work for no reason? Plus - there wasn't a single patient in the office other than me - probably because of treating patients like this. I'll take by $2000 elsewhere...

He was referred by my dentist and seemed very nice, but a family friend who was a very experienced endodontist who others in my family had used offered to do the procedure. After he retired I recommended my brother to go see Dr. Jafari ... and he did. Fast forward and I needed a second root canal. So I asked my brother how Dr. Jafari was and the review was glowing, which means a lot considering that my brother may be the worlds biggest chicken. He said, "You're an idiot if you don't go see Dr. Jafari." So I did. And my brother was right. My tooth was a borderline call whether or not to do the root canal. Dr. Jafari went out of his way - patiently - to educate me on my options, risks, benefits, costs, etc. I made the call to go forward with the root canal with the knowledge that I made an educated decision, which, once Dr. Jafari got deep into the procedure, ended up being the right decision too. And, with all that said ... and all the hype and scary stories you hear about root canals, it ended up being about as painless of a procedure as possible. I'm not going to run out and do it again, I hope, but, if I had to, there is no question I would go back to Dr. Jafari without hesitation. On top of that, it also is worthwhile to say that Dr. Jafari is about as nice, professional, informative, and good as they come. Thanks, Dr. Jafari.

She was so professional and nice and made me feel so comfortable. In fact, I didn't feel anything, no pain. She talked me through the entire procedure which helped my anxiety. They used a CBCT scan to perfectly identify where and what the problem was. Then they used this amazing machine called Gentle Wave which cleans out the inside of the tooth. Not many practices have such a machine. The assistant, Sherry, was also very professional. She handled those instruments with such ease! When the procedure was over, Dr. Menhenick went over what to expect. She also said that if I had any questions to contact the office.
