She basically said it was OK for my ex to leave me even though I've never done anything wrong to deserve it. This therapist never took into account my ex's history of alcoholism in her family which fostered issues that had manifested themselves long before my showing up and now my little girl gets to grow up without her father in her daily life. I absolutely implore you to not give this woman a cent of your money nor a minute of your time. Her license should be revoked.

After the first few weeks it was clear that the program and the clinical staff were even better than we have hoped. Their holistic approach to health, emphasizing healthy diet, sleep, exercise and time in nature, balancing meds and supplements had an immediate positive impact. The care, kindness and respect that the highly qualified clinical team showed our daughter allowed her to trust and be vulnerable in her individual therapy as well as our family sessions. She learned so much about herself, her emotions and how to manage and name them, while we learned better ways to communicate with her and within our family, and how to repair broken trust. She is now attending an alternative boarding school, and for the first time in a long time, we are optimistic for her future and our family relationships. Our son has been in the adolescent program for the past 13 weeks and will be transitioning to a boarding school next week. He has made a lot of progress in the last 3 months and he is in a much better place than when he arrived. He is now ready and looking forward to transitioning to a boarding school and Pacific Quest has prepared him well for this transition. All of the staff has been very helpful, responsive, and professional. My son's therapist at Pacific Quest was a good fit and facilitated some great communication between us and our son. Another great experience was the Family Program visit where we were able to visit our son and spend a few days with him. The family therapy was very helpful and allowed us to start building an emotional connection again with our son.

Mr.Hashimoto does not willingly give feedback back us, the parents so we have no idea why he began purposely not joining the links to the telemedicine appts he was sending us via text. He was unwilling to check why the links weren't working and instead left my kid in the telemedicine waiting room while choosing to speak down to me on a phone call about him not making it to the appt. We sent screen shots of my kid's phone waiting in the virtual waiting room and he did not reply. I sent a message asking what was going on in the client portal. It's been two weeks- no reply. He erased all of our appts we had with him for tomorrow and the following care my kid had planned for the next few months. Just like that- no conversation, no correspondence- just stopped all care for my kiddo with no idea why. Super unprofessional no matter how you slice it. My kid is a sweetheart, doesn't understand why their care is over and thinks it's their fault - which sucks because we see this therapist due to anxiety, self doubt and self worth issues.

She criticized Every action or statement I made. She even criticized the way I sat. When I crossed my arms she said I was being belligerent and closed (I was actually crossing my arms over my chest to protect myself for her abusive attitude toward me) when I opened my arms wide to be receiving she said that I was arrogant. This therapist did more damage to our marriage. I ended up leaving the island and my marriage. I am just now recovering from the damage from sessions with this woman.
