We usually order the pizza but decided on the charcuterie board, blue cheese chips and bacon wrapped figs. They didn't have the curry chicken salad at the time. Beautiful tasting room and outdoor area. Parking lot is flat and plenty of parking. Bathrooms super clean. Service was frequent and on point. We did a white flight, 2-red flights, prosciutto wrapped feta stuffed dates and the chicken artichoke Alfredo pizza. Dates are sweet- save them for dessert. We have been coming here for years. It's always been a great experience. We dropped in over the weekend for a quick flight. Wasn't super busy. We waited over ten minutes for a server (during which servers walked by our table, and lingered behind the bar). When the flights came they were slammed on the table. The server, a middle aged woman with dark wavy hair, was very unpleasant and acted like she didn't want to be there. I went to use the bathroom and the same server was talking about customers to another member of staff. Very unprofessional and not at all like the usual level of customer service and staff conduct. Service is always kind and helpful... never pretentious. I love that they have more than just charcuterie to eat... wood fired pizzas on the weekends too! We love the Greek with grilled chicken added on, the French onion soup is awesome, the kettle chips with warm bleu cheese crumbles is killer and then rogue river platter is one of our fav's. This place is a must! If you're nervous to go wine tasting start here, the hospitality is amazing! The front door host sadly did not catch her name was so helpful! We traveled from California here and she was from the Bay Area, she helped us feel comfortable. The Kriselle platter is filling and refreshing for 2. The fights of wines give you a good taste of all the wines. We even ordered 2 glasses after of their amazing Cabernet Sauvignon and I took home a Viognier! Amazing hidden winery! The food was delicious and good portions. The pizza was so tasty and large! The staff were very friendly and attentive. We sat outside under the heater as it was a little cold. Took friends here to introduce them to Kriselle. I cannot believe the disrespect we received from one particular staff member who apparently expects to go home at 5:30 at closing time. We were "directed" to "chug" our wine due to closing presumably so she could go home. The other staff members were nice and provided good service but due to this one disrespectful staff member, I will never go back to Kriselle! I would recommend Del Rio, Cliff Creek, or Punch House if you are in the area. Their wines are fine but so are many other wineries. I will not spend my hard earned money at an establishment that does not appreciate the patronage of local customers. Shame on you! read more

My friends and I came in Sunday afternoon to enjoy some red. Since no one was by the reservation area, I came to the bar to ask if we could be seated? There were ample vacant tables both inside and out. The guy behind the counter said to go upfront and just wait ( he clearly wasn't happy to be talking to me). So I did, a lady came out and greeted me nicely. After giving her the number of people (9) in our party, she asked the guy behind the bar if would allow it and guess what, we were turned down. I wasn't surprised. We gave an option that we can split our party in to 2 or 3 groups and the answer was still no. At that time, a couple of groups were heading out. So we didnt push it. We just decided that buy a couple of bottles to be enjoyed at home even if we have tried any of their wine. Came up to the bar again. Guess what, got the same attitude from the guy behind the bar. He clearly wasn't thrilled I was back, I asked about some wine we wanted to take home, he just gave me their list with no explanations. I've been to a ton of wineries both in the East and West Coast and I've never, never(!) had this kind of service, so I randomly chose from the list and left. I am NEVER coming back and if friends or colleagues ask about wineries in the valley, this would not be in my recommendation and I would have them stay away from this place. We went to the Wine Trail yesterday, which included Kriselle along with 5 other wineries. The building was beautiful, the scenery nice and the wine tasting and food pairing good. But it was a blustery, gloomy and chilly 59 degree day. At the other wineries, we were allowed indoor seating and/or outdoors with heat lamps or some kind of cover. Kriselle had a covered patio in the back of the building, which had about half of the tables being used. When we tried to go there to be comfortable for our wine tasting, we were told that this area was "only for their regular guests". We were forced to sit out in the wind on plain picnic tables on the grass. I won't be going back considering how we were treated. read more

Fantastic winery! Stopped here after hiking the Lower Table Rock and it was a perfect ending to the day. The building is beautiful, clean and welcoming. We sat outside, where they have water misters and comfortable shaded seating. The view was lovely and atmosphere very relaxing. I ordered the blended flight, which was only $12 for 2 reds and 2 whites. I liked the Di'tani and Viognier the best. They brought out the flavor of the grapes best without being overly sweet or dry. The amount of wine in each glass is pretty generous too, so you definitely get a lot for your money. Our server was great and let us sit and relax as long as we wanted. She came by every so often to refill our waters and ask if we wanted anything else. It was a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. read more

We were staying in the area and were looking for wineries to visit. Kriselle was close by and had great reviews so we had to check it out. The tasting house and patio are beautiful. There are soaring high ceilings, wood beams, and a giant patio overlooking vineyards, farms, and rolling Oregon hills. The staff were really nice and sat us at a table with some shade and well distanced from other guests. They have two different tasting flights for $10, a mixed flight and an all red flight. They bring them in little tasting glasses on an acrylic tasting board. Then you can just pour them into your wine glass. This is a great way to minimize person-to-person contact, so we were glad they did this. The wines were all fantastic. We got a couple bottles of the rose and the vous tovelle red. They offer food as well. They have pizzas on the weekends, but we came on a weekday so we weren't able to try them. They have charcuterie boards, which we did have. We got one with a couple types of salami, goat cheese, olives, tomatoes, and baguette. The food is just okay, but gave us just the boost we needed. The goat cheese was excellent. The salami just tasted like pre-sliced grocery store salami and the baguette didn't have much of a crust. The tomatoes were a bit soggy too. We didn't come for the food though and we were really happy with our whole experience. Would definitely return. read more

What a wonderful spot to end a busy and stressful week, Kriselle is a perfect place to end the week and start the weekend! Service is always super friendly and attentive. Absolutely love Kriselle Cellars. I've been a member for a year now. Great wines, delicious pizzas with my favorite being the Margarita and their Kriselle Platter which includes Capicola Slices, Savory Herbed Cream Cheese Spread, Sliced Tomatoes, Italian Olive, Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar and Warmed Baguetteis are by far my favorites. Stopped by this Winery on Sunday. Very pleasant place with good wine. That is why I give them any stars at all. The experience was ruined by the way one of their employees was treating a group of guests at another table. They were a young group much younger than me and my wife. They were having fun but that ended when the winery's employee would not serve them any longer. She claimed that they had too much to drink. This clearly was not the case. The employee seemed to have taken a personal disliking to the group. Very sad to see this happen. We were visiting from out-of-state excited to try some new wines and thought this was a pretty winery to go to.The tasting is $10 for four wines. There are two options available for you to choose from: Red & White Flight or Reds Only Flight. Our server was Celeste (or close to that) and she was freakin' amazing. Such a good hostess and had we had great time. We did the Alaska Airlines complimentary free wine tastings benefit. We ended up ordering both the flights so we could try more wines. A nice stop just outside of Medford. With our original Southern Oregon plans at a standstill we opted for what we are fond of and checked out a few local wineries. This place is quite spectacular, the building is quite a show piece. The many tables and extensive bar are remarkable and then for the final piece of opulence the expansive deck complete with gas fireplace and views of the pasture and mountains nearby. That said, the wine is good as well. They also, serve pizza's and other food there so plan ahead. On our visit we had just had a bite so we were not able to sample their food menu, but we did enjoy a glass of wine on the porch. We have plans to stop by again and check out the food and drink once again. Definitely a must see and stop place. We picked up a couple of bottles for an event we were hosting at our home in later weeks. Fun times, I'll be back here again. read more

The pizze is a corn meal crust. Has the consistency of a flatbread. It was good pizza, I won't go out of my way for it, but it's good and pairs well with the wines. Had the newly released 2020 Sauvignon Blanc and it was pleasant (I normally don't like SBs) and indulged in the Grenache Rosé which was light, flavorful and balanced. Our service could have been better. The guy pouring the flights was aloof and shot me a nasty shady look upon arrival and ignored us the rest of the time. The hostess seated us and we never saw her again. The woman who bought us the pizza was nice, but again no one came by to ask us if we needed anything, wanted more of anything, interested in joining the wine club. Staff buzzed around other tables and chatted up like they were old friends. We got silence and ignored once we placed and received the order. Sarah ultimately came from across the restaurant and was nice as could be. But after letting the desire pass to buy another bottle and order more food, not quite a save. This wasn't the most welcoming first visit. I also want to note after leaving here I visited 2 other wineries and left with a wine club membership and multiple bottles. I must admit I have an affinity for Northern California wine, so I am now educating my palate to Southern Oregon wine. The 2014 KRISELL Di 'Tani is quite good I must say. It's soft it's smoky it's got a lively variety of aspects to enjoy. It's medium bodied medium to high alcohol content and it's Mercurial in the sense that it can go with just about any dish. There's also a vanilla licorice aspect to it. It has a soft sweet nose, and licorice vanilla forward and a late summer Blackberryfinish. read more

It is the opposite of commercial. If you are looking for a quaint, open space with great service look no further. The woman working (I don't remember her name but a really tall, slender blonde gal) was so down to earth, knowledgeable, and seemed to care about what she was serving. She took great pride in Kriselle Cellars and the fact that they are a small operation. The wood interior, high ceilings, and majestic fireplace make for a perfect setting and romantic ambiance. Now onto the wines - I am not a wine snob so sorry if you are here looking for some profound sommelier review. The wine was all good, but none was the best I ever had. We all got the tasting flight (I think it was 6 tastings) and it was very reasonably priced. The outdoor patio and fire pit were a great place to enjoy them.
