She was an exceptional waitress-- attentive, cheerful, and genuinely welcoming from the moment we sat down. She was incredibly knowledgeable about both the menu and the wine selection, and her recommendations were spot on. The food was outstanding, but service like Ronan's is what truly elevates a dining experience. She's the kind of server who makes a restaurant feel refined and high-end. Lastly, all of the servers have been super friendly and made the visits nice.

I was told there would be five prawns in a butter sauce. However, what came were eight tiny shrimp -- maybe 1.5 inches each. The butter sauce, which also had lots of chopped tomatoes, pretty much covered the shrimp and then some. This makes sense because besides not being prawns, the shrimp was rubbery and tasteless. I don't understand why I wasn't told that there were no prawns today, to see if I wanted to order something else instead. In retrospect, I should have returned the dish but our server (Beau) was so nice that I just didn't have the heart to do so. I decided to get a to-go container, thinking, I dunno, maybe the butter sauce would season the shrimp and it would taste better in a few hours. I ended up leaving the shrimp behind instead. So, great service, very clean and nice folks. Just stick to pizza, folks. And don't order the shrimp appetizer.

The exposed brick walls and old wooden bar give it the feel of a neighborhood tavern with plenty of character. I read on the menu that the building dates to 1894 and originally housed a cigar store where cigars were manufactured. Our server was personable and fun. I always enjoy trying a new beer, and after I told her what I liked and didn't like, she recommended one that was perfect for me. As on our previous visit, we had a hard time deciding what to order because everything sounded good. We finally settled on sharing several things, including the clam chowder, fish and chips and a Cajun catfish sandwich. The clam chowder was delicious. The coating on the fish was remarkably crunchy while the fish inside remained moist and tender. The Cajun catfish sandwich was also perfectly cooked and packed with flavor, with just the right amount of heat. The Laughing Clam was every bit as good as I remembered. I will be back!

Wait for drink wasn't bad for as busy as they were. Ordering food and receiving food took a bit. Again very busy. The chowder was very tasty. Could have been a little warmer. The stuffed mushrooms were not what I thought. I didn't realize they were breaded heavily and deep fried. Then they pile a little bit of seafood then Swiss cheese. The grease from them frying then they sat in the grease made everything mushy. Barely any seafood and they were not fresh it was frozen bagged mushrooms. The clam strips were also frozen bagged. Not fresh. Hardly any taste. The ladies that served us were super friendly and nice. And my cocktail was a nice proper cocktail. I didn't realize really like the service and the ambiance.
