This place is great. I have been going there just over a year. Everytime, I am greeted by almost all the staff. I have had some problems experiencing some juice coming through whenever I tried to use my new coil that I hadn't purchased there. I was given some tips on how to solve my issue and they worked, the problem while I was on site. I stop by every month or so and stock up on my Vape juice. I love their store flavors, my favorite is the Tropical Blast. They always assist me in refilling my tank before I leave. I always have easy access throughout their store on my wheelchair. Horrible service. I went in the other day to look for a starter kit for my sisters birthday. I was greeted by loud terrible pop music circa 2002. Employee was talking crude and loud on the phone and completely ignored us. I'm no stranger to profanity but she was just a nasty person. No help was offered. When I asked if they had any starter kits with the 510 style battery she just shook her head no and stared at me. After a brief and awkward silence I just turned around and left. I won't be back. Stay away from this shop!!!!! Prices are way to high for clones and they will not return anything! The dna 30 I got from there stopped working an rda would not fire and the batteries don't hold a charge. They Would not take back or exchange any of them. They quote you one price and charge you more at the register. I will be turning all my friends that VAPE away from this shop. read more

When I walked into this shop I was excited to try new things but was soon disappointed by the customer service. I was told if I didn't like their brand I wouldn't like anything in the shop. I shrugged this off I went over to another person thinking maybe the first was having a bad day... The next guy was kind of helpful but tried everything before letting me try. He stayed with me for a little bit but when others walked in he ignored me. Everything was just a bad experience with horrible customer service it was so bad that my friend walked out after about 2 minutes and I followed after about five. I will not ever go here again. All the workers here just hang out with their friends and ignore customers. My husband and I came in to by some juice today and every time he tried a flavor the girl would put her bare mouth on it and use it and then she would put the plastic tip right over it for him to use right after. I found this disgusting and it really defeats the purpose of even using the tips. My other complaint is the mods here are WAAAAAAAAAY OVER PRICED!!!! We bought one here and then went about a mile down the road and another vape shop had the exact same product for literally half the price. Won't be coming back. read more

Horrible service. Shoddy product. Sold a bad product. Was told it was glass and it was plastic. Leaky and couldn't get a good pull. Wanted me to buy a new part instead of an exchange. Bought hours before. Asked for certain juice flavors and was told what to buy not what I wanted. Won't come back and won't recommend to anyone. Will steer all my friends away. Don't know who the girl in the shop thinks she is but you give customers what they want not what you want to sell them. read more

One of the worst shops I've been to...and I've been to a lot. Customer service is lacking and at most times is downright rude, everyone behind the counter acts as if they are cooler than the other side of the pillow. Their juices are way overpriced, I get better less expensive juices from a store in Scottsdale. They sold my wife a defective battery, and since they have no return policy, we couldn't take it back. The battery was supposed to last a full day (per the salesman), and take at least an hour to charge (per the manual). Well it only lasts about two hours and takes 15 minutes to charge. Clearly a defective piece but they won't take it back. I honestly don't even know how this store is still in business. If I could, I would only give it one star. read more

Sold the wrong coils for my first unit. Family spent almost $700 total our first week but when we went back the 4 employees could not stop talking and vaping with each other to help customers. decided to go elsewhere which had much better customer support. Honestly they don't even deserve a 1 star . Staff isn't friendly at all , they helped 2 people that came in before us , and prices may be "under priced" but they charge you for every tiny thing and they tax you way to much. We asked for a specific build and they gave us something way different than requested . Any company must be low if they have to bribe you saying to give them a 5 star on yelp and you get 10% off . My husband and I came to this store to buy some Vape Kits. The staff was very nice showed us around and picked out our kits with their guidance. Two days later my vape would stop working. I charged it for no more than the 3 hrs they told me to and it still didn't work. I came into the store and told them my issue, a man said I just needed a new coil, he changed my coil and I bought a pack of them. Couple hours later it stopped working again. I went back to the store the next day told my issue to the same girl that sold us our kits, she was so rude saying I must have done something wrong. Which I haven't, we spent over $100 at this place and I take care of my property. After arguing, she sold me a new top portion of the kit. After 3 days it stopped working again! I went into the store again, saw the same girl, again she was rude stating she has been doing this for 2 years and knows her shit! Horrible customer service I received after spending so much money there! I will never go there or Nana's again all because of the poor, rude customer service I received. This chick should not be running a store if she can't provide good customer service. It is possible that a product could be defective. It's not always the customers fault! read more

Started coming here 2 years ago when I moved to Phoenix needed a local vape shop so I thought I'd give it a try. When I first walked in the door it didn't feel like a friendly shop, staff was kind of on edge didn't seem to want to be there. Didn't explain what selection of juice they had barely even acknowledged my presence. I just looked through the book and found something I've had before then had to get the employees attention to get the correct nicotine level. I got what I needed and returned a week later to experience pretty much the same thing this time the employee had a absolute horrible attitude I left without purchasing anything. 5 months later I decide to stop by and grab a juice that I like and I know they have in stock and HOLY MOLY have they turned 360° I was greeted upon walking in asking right away if I needed help finding anything. Employee explained to me about the premium e liquid they carry and house e liquid which is $14 and some change after tax for a 30ml bottle which imo is not a bad deal especially if you buy 120ml. So not only did their customer service improve tremendously they're saving me a few bucks now!!! I would recommend Liquid Vape to anyone they have the biggest selection to choose from, reasonable pricing, staff is knowledgeable. ASK QUESTIONS they should have an answer. They sell clone mods at genuine prices and last time I went there for liquid they tried to sell me an UNSEALED bottle of diluted tester liquid as a new bottle. Don't trust any brick and mortal with an "All sales are final" policy. They will do anything and everything to take your money, vaper beware. read more
